Now how much was it trtc said they will (eventually) produce weekly?
I wouldn't use these #'s for dd 'cause of inflated price
ZACKS UPGRADES TRTC!!!
Zacks Investment Research is an A+ rated research firm.
They have upgraded trtc to the top 11% of the Farming Industry, competing against bid board company's like Kubota, Agco, Deere & Co, Briggs & Stratton etc...
http://www.zacks.com/stock/quote/TRTC?q=trtc
My two cents...
Wow, away from my computer for a day or two and the board goes craaaazy. Big news leaves everyone guessing, speculation abound.
My guess, we landed a whale. With trtc "bottoming out" around May 22 @ .34 and the start of an uptrend and all the positive news lately. EG progressing nicely, permits in NV, possible disp in NV, Florida, New Jersey, DP speaking at conferences and on television, and now the "abilities" program and canceling the s-3, financials in a month that's practically assured to be beaten and 3rd Q estimate that's sure to be raised ...
What else could it be? Big money is here. Canceling the s-3 was/is probably a condition of the venture caps or whomever is coming on board.
This is all of coarse my opinion and I reserve the right to change said opinion without further notice.

If I could pick up some more I would. Everything I can spare is in already.
New Zacks Ranking...
trtc is now ranked in the top 17% of the entire farming sector.

My evaluation agrees...
We bottomed out on May 22 when we sank to an intraday low of .34. Since then we have been on a gradual uptrend. My analysis predicts this uptrend will continue gaining momentum throughout July and August and will reach a new high just after the financials are released in mid August and the 3rd Q estimates are raised to take into account all the new developments.
load up now or forever be kicking yourself in the pants.
trending up and gaining momentum...
We bottomed out on May 22 (I believe) at an intraday low of .34. Since then we have been on a gradual uptrend. My analysis shows the uptrend will continue gaining momentum and possibly setting a new high shortly after financials are released next month.
Excellent Analysis...
We bottomed out on May 22 when we hit the intraday low of .34. We have been on a slow gradual uptrend since then. Now I believe we are going to start gaining momentum and picking up speed. A new 52 week high soon after the 2nd quarter financials are released next month is entirely possible according to my analysis.

Florida co-ops and Regulations...
Sunshine Growers in Lakeland, Fl has been growing since August '86 so that's almost 28 years.

The Florida regulations require a nursery with 30 years growing experience.

It will be quite a fight with big money being donated to each side.
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/politics/florida-medical-marijuana/
A recent poll showed 97% in favor of legalizing. In order for the amendment to pass at least 60% must vote to legalize.
http://www.inquisitr.com/1267640/florida-marijuana-legalization-poll-legal-weed-november/
If voter turnout is HIGH looks like a YES on Amendment 2.
overvalued or undervalued...
It's up to each individual investor to decide what they think the fair market value should be.
With trtc aggressively pursuing national branding for the EG products and signing up with the biggest retailers out there, the future earning potential could be huge. Couple that with the upcoming cultivation, production licenses and the dispensary license their sure to get (imo) leaves me thinking they are definitely undervalued.
When things get going the pps will fly!
Dilution is good, very good.
Penny stocks by their very nature don't really have an EPS to speak of. So the dilution can't really effect the companies value. But the cash gives them the opportunity to grow. So trtc stockholders should be pleased with a dilution.
Right now trtc is standing tall in the doorways of two emerging industries ready to explode and we are aggressively pursuing opportunities in each.
We all want the company to grow. So, as long has the new money is used to expand it's a win for the company and a win for the shareholders.
That's a win win !!
Win^2

Ok, same business model, same product , greater area to cover, strictest price company on the planet,
Equals..... What? Better margins?
I expect it to be worse not better, give me one reason margins will improve? One logical reason that is.
you asked for "one logical reason" I gave you one.
My "rhetoric" has you put it is backed up by hundreds of years of proof and thousands of examples.
If you need a more detailed "logical reason" follow the link in the excellent post by sscadaver that I pasted below for your convenience.

Because not all expenses are variable, some are fixed, and when demand increases, profit margins can increase. This page can explain better than I can:

I'm unpaid so I only get a small number of free posts. I'll waste no more on this. Anyone can see your questions were answered factually.
Yes I know exactly what they offer and what they plan to offer. You wanted one logical reason and I gave you one. Not only is it logical, it has been done repeatably in business, over and over again. Ever since the first businesses were started, in every industry that has existed this has been done to create vast fortunes.
When all noise is silenced and just the facts are left it is logical to presume that trtc will dominate the market.
I'm betting trtc is next!
A logical reason...
EG keeps expanding, taking over region after region to become national top dog, creating a high entry point for competition. After squeezing out all competition trtc would own the market. Monies will fall from the heavens "makin it rain"
Many many many many many companies have done this in the past to become juggernauts in their prospective fields.
Any and all capital!
Any funds coming in put to good use plus more. A good reason to issue more shares. Expand and conquer!!
Expansion takes capital
Would love to see a link or know which email service is being used. Any particulars, like how much it costs or anything factual at all?

sounds like the word is out.
Stay the coarse, keep expanding and we will be a national brand in no time. We will own the hydro market.
If it's an emergency you can.
When it's harvested I've heard tale of some people trimming a few flowers and hanging them in the oven from toothpicks for a little while at low temperature. They say it's harsh and not quite as good has properly cured flowers but more than adequate.
I wouldn't know personally, just what I've heard;)
Janice - you are incorrect
Yes it is sold in little pots of soil.
Yes it is 100% organic hydroponically grown.

Potential reclassification...
I think the FDA reclassification is a done deal and the discussions they are having are about where to move it to. Alcohol and tobacco were given an exemption and is what, I think, should be done to mj. Schedules II, III, IV and V require a prescription by a medical practitioner, so that takes full legalization of the menu. I believe they will reclassify to schedule III for now. Marinol, which is the synthetic form of tetrahydrocannabinol (thc) is currently in schedule III. If you look at other drugs in this catagory like codeine, anabolic steroids, hydrocodone etc... you realize mj doesn't belong here but since when has anything about the laws and mj made since. It would be a nice step in the right direction though. But this leaves the question of what to do about non medical use? Maybe a schedule III status and a decriminalization law that respects the states decision to proceed has they see fit is the way to go? Whatever they decide is going to be ground breaking news for trtc and the industry as a whole.
imo exemption and full legalization!

I most graciously accept, we have met on this board before I recently changed my alias from jell to fatstaxx. The former is a little to personal so changed it. You do great dd that's why I was a little confused at first

True it will probably take a small short term hit 'cause a few people who don't know what a dilution is will panic sell. It will also pop back up quickly above the pre dilution pps.
imo of coarse
thanx and a real possibility about the pharmacy. Creating a national brand is tough and trtc is making it happen, If we have to keep margins slim for awhile then so be it.
I thought you were a long?
longs should want a dilution. Do some dd about what a dilution is and turn a deaf ear to the noise. I'm a long and I'm hoping for a dilution to expand operations (increasing future value) and to give trtc room to run. Dilution does not effect the pps, although a lot of people think it does.

bought in @ .11 in 4Q'13
what?
Don't respond to naysayers.
Dilution is a good thing for most small companies. It gives them capital to expand and all us longs want trtc to expand and grow.
It only effects the EPS, but not really. Most small companies don't really have earnings so how can it effect something that's not there.
Dilution in a small company is a Win Win.
Agreed, the future's so bright we gotta wear shades...lol
Organic hydroponically grown produce is expensive in comparison and walmart is trying to get the price down so more people can benefit. I have read numerous articles mentioning this. So the margins aren't going to increase by much. Quantity is where the money will be made. Decreasing the cost of production will help a little with the margins and also set a barrier to competition from other growers. Their growing methods are efficient and will cement their status.
I can't believe the whole wally world discussion is still going on. When the first pics showed EG in the produce section the contract talk was over. Done Deal. Business 101 should have told everyone that, no wait business 011 should of told everyone that. Some of these people here get paid to post, so the more you respond the more they make.
Nice find, I recently made some financial moves to liquidate a little more cash, I plan to pick up some more shares real soon.
welcome back
