Caps lock. To the promised land we go. Tallyhoe.
Zero sum game. Have to be buyers if you're selling.
Get your popcorn ready. This is how it all works.
My point exactly.
The market is a zero sum game. I'm on the sidelines just observing. This board is a fascination. Amazing stuff if you're pro or con. A lot to be learned by observing if you are counterintuitive. Good stuff.
Yo cadaver. I''m crossing paths with you on another. I've been in and out of this for well over a year and I settled into a position 2 days ago at .085. There is a really strong resistance at .07 and flipping in the .12 - .14 range. Traders are beat down by the industry. I'm keeping my eye on EDGAR and this looks pretty clean.
This is a core trade, Imo, The sector will get it's bounce eventually. gauging the tepid reaction to some, could take months. Checked filings and Management offers an employee stock benefit program and If they are treating their employees right and creating loyalty in personnel and if they are offering a solid and consistent product to build customer loyalty, if they are filing the paperwork appropriately, while making moves to expand, it's safe for the long haul. Gonna take some patience but recreational profits could be reflected in Q1 numbers and the projections regarding profit/loss can be determined.
I really do like this company. But considering the sector, this is a bit of a marathon. Most in this sector haven't the patience to ride out a long play. This has been one of my favorites for a while. Into the bunker I go.
Good luck to the loyal shareholder base. I'm pulling for you.
They can sell it for 6 months after the date of May 16 2015. So they have roughly 6 more weeks to sell the remainder of the Martha Stewart product and they are still on the hook for $1,237,500 in license fees due to Martha Stewart's Living Omnimedia.
I'll help. No Martha Stewart per their last 10Q:
Josh just got paid again with those.
Why and how?
I agree Oregon is a huge catalyst for the industry. But you'd have to be invested in an MJ stock operating out of Oregon. I bought more shares of one today that I'm very familiar with but these are not the events that will propel this pps. (I haven't posted on that board in a long time. No need to. It's a decent company on auto pilot.) Communication to shareholeders regarding Nulief, either negative (like "we're working on it, hang in there") or positive (like "here it is! you can buy it now) will propel pps.
Silence from management regarding their greatest accomplishment has investors questioning the intentions of the company and without confidence, this ember will continue to smolder and eventually burn out.
Short term traders that are chart reading stop buy a lot and they get worn out because of the dillution story that they are not cognisant of. It's not negative words on a message board that have pushed this into the basement. It's the constant sell into bid with hidden shares on the ask. This has been going on since Feb with the same two market makers. That phenomenon is an effect of cause; the constant unloading of shares and the negligence of management to fight.
Say what you will but this is not a marijuana stock. If they are actually working on a product it would be a CBD or hemp stock. But the silence has me believing it is neither.
Apologies, fish. Benny is a lot more classy and tasteful than Jim and James.
Without a catalyst from management, and you and I know the probability of that, this thing won't move out of the gutter. All the bold faced, all cap shouting will not move the needle enough to overcome the convertibles. Management would have to speak up and fight for their company and they've been ok with rolling over and quitting.
They certainly have the power to change the culture, but it isn't a priority or a concern.
A reverse split is probable in all seriousness. I'm not saying it's inevitable but NRTI is in death throws now and would need a hail mary pass to come out of it.
Another Sason masterpiece is Newlead Holdings. The Bloomberg article about Sason and Magna group states that the shares of Newlead Holdings trade for 20 billionths of a penny when adjusted for reverse splits after similar financing deals with the group.
For those unfamiliar with the player, it's a long article but very valuable information.

I agree.
SueNotMe?
Well, I guess I'd have to reevaluate my risk tolerance for a reverse split then.
Not bashing. But you've been recommending this as a buy since +.005. And there are a lot of us that have been saying buyer beware all along the way. Sason charts look identical from company to company. And they don't go up.
Yeah. I don't thinks so. They've a lot of issues like their deals with Josh Sasson and the 31 Group.
Lots of 8ks signed by him.

Be Careful!
Still overvalued. They'd have to reverse split to stay on OTCQB. Risky at best.
Strong company and great long play. Look for an opportunity here in the next few weeks. Buy the fear but it's a little early. Great opportunity over the long haul. Pick an entry.
Yeah but they're a notorious dillutor. Best to keep your money in your mattress.
;)
Be careful!
Yeah but they operate at a huge loss according to their financials without profit only writing checks to themselves. Kinda scammy.
I agree.
#ivebeenbulliiedbefore_comandgetit
Best of luck to you!

Not so sure. I disagree with all of that. Profits and a well balanced quarterly report will drive a price per share up. NRTI is still printing shares to pay themselves like they have since inception. I'll keep my money in my wallet but thanks for the bold font.
Tsunami
Meh. Disagree. Opportunity for flipping for small gains is there. Nothing huge though. But I agree with surgeon general that dillution will continue to trap noobs.
Well, I have to hand it to you, Dicky. You called it.
Wrong board?
Wow man. I think i hub has reached a new low in shady. Moderators?
Hopefully it's a 60% markup to retail so Jim and James can cover their $300,000 salaries. Would hate to see them go hungry.
Sorry. Meant to post the link to the Forbes article as well.

Consumer confidence will drive sales. There are 11 million drivers on the road that will probably not be returning customers. There are current potential buyers that won't be setting a foot in their showrooms. With a lack of confidence, coupled with uncertainty regarding financials, sidelines are a safe place to be, imo. Chart says nothing about buying to me.

The weekly chart's even more disturbing and that's the chart that big money follows.
(I might buy a 2015 pasaat in the spring though.)
Affected (infected?) cars in the US is around 480,000 and the fines in the US have potential dollar amounts of up to $37,500. Most are claiming that the figure will not be nearly this high, but the disclaimer is that the company knew the emissions results would not meet standards in EU & US so they knew they were actively being fradulent by installing the chip; coupled with the number of cars affected worldwide which is said to be 11 million. So fines will vary from country.
The total estimated amount of $34.5 billion factors in the cost of recall, lawsuits, gov't fines and future loss of sales. However, I heard on NPR that some German economists equate this to the Greece economy collapse if the worst should happen. VW is such a huge part of their economy, a maximum penalty, I'd imagine, would mess with the Euro; that's how big this thing is. I would think there would be some mercy shown if only to keep people employed. But the governments will certainly use this as an opportunity to set an example to every other car manufacturer worldwide.
I was reading a Forbes article about it and they shared a link to a trefis chart, where you can flip year by year to see the projections of a worst case scenario.

I just think there's a lot of dust to settle here.
I agree there will be a fire sale eventually and folks will be able to get a vw for a song. No doubt. I'm thinking about it myself.
Side note: The Street had an article about Fiat possibly acquiring them in the future but I think it's a little early for that. I think the lawsuits and fines need to get filed so the total amount they're going to get beaned for is known. Dealerships are jumping into the lawsuits now.
Are you familiar with the work of Joshua Sason? There are a number of investors in this security that wish they were not familiar with his work.
The TDI was advertised as their green technology that was supposed to be Eco-friendly without giving up performance. 2015 TDI are no longer available for sale by the manufacturer. You could buy one privately but not from the company. Also, you'd have to live in a state without emissions testing and you'd have to have zero regard for the environment to turn the key.
More than likely. On watch.
I'm scanning biotech charts and everythings getting routed but a few. This being one of them.
The larger cap stocks look like they're losing istitutional support. I thinks it's good in the long term for biotechs under $5 cause big money will be looking for value. In the short term I think we see more volatility though.
Try contacting OmEssentials and ask them what their affiliation is with Inergetics.
