7.2 meters?
Put another way, I own 63+ shares of $AXXA.
What part of 72+ share do you not understand.
I didn't say that. I said 72+
Nah, they are maintaining their reporting status as required for a pink. ...and there is no indication that they would do otherwise.....
..Sorry to hear that you are believing in your own conspiracy theoriesthat you've concocted.
Ah, looking forward to the upcoming Annual Financial Report, are we? Good!
I thought you were trying to find buyers to spur a new pump. Otherwise, how will pps go high enough for you to buy your chicken trios?
Happy Easter!!!
Like you could prove that!
Betcha if we knew when the AXXA Embezzlers were fired, that date would coincide with the date certain bashers started posting.....and then there's the one that tried to get a job with the company, and was turned down and then turned basher.
IMO, give the company enough time to work through each process. Seeking immediate gratification, IMO, won't get you very far.
True. Note: not all longs are pumpers.
Doesn't matter. Anyone that is comfortable with their DD will put this on back burner for now, unless something major occurs, which is doubtful.
Meanwhile, y'all go ahead and keep talking about how the company is not adhering to the schedules y'all have set for them. It's amusing. I'm sure that the company officials that monitor this, and all chatrooms related to $AXXA, are getting a kick out of it too. They probably be ROFLMAO!
That is ignorance at a basher's finest. Get it?
The Exxe Group Inc. annual reporting period will be ending in just a few days.
Expect to see continuing significant forward looking numbers/info in just a few months.
I'm perfectly happy to continue to hold my 72+ shares of $AXXA.
Hippi thinks he has a voice in this show. Good luck with that.
So now you are pretending to be a stock advisor? Kewl. Have at it, boy.
Just lucky, I guess.
Does that bother you? It's something called free speech. Get used to it.
Larry...don't fixate on anything hippitrades says...he's focused on the status of the company 5 years ago, and since he's not a shareholder and just bashes the company, nothing he has to say is of any value to shareholders.
That's the first true thing I've ever heard you say! LOL
Then you shouldn't be concerned since you own none of this stock.
Funny fellow
That's called doing business. Writing off an asset means not investing more resources into an asset not worth investing in. It has nothing to do with how the asset was acquired initially.
Example, if I invest in a used car and pay 10K from it, and use a credit card to pay for it, and then discover after buying new tires and fixing it up, that it has a bad engine ans transmission. Then, I will probably sell it as scrap, and not bother replacing thise items. Essentially, I am writing off my procurement, but I am still on the hook paying the credit card the amount I bought the car for. That's how doing business works.
It's according to at what point in time you are talking about. From 2019, 5 years ago, they increased assets. It's only been in the last year that they got rid of poor performers. I fully expect assets to increase as addition companies are acquired.
Of course they did when the company recognized it had certain businesses that would take more resources than it was worth to make profitable. The company is dynamic enough to understand this principle, to divest in early stages of product development, and move resources to where the ROI is greater. It makes perfect sense.
I had a friend that used to talk endlessly about how wrong it was that the Edsel was in production foe such a short time, and so he became a basher for that company for years, and year, a d never accepted that"that" company did anything right after they dropped the Edsel from the production line.
That dort of thing happens with companies from time to time, and though I feel sorry for people stuck in the past, you can't stay dwelling on things that happened in the past. That' why when someone starts talking about how much this company messed up in the past, I just give a bit of a shrug. It doesn't mean anything to me, because I know the company is not what it was 4-5 years ago. I sort of feel sorry sorry for people that dwell in the past,, but not that much really. They can have their opinions, but it doesn't affect my investing decisions now.
If you cannot see/recognize the accomplishments the company has made since the first couple of years of being incorporated at Exxe Group Inc, the you can only talk about the company's early short comings, i.e., you can't move on. Fortunately, the company is moving on, and increasing assets while reducing debt/liabilities, so whereas the past is good to learn from, that's not what the present and the future is about
Nope
Actually, what happened in the past is the company kept to its business plan to acquire undervalued company's for future spinoffs.
It depends. The company has announced the intent to spin off one sub-company. To do so, that company will be required to be audited. They have stated that at least one year's records have been audited so far.
It appears the Fruci and Associates have been engaged to audit its one sub-company, Designarchive AG.
The company generally does not report the internal business of each company except in the most generalist of terms.
It is uncertain if Fruci and Associates will be retained to audit other sub-companies or the whole company.
Until their audit is completed, then Fruci and Associates is just the auditor of this one sub-company. It may later be announced that Fruci and Associates will be retained to audit the full company. IOW, one step at a time, IMO.
Great opinion....for you. I hope it works for you, and you find a great OTC company to invest in, that has millions ($$$) in assets and revenue.
When the company incorporated as Exxe Group Inc in 2018, it was under new management, new CEO, new direction/focus. Yes, previous R/S occurred in the history of the company, but the current management team is not responsible for anything that happened under the predecessor company, and it sets no precedence for any future R/S. The company has stated there is no anticipation of a R/S, and I believe this is true. Believe what you want.
Wrong. I have not stopped buying shares due to mistrust in the company. I do trust the company. The company may not answer/return phone calls, but they do, on occasion, respond to questions on X, both public and private.
They do have people that monitor all all chat rooms, including iHub. They know who the bad actors are They recognize that some people, that "demand" things from the company, are not worth the bother of talking to,
Me thinks that compared to the vast majority of OTCs, the company does provide quite a bit of info about the company. Perhaps the rub for many iHub'ers, is when the company is asked questions about internal company business, that's where they draw the line.
So, do I trust the company? I say yes.
This is not an investment for those expecting more pps dynamics in the short term, but I believe the pps will increase as the company continues to sure up their fundamentals of increasing revenue/profits and eliminating debt/liabilities.
I do not believe AXXA is good for the traders/flippers. IMO, they belly ache to much.
Those that are never-AXXA'ers, to me, are not worth the effort to respond to, because they are driven to an agenda that is counter to the success of the company. They refuse to actually discuss this stock/company, and keep harping on certain details, especially details that happened long ago, and are not reverent to the company as it is currently incorporated....also a waste of time/effort.
So, Yes, I do trust the company.
Yes, this is an investment that will play out over time.
Yes, I will stop talking to the bad actors.
Yes, I will probably buy a few more shares, as my resources become available, and when my OCD kicks in to round up to a next round number.
And yes, I still maintain that I own greater that 72 shares.

I'm going to become an astronaut. Not a lie, just hasn't happened yet. Unforeseen circumstances may prevent me from becoming an astronaut, but until they become manifest, my first statement remains valid.
Same with AXXA that has stated the at least one company a year will be audited. If an unforeseen circumstance has occurred since they said that, it would account for any delays in their audit. What were those unforeseen circu.stances you may ask? If you are a member of the Exxe Group Inc BoD, you would know; otherwise, that information is competition sensitive, and not for public consumption.
It's not a lie if something has not occurred yet.
Company was incorporated under a different name, Telecorp, under different management team, CEO, and focus, until domicile changed in April 2018, with new name, new CEO, new management team, new focus of business.
IOW, all aspects of the company changed in April 2018. R/S occurred under Telecorp's watch, not Exxe Group Inc.
Reverse splits happened in 2014 and 2016 when the company was doing business under a different name, different management team, different symbol.
This company became ExxxeGroup in 2018. Before that, it was something else
I disagree. We all have valuable opinions that help us understand our investment.
I fully know this investment is a long term investment, and we will, one day, see spinoffs, audits, pps increases, etc., but for us to demand these things happen RIGHT NOW, is foolishness.
Any long term investment must be coupled with a lot of patience, otherwise you fall in ranks with the misguided soul's that rant and rave, claiming scam and lies, because they don't understand the nature of the business, or that the company sets forth things that will happen "in due time."
Sigh.....
