Thanks for the correction. Tripped over my own stream of consciousness.
There are so few in this sector with the infrastructure in place to create a footprint in an undervalued market like this. Hold your shares. There are so many other BS companies that can be flipped. Flip them and anchor in (several) long plays that have real potential. Look long term on this. They've come a long way in a year.
That's really not a staggering figure. Any new company has to issue shares if the profits are not covering expenses. Opening 2 brick & mortar stores (and applying for the 3rd license) in a year costs money and, from what I understand, the employees are treated right while maintaining a consistent product worthy of a brand.
Dilution is imminent when there are no profits to be had in medicinal cannabis. MMJ patients are not affluent and the market for a medicinal MJ retail store is a very very small percent of the population. Recreational cannabis is where the future is and the current pps does not value the market potential due to the overall sentiment in the MJ sector, in my opinion. Investors are staying away. Good time to buy if your Buffett minded.
I purchase this stock (present tense because I will accrue throughout the next year) on the speculation that recreational cannabis will be profitable and will be reflected in actual financial statements for Q4 and Q1 2016. The true impact of this will be realized in November 2016. That's just my gut feeling.
Investors might be upset about the salary paid to the CEO or dilution and convertible debt. I believe that the CEO is sincere, they have established themselves as a respected entity in the WA community after being granted a 2nd retail location and if the 3rd store is given clearance, even more so. Who am I to say what the CEO is worth when I'm investing in speculation? He may be underpaid on hindsight in 2017.
Say what you will but I discovered this in April 2014 and these guys are still kicking, and they are serious.
I threw a pebble in the ocean once.
Yo Surgeon! Nice to see you here. This isn't a flip for me. I have other plays for that stuff. This is going to pay off down the road. Buy and accrue. Dr. Frost knows how to make money.
I think Hillary gave some folks that were on the sidelines of the biotech sector a gift with that tweet and I'll buy the dips for a long play. Once the market realizes who the real bad apples are companies like OPK will shine a lot brighter. Good re-entry in my opinion.
Member mark for you. I enjoyed your dd on other posts and you're a smart cat.
Speculation rules the OTC.
Now, if only these cats knew how to pump it.
But, alas.. They never have. If NRTI was a grade school soccer team, they would give themselves a participation trophy. Then tweet about it.
If there are 2 billion available shares and there are more than 1 billion on the float (which is entirely likely considering the dumpathon in the past 2 weeks) an entity could take control of the company by purchasing 51% of the company taking control of 1,020,000 shares for about $306,000 at .0003.
In order to maintain control of the majority of shares the a/s would have to be increased since more than half of the a/s is traded commercially. Am I wrong on this?
I've seen Primco Management scam their way through a similar situation, increasing available shares to stave off a take over. Then reverse split.
How does this not make sense?
I've owned shares for a while. This is an anchor stock at this price.
Yo Boodog! Still hanging in with ATNM. I folded some after the Hillary twiiter bomb. Wish I hadn't cause I'd be even now rather than eating a loss in a panic. SMH such an emotional decision but still holding shares.
The boards picked up some naysayers! Just confirmation something is cooking! GL!
6 law firms crawling out of the woodwork. I've seen this a lot in the past few weeks with other biotechs.
I don't think it means anything. Opportunists without thought or spine.
It will recover but that lawsuit baloney that the ambulance chasers like to pull will cause a bit more hangover. Never fails. it's a falling knife now but there's a good opportunity here when people come to their senses. But could trip some stop losses at $10 and there are a lot of shorts playing.
I really don't think so. The people collecting on a debt are out for one thing and that is to collect on a debt. And they don't care from which vein they take it.
I really wish these cats knew how to pump and dump. They would've made some money around their Nulief "launch". But they couldn't even get that right. Dilutors stifled any momentum at the biggest moment in the comapny's history. Jim Kras and Michael James know enough about securities and exchange to keep their asses out of jail and soak up every penny as if their actions have no consequences. There have to be eyes on them by now. But I've seen more egregious malfeasance involving companies that still trade today.
I think the bigger concern in all of this is the affect on Terra. I see similar market makers over there and there's a lot more at stake. Michael James is a disaster. Debt collectors are knocking and volume sucks. Bad news.
That's kind of smart but there's only 1 month left before the next quarterly report and I think we're gonna see a rather large increase in available shares which could mean r/s. Which is why I pulled my bid completely.
Listen, this "company" exists for one purpose. To print shares to sell to retail and dump on the consumer. This is what their history is and the story is evident with the chart. This is their business model and the "nutraceuticals" are a front. That's it.
Ok. Put the product in Walgreens. Doesn't sell. Issue more shares. Put the product in Muscle Maker Grill. Doesn't sell. Issue more shares. Grocery stores and retail chains. Products don't sell. Issue more shares. Over and over and over again. You know what the definition of insanity is? Repeating over and over the definition of insanity.
Now Walmart? Ok. Put the product in Walmart. Won't sell. I guess the guy dumping 300 million shares the past 2 days needs to get up to speed on this Walmart deal. He's really going to miss out!!!
I had a 60 day bid for 2s for a few weeks and I canceled it this morning. Phew! It would've been filled today. Glad I canceled. Mostly because this company is run by a bunch of numbnutted mouth breathing crooked grandma kicking douchefaucet foam sucking bile drinking parasitic low life bunny stomping pube hair flossing egg pounding dill blowing hard stuffing turkey hugging crotch huffing shady pocket picking pecker checking no good bunch of soulless single celled criminals.
If there's one thing you can count on, this stock pisses people off. Anyway, I had a bid in at 2 and I'm going to pull it and buy some of the biotech dip.
I checked the L2 on TRT# today and there was BM@k on the ask. That stock looks exactly like it has here every day. crazy. And not a good omen. Michael James trapping 2 different companies in that crap. What a douche. You can't rob Peter and pay Paul, Mr. James.
GL everyone.
150k a piece according to the 10k
I said banana hammock ready a few months ago but that went over like a fart in church.
Please be aware of words that may be interpreted as misogynistic. This country is full of overweight men as well.
More importantly, they've quietly launched an app and they've yet to promote. Got my attention.
Well, I'm looking over posts here, getting a feel for the past press releases, and considering the market which they are targeting, millenials you almost have to pay attention; I hopped on the App Store on my iPhone this afternoon and there it was. Whirld. Legitimacy. The iPhone App Store doesn't allow just any app. It's scrutinized. Bought shares immediately after.
Right on. My gut said do it. Can't explain it. Chart said accumulation and somethin's bubblin.
I had a part in that. Hi everybody. New here. Good luck all!
Yup. You just nailed it.
This has to be one of the craziest boards ever.
Penny stock is anything trading below $5 according to the SEC and there are a ton of companies trading as a penny that have a legitimate management team in place, sold debt/equity, forward thinking ideas seeking innovation and operate with transparency.
This crap is enticing because there's a swing-for-the-fences mentality and folks like management will take advantage of the naive. 3,4, 10 baggers are out there.. But this pink sheet should come in two ply for durability purposes.
Certainly no investment opportunity or long play when management has walked the fine line between dishonest and criminal.
Harvey Dent!
Zero sum game. This isn't investing. It's a one armed bandit.
But.. People will go on about how smart they are. The NRTI board is a great way to watch a company melt down over a few years and when it hits trips the piranha fight and tear over a few scraps of flesh.
wow man. So, per previous posts, after your phone call with Jim Kras saying this was a legitimate company and an easy 3 - 6 cents and then buying the OmEssentials CBD supplement and backing the company wholeheartedly, you've shifted your opinion of the company?
lol. This company has been around for a long time. The only way for them to keep it going is to r/s now that they've made deals with some of the most notorious debtors in the game. There's a reason it's called death-spiral financing. Mark it: the quarterly fins will see an increase, again, in AS. Dilution, dilution, dilution, dilution. Management appreciates all that participate.
Never too late to learn though. I encourage everyone to read the entire article.

Oh my! Look whose name sits at the bottom of this filing!
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/72170/000114420415034843/v411185_sc13g.htm
They are offering products for sale. Their financials indicate there are few consumers interested in them. The last 8k indicated they were striking a deal for more convertible debt in order to continue producing supplements that no one seems to buy. Up to a million bucks worth.
Wasn't it something like 17 million (about $5000) on the bid at 0003 and 43 million (about $17,000) on the ask at 0004 all day? Hardly salivating.
People are starting to catch on. That's good. This is a scam when you review financials and consider their debt and the salaries management pays itself.
Wow. The products are sold in stores. Clearly people don't want the products or else they'd be making money by now. Consumers don't care. And the CBD market is already saturated. It's a pump and dump. Nothing legit about it. But Jim Kras and Michael James are happy people are still biting and would thank all newcomers if given the chance. Without the shareholder, where would they be?
The Martha Stewart deal is over and it's been discussed on this board ad nauseum. It's eveidenced in their SEC filings. They have 6 more weeks to sell the remainder of the product after production of the line was halted. I believe there will be an obligation to remove the MS reference from their website after the sale deadline is up.
People need to understand the entirety of the NRTI story without beeing mislead. This comes by way of due dilligence.
Or is the registration claiming Mako as a nonprofit a forgery? You couldn't write this in Hollywood. Amazing stuff.
I agree. Should be much.
Old filings? That's from the most recent quarterly financial report.
Without reading the financials, how else would you perform due diligence? Press releases and blog articles? Links on a website?

People are shouting about short trading as the demise of momentum. That's not the case. The story unravels by reading the SEC documents this company files.
Inergetics funds itself, pays management, by making deals with debt. The debtor unloads when volume is high. Look for the 8k referencing the31Group and follow it down the rabbit hole.
Some will say during the trading day that dilution has been exhausted and is finished, Truth is the number is never known.
Many have remarked on BMAK and after 2 days of exuberence, today, people are turning on one another and the energy has turned negative. This behavior amongst the board has been going on for months. Members are right to call out BMAK. It's been the same 10k shares at bid and ask for months. NRTI is their puppet. You can't apply chart logic to a security when the number of shares hitting the floor is unknown.
Considering the monumental volume the past few days I'm shocked the debtors didn't take out the 100 million shares end of day at tz3 and collect 30 grand. It may or may not mean the bottom but they will be present next week with more shares. It's how this story has gone for months upon months.
I disagree. I believe it is a new and extremely relevant filing.
Looks grey. Bout time.
When the fed fines are known, but until then. Wholatta nope.
Like I said, get your popcorn ready. Fascinating creatures.
