Sigma Labs customer Siemens building their Oil and Gas AM production, that happens to operate everywhere sigma Labs does including US, UK, and Germany

With the 3 newest printers for "mainly gas turbine parts".

More evidence that even very large companies like Siemens are just beginning to produce AM parts at high quantities and still actively adding to capacity opportunity.
As these factories of the future come to fruition, it will be very exciting to see operations like this running with Sigma Inside as Sigma continues to fulfill their business model.
Still very early in the game here :)

Sigma Labs long term collaborator GE explains AM standards and Qualifications.
Explains how the standards generally lag behind the private industry, and how private industry often holds themselves above the standards simply for efficiency purposes and creating a cost effective and repeatable process.
States how factories of AM machines have complete qualifications for various metals, processes, and parts.
Many companies who don't have the same expertise and decades of experience in AM, will need certain technologies provided to them, like Printrite3D to qualify their machines, processes, and parts.
GE representative states on inspecting AM metal parts "additive parts can have anomalies or defects that we're looking for that we need to establish a unique calibration with that standard"

Sigma Labs aerospace customers just on the cusp of utilizing AM in the field and mass production for real parts.
That's the difference here.
I don't make up facts about Sigma Labs or the industry.
I listen and read the words of industry professionals and scientific articles with objective facts about Sigma Labs technology.
I don't make up my own beliefs and inject them into what i "think" may be occuring within the industry like others might.
While doing my research I traveled multiple times a year attending various trade shows and intellectual discussions, roundtables, and technology showcases.
I listened to the leaders of the Industry discuss everything happening in the AM industry.
I took all the evidence and scientific discoveries and made an investment in Sigma Labs.
It made a tremendous profit, like every investment should in a perfect world.
It took knowledge of when to adjust my investment and making strategic buys and sells.
I didn't have to convince anyone to buy or sell at any time
I only post verified facts about Sigma Labs and the AM industry.

Two great webinars to watch, imo, in full and listen to the industry professionals who have no incentive to promote Sigma Labs, yet they still describe Sigma Labs technology as a must need in the near term future for additive manufacturing,
GKN Additive’s evaluation of Sigma Labs Real Time Melt Pool Analytics solution aired Thursday August 6th 2020,
DMG Mori and Sigma Labs are teaming to boost AM quality November 2020.
The former is very interesting as nothing has been announced yet the company is very interested in Sigma Labs technology and talks very highly of it.
Sigma Labs activity with MTC ties them into GKN and many other large players, which we may hopefully hear something from 2H2021 ;)
"In addition to Santa Fe-based Sigma Labs, MTC also has partnerships with Airbus, Stratasys, Materialise, EOS, Renishaw, GKN Aerospace, Autodesk and many, many others. The MTC also houses the European Space Agency’s (ESA) AM Benchmarking Centre (AMBC) and is a founding partner in the ASTM AM Centre of Excellence for promoting standardization across the industry."

I have no idea.
With Sigma Labs, I sold out of the publicly available warrants sometime last year...haven't seen any filing or update other than the quarterly that didn't have any additional info other than the regular information.
I think there was a lot of confusion on the public ones as the original exercise price was $4 before the split.
Might have had people confused why the exercise was much higher after the split adjustment if they happened to hold a ton of them and not pay attention to the stock for a year. I've seen crazier things happen here almost every day, imo.

Sigma Labs partner OEM Additive Industries expanding to the UK space exploration industry.
2021.
The MetalFAB1 system was developed for high-end automotive, high-tech equipment, oil and gas,
and aerospace applications and is supplied by Additive Industries in the Netherlands.
Over the
coming months, the Satellite Applications Catapult and Additive Industries will be demonstrating its
capabilities to interested UK organisations and will showcase the potential for additive
manufacturing for the space sector, with a specific emphasis on rocket engines. With thousands of
parts built using additive manufacturing technologies in use across multiple disruptive sectors,
including aerospace, maritime, energy and space, the technology is now vital for improved
performance, reduction of waste and by-products.
However access to additive manufacturing
equipment which has the capacity to build large parts has to date remained prohibitively expensive
for most UK SMEs. The Satellite Applications Catapult continues to remove the barriers to growth for
the UK Space Industry by making this technology available to companies on a pay-as-you-go basis,
working either with the Catapult’s expert Manufacturing for Space team, or in an independent capacity.
“Additive Industries is the only company providing industrially integrated scalable metal additive
manufacturing solutions that we can acquire today. The MetalFAB1 brings disruptive advanced
manufacturing capabilities to the home of UK rocket Technology, at the Westcott Venture Park. The
surge in the number of companies aspiring to build and support new launch vehicles and in space
propulsion continues to grow.
This new capability will ensure that UK SMEs can access the latest in
additive manufacturing technology to accelerate their businesses, prove new processes and learn
first-hand the skills needed to fully exploit the phenomenal technology that the MetalFAB1 delivers.
Our collaboration with Additives Industries also marks a significant milestone bringing weight saving,
novel geometries, low volume production requirements and reduced part count solutions to any. potential business wanting to manufacture aerospace parts. Positioned at our new facility at
Westcott, we look forward to creating a hot-bed of testing and development to build capacity for any
new or existing UK space manufacturing enterprises.” says Mike Curtis-Rouse, Head of
Manufacturing for Space at Satellite Applications Catapult.
Should be interesting to see other countries catch up to the recent US Surge in space exploration.
Additive manufacturing will most certainly play a role in this multi-billion dollar industry, with Sigma Labs already working with top US companies and worldwide OEMs in Additive Industries and DMG Mori

March of 2020 is an eternity ago? In the AM industry that's been stagnant all thru Covid while funding was pulled by all major corporations?
Hardly, and just blatantly untrue imo.

Licensing the patent and licensing the software are two completely different things.
They idea Sigma Labs should start licensing their patents instead of single use software licenses of the software like they are now, it would completely asinine and moronic imo.
The Materialise deal is a cooperative agreement to incorporate Printrite3D with Materialise MCP controller. Has nothing to do with licensing of the patents.
"Growing our partnership with Materialise is a significant milestone for Sigma Labs as we expand our footprint in the market and add momentum to our quest to broaden industry access to our groundbreaking PrintRite3D® software" - Ruport. Software. Not patents.
Luckily, just saying words doesn't make them true imo. Need facts to back them up .

Wow, tldr.
Again, it'd be very stupid for a startup like Sigma Labs to license their patents before profiting off selling the product and collecting regular maintenance fees and upgrades while the product is still in the early stages, imo.
Allowing companies access to their patents while the software is still in development makes zero sense and would subject Sigma to unnecessary loss of control of their IP and product, imo.
Especially this early when the patents are less valuable than they will be in 3-5 years after they are determined as the standard and will be much more valuable, and less malleable, imo.
Think!
Sigma Inside

So we're supposed to be excited about the company spending literally the rest of their cash to fund this trial? Lol.
Next up, dilution.
For Sigma Labs at this stage, Licensing the patents would be extremely stupid, imo.
Why would a startup give away their most valuable asset while they are still growing the company? Doesn't make any sense, imo.
Sigma Labs is fully capable to handle the process of delivering their product to interested parties.
Licensing the patent would make it much easier for competitors to manipulate the original product and create unnecessary competition, imo
The product can be affixed and delivered at a very high profit margin. It makes no sense to receive a fraction of that by allowing companies a patent license, imo
A portion of the profit margin comes from regular maintenance/upgrades and service, which would disappear in a patent license agreement.
Sigma Labs would make more money licensing out use of the software, as they have been, versus licensing out the patent itself.

Doubling of the authorized share count did not dilute the shareholders today as none of them were registered to be additionally outstanding.
Shareholder equity has been increased 5 fold over the past year, and then tripled on top of that QoQ.
Any shareholder dilution during funding has not only advanced the company exponentially over the past years, but has also returned that value to shareholders.
Any investor has had ample opportunity to make a profit, and initially investing when shareholder equity was 1 million, and now sits at 16 million.
16x value of the company any investor originally invested in. That's an incredible feat as the PPS has increased from $2 in recent history.

Luckily, Sigma Labs positioning with the governing bodies as well as OEMs will pay dividends in the long run.
I have a colleague in the technology sector, specifically with inspection and information technology systems and platforms.
The recent push across many fields is to synchronize software.
Any time business is attempted to be done, there's constantly a huge issue with what company is running what software.
Standards committees and those involved in standards like NIST, Fraunhofer, DARPA, NAVAIR, ASME, and others Sigma Labs currently holds contracts with, are very interested in ensuring a quality is upheld, as well as ease of use and a thoroughly documented process.
This has been occuring throughout many industrial opportunities as well as and especially in defense, manufacturing, and healthcare systems.
Sigma Labs increasing patents as well as outreach across the US, Europe, and Asia, ensures this will continue to put them in the forefront of the standards.
PR3D is fully capable of following and exceeding all standards requirements currently, and is positioned to well into the future , as they have been the leading technology and part of the NIST testbed for several years now.

Cool numbers!
Don't have time to look at my statements from that long ago,
But I'm sure I got rid of the last 10k shares I had for ~$90k. Or $70k profit from DD and investing in Sigma Labs.
The other 15k shares were sold earlier on the runs to 4-5, resulting in 75k, ~32k profit.
Put a market order with a 8.50 limit and most sold ~$9. Think a nice chunk was at 8.97 if I remember correctly.
not a big deal to be off by a few cents...like $9 is pretty close to back to $2 in some minds, imo.
Totaling over 100k in profits. Increasing this portion of my portfolio to ~165k from an original ~55-60 k investment in Sigma Labs.
My account is very fluid with other investments other than Sigma, so trying to recall the numbers is very difficult as my investments are often being adjusted, added to, or sold, usually for profits :)
Sigma generally has never accounted for more than ~20% of my portfolio, which was kind of a risky move for a startup, but with strategic investing strategies, it paid off. Generally, startups should only be around 5% of any portfolio, imo, and any competent professional would say the same.

Nice to see Sigma Labs continuing to SIGNIFICANTLY improve shareholder equity QoQ and YoY.
"Working capital totaled $15.6 million at June 30, 2021 as compared to $4.3 million at December 31, 2020 and $650,000 at June 30, 2020.
At June 30, 2021, our stockholders' equity was $16.4 million as compared to $5.2 million at December 31, 2020 and $3.6 million at June 30, 2020."
Right in line with projections made during my years of investing in Sigma Labs.
Predicted a $50 million dollar market cap would be a great target for Sigma from the very early days (go head and check), as the very recently hit and surpassed that target for a significant amount of time.
The recent retracement provides a great opportunity to grab shares with room for more gains when returning to those levels, imo.
Sigma Labs management continues to improve shareholder equity and value, providing easy gains :)

Standards are not recommendations.
They are the standard in which companies must operate in order to manufacture goods, similar to iso9001, cmmc, and NIST standards.
Some are required by the end user, some are required by government regulation.
Not recommendations, necessary to do business.
Sigma Labs is currently adhering to the standards released, that are available for purchase.
Sigma Labs contracts with the entities involved in writing standards, across multiple countries, positions them well to continue to have influence on how the standards are written, and/or ensuring their software remains on the cutting edge of the requirements of the technology in the sector as it is now.
Do DD
Sigma Inside
Glta.
Because the standards are still being written.
The most recent standards available for purchase explain what is necessary for production.
Due to the agreement when purchased, I can't discuss what is on them.
Refer back to ASTM and NIST meetings and webinar over the past year.
IPQA continues to be the topic of discussion for real time inspection, hence the reason NIST has an ongoing contract and uses PR3D on their test bed, which is proven and documented.
Fraunhofer, NIST, and DARPA prove PR3D and sigma Labs IPQA tech is the leading technology for real time inspection and is currently being written into the standards.
High end aerospace and defense parts will certainly need verification of the printing process, and PR3D seems to be fully capable of everything that may be included.
Possibly extending into further markets as well depending on the end use.

Lmao semantics yet again.
IPQA is a type of in-situ melt pool monitoring software.
Also happens to be the most effective, highest level of TRL software available by being machine agnostic and able to incorporate machine learning.
NIST and DARPA studies started off searching for in-situ monitoring before years of testing and evaluation led them to the best option being IPQA.
IPQA is the most advanced in-situ melt pool monitoring software in the AM industry.
