$12.185 million
I think that is a very safe estimate. I'd be inclined to predict slightly higher revs but overall I like it!
Nice buy!
Gotta love this call. Hearing it through his words allays any and all worries.
In new sales. Includes the 14 million in backlog.
I am not expecting ANY substantial news on the call today. IMO this will simply be a discussion of the 10q with more supporting details. The acquisitions will come but not today.
It seems like most of them do. This one will be interesting since we finally show solid numbers and a few consistent quarters of meeting or exceeding expectations. This is the ground floor for institutional investors so if they start buying up shares, with this low float, we could push up fairly quickly.
"Solar3D Inc Backs FY15 Rev $40M-$45M" - Dowjones wire
weird how it's not on the SEC yet
Is anyone else on the SEC website hitting refresh ever 5 seconds?
4:45 EST is my guess for the release
To clarify: They must file the "Notification of Late Filing (on a Form 12b-25)" within 1 business day. The filing is "late" regardless.
Haha I can give it a shot. What is their new address and do you know if they are definitely out of the old address completely? The old address is still listed as the official address with the SEC as well:

I got a reply from the web developer and they fixed the Headquarter / Headquarters issue!
The Response:
"Matt,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can’t believe we missed that.
Have a wonderful Monday.

I don't know what you mean by explode but I think fairly large positive movement is likely. Somewhere north of the $6 range IMO. It should show positive earnings which will attract a bunch of investors and hopefully some large investment banks.
I guess we can give them a pass since they have been so busy with the uplisting, acquisition(s?), financials, etc. They probably don't have a dedicated IT person so it's most likely outsourced work. If you see anything send them a message so they're aware.
Exactly. I read that and had to do a double check on dictionary.com because it didn't sound right.
I like Sunworks website a bit better too. I just went and checked it out and noticed they are incorrectly using "Headquarter" instead of "Headquarters" throughout the site. I sent them a message so that they would fix it!

IMO the big spike will occur again with the Q1 10k. With the derivative liability gone it should look amazing! Even if gross numbers aren't huge, the Net numbers will be spectacular.
The biggest benefit of the Q1 report will be the absence of derivative liability. The net profit numbers should look great!
$7.69 million
That's because they don't want a cash outlay. They'd rather lease the system entirely which isn't our specialty. Hopefully we are in the running!! This would probably be close to a $20 million dollar deal if my math is correct.
“Operators are selected on the basis of how well they meet the criteria in the RFP. Fourteen vendors responded. We have selected a business whose name will be included in the staff report going to the Board of Supervisors on April 14,” Slothower said.

It's April 14th, my bday. I have a good feeling about this .
It will probably close near where it opened. Swing traders making some good money today.
RSI is low! Heading back to oversold territory
FYI $8.88 pre-uplist / IPO = $6.78 at current share count.
It's an accounting number only. They don't owe anything. They had outstanding convertible debt related to the sunworks acquisition. When the stock value changes, so does the accounting number associated with that debt. According to the 10k they renegotiated those and they will no longer be on the books this coming quarter.
Awesome news! Q1 will take off since people won't be confused by the phantom "derivative liability" anymore.
$5.611 mil gross profit
20.189 million !!!
Just got some too at $2.50!!
RSI(14) actually pulled back to closer to 60. Plenty of room to grow. For comparison, after the uplisting when we rocketed to 8.88 RSI was at 89. MACD looks healthy as well.

Pretty low shorting right now. 76k shares short but I'm not sure how accurate or up to date that is.
Insane volume so far. Huge buys all the way up in the 4.90's.
Sounds like a good time. Thanks Raz. You didn't happen to ask him about the cell efficiency numbers by chance? I want to know who won our competition!!
great article, thanks!

To add:
1) As an investor, continued use of convertible debt in order to acquire a company scares me. This leads to dilution which decreases my ownership percentage. Do you plan on continuing this practice with future acquisitions? If so, will it be at similar levels to past acquisitions?
2)Do you plan on vertically integrating at all? What areas do you see as the greatest opportunity to accomplish this?
