I disagree
I don't know much about the aviation industry. Can global operate in the US with fuelstream as their agent? FLST doesn't hold any aviation license, would they need to?
Says his name is benhur sito barrero
The tail number was on a fuel receipt they posted a while back in Miami and you can look up the number. Was an old us airways jet that global airways purchased.
U are 100% correct. And that is exactly who global airways picked up a couple of airbus planes from. So it all makes sense.
Make of this what u will, but it tells me they are doing something local. Plus that looks like one of global airways planes... http://iconosquare.com/p/737642949772891291_36879660
I don't think it is. A little disappointed about the PRs this week, but looking forward to the earnings PR. I just hope it's not a BS one like "fuelstream is proud to announce we made more revenue than first qtr. we will anounce results next month". They have been known to drop vague PRs. Also keep in mind people thought this was the end back at .02 last summer and it climbed back up to .40. U have to take what everyone says lightly and research to form your own opinion. My opinion is it will climb up, but there will be drops along the way. It's a OTC pink stock for a reason.
Maybe one tomorrow, but they haven't commited a release date that I have seen anywhere.
I don't believe they promised and update today. Last message I see on there says "we will try to have another update tomorrow". Hopefully one tomorrow...
Yep, they held Wagner responsible and now he is in jail. But the company still suffers from a situation like that. Hope to see some good news soon...
Fuelstream set up a joint venture with AFI, then Sean Wagner was indicted for giving kickbacks to Ryan air employee so they would purchase fuel from AFI. Them fuelstream took 100% ownership of AFI. Wagner was sentenced in May. The way I see it is fuelstream tool over AFI, and inherited their problems. I believe those problems have been flushed out and they are digging themselves out of a hole. Unfortunately they had to do it with convertible notes, and getting rid of corrupt employees along the way. Takes time to clean up a mess, and I think they are getting there- will see with revenue numbers...
NP! Should be some good news. Hopefully they put out revenue numbers before August. I am sure there will be one about more airports being serviced.
Company posted "in meetings today, updates tomorrow". Several updates over the next few weeks...
Thought there was a "monster wave" coming...
Only about 3 million left for him to dump. And 3 million for Asher from what I can see...
So basically it is magna group and the shares are a direct result of a converted note...
Check this out... http://apps.cnbc.com/view.asp?uid=stocks/ownership
When it comes to common stocks, institutional ownership is often expressed as a percentage of a firm's outstanding shares. This figure represents the percentage of a company's shares that are held by institutions. This information can usually be found along with a list of a firm's largest shareholders at Yahoo Finance, Investors Business Daily and other online financial sources. In addition, any owner who establishes a position exceeding 5% of the outstanding shares of any stock must disclose the details within ten days by filing a Form 13-D with the SEC.
Not sure yet, will see what I can find.
6% institutional ownership can be either take as :
1. A equity investment firm thinks something good is gonna happen or
2. They have no idea what they are doing...
I think there will be something good happen when revenue numbers come out, but I am an optimist....
Interesting....when did that show up? Not sure what to make if that...
I don't think we will see the 2nd quarter numbers in July. I believe they are going to hold off an post in August. of course we all realize the stock price is in the toilet, but this next earnings report will define whether it climbs back out, or gets flushed...
Guess we really can't expect much until we see the numbers...
Running a bit light this morning...hopefully things pick up a bit
Someone correct me if I am mistaken...I thought I saw a pr for march that they booked their first revenue of 2014-in march...so if there was no revenue for January and February, then double of that is still zero. I hope they dig out of this hole they are in... We will see in August I guess.
agreed about the volume, however, i don't think their overhead would have to increase, nor would they have to set up offices. its all paperwork and logistic contracts. remember, they don't have assets. The transactions are set up with local logistic companies who have access to these airports. I don't see the need for overhead or office space increase if this can be done virtually...If i were running this company and trying to justify revenue, i would outsource as much as i could and build that into my cost....there is plenty of time for optimization once the cash flow is there...but i ain't running it...
right. the first qtr numbers show they are only getting a small percentage of the fuel transactions, but it was a positive variance (for the transaction). they just need to get volume which i believe they are working on. low margins can still make a successful business as long as the volume is there. the expansions will help them with this goal, which they seem to be doing according to the PR... again, we will see the truth in the August filing...
i can somewhat agree with your opinion. in most companies increasing operations means increasing overhead and assets...but when selling a commodity (jet fuel) I don't believe they are increasing overhead etc. just increasing access via contracts. sure the expense increase will come through fuel trucks, etc. but the rev. will increase as well to offset those expenses. will see what happens come August. hopefully some positive things...
i agree, i still think the Q2 report is gonna be good. its hard to read this PR...is the revenue per month more than double the first Q? or total revenue. again, good news, but always strive for better!
I guess more than double of 47k is 94k +... not quite what i was expecting, but going up is good. should have known they couldn't post exact numbers before SEC filing. no other company would do that...
It was promised this week, so hopefully tomorrow. If not, then Monday. The official Q report will be filed in August for Q2.
NP, thought it was interesting to see the same plane in that guys pics on twitter/Instagram in the same timeframe as the fueling receipt. Doesn't mean much but it does show that they are doing something here in the US. Will see what sales report says when it's posted...
well, if they don't put out PR today i wouldn't worry too much. i think the numbers are getting where they need to be. i wouldn't be surprised if they posted Monday to have a solid run week.
The revenue news should be good. I think he was sandbagging when he stated "should see a positive trend". Global can operate in the US under fuelstream. So I believe they have been running charter flights much like for the guy who posted on their FB page. He also posted photos of the plane which were also in the fueling pics provided at the same time. http://instagram.com/p/o8olrISNSb/
