Maybe tomorrow is that day!
Celllll news tooonight, tomorrow will be an afternoon filled with delight.
Once SLTD is worth as much as Exxon(445 bil market cap), each of your shares will be worth $1,534.48. TO DA MOON!
Maybe they are preparing for a big rush of page views due to some BIG news :)
What do you all think it will take to be moved to the OTCQX market or do you think we will bypass that and get listed on the NASDAQ eventually?
Quote of the Day: “I’d put my money on the
sun and solar energy.
What a source of power! I
hope we don’t have to wait
until oil and coal run out
before we tackle that.”
-Thomas Edison
Is anyone here invested in other solar industry companies that they'd like to recommend for further due diligence?
I put my 18k up for sale at $22.00
Exactly. I can grab the percentage numbers of ownership broken down by type but not live ownership details.
Roland Bryan, Billed as one of the founders of the internet in the early 90s. Both of those guys seem to know what they're doing and make me feel even better about SLTD.

I wanted to take a moment to say thanks to all of the active members on this board before we takeoff and this becomes harder to follow. The intelligent posts and informed, levelheaded insight have been very helpful. GLTA.
I think 1 billion would take it. Then again, these panels could be worth even more if they are as efficient as the prototypes.
24.31% is my guess
Hopefully we keep taking more and more pieces of that pie! I think that the industry growth will continue in this fashion for years to come.
Just for fun. Price per share growth as compared to market cap if shares outstanding holds at it's current level.
PPS _ Shares Out _ Market Cap
$0.07 _ 285,714,285.00 _ $20,000,000.00

$0.35 _ 285,714,285.00 _ $100,000,000.00

I don't know for sure but I would assume they are built to order homes. This seems to be the current industry standard. I would think that these 200 homes will be spread out over a 2-4 year period.
Exactly. Alternatively, you use the same number of panels, hardware, etc but you also generate more electricity. Once the storage solutions further develop this will be a great all around technology. Keep riding the wave all the way to profit beach.
I wanted to link this great series of articles over at Seeking Alpha which discusses the solar industry as a whole. One interesting thing I learned was that solar panel cost is actually a fairly small portion of the cost of an installation as a whole. Labor is about 50%, copper cable, the inverters, the switchgear, and electrical safety equipment account for about 30% of cost.
3rd part is linked but read them all!

Yep sorry about that. 30,000.
If intrinsic valuation calculations were as simple as the formula you provided, everyone would be rich. Why is TSLA worth 25 billion when they sold less than 3000 cars last year and Ford worth less than 3 times that (65 billion) when they sold close to 2.5 million vehicles?
He is entitled to his own conclusions however wrong they may be. I also disagree with his statement that SLTD is overvalued right now with a ~17mil market cap. I think that value is fair for just SunWorks alone.
Comparing JN to Elon Musk is a little unfair. Elon Musk is arguably the best and most well known CEO on the planet. There are plenty of other successful CEOs and companies.
eTrade shows 289.9 as well.
That's the truth.
Epak, don't sell right now, you will regret it.
I agree, The cash surprised me. I am very excited for Q2 and any forthcoming news on the progression of the solar cell!
Could the cash be used towards another acquisition in the near future?
For those that aren't familiar with the SEC's EDGAR website, here is the link to Solar3D's current filings:

Does anyone have a clue what the profit margin on residential solar sales is industry wide or for SLTD specifically? With close to 1 mil per month in sales in residential alone it's looking like the 3D solar tech isn't adding much value at all as of yet. If it takes off... watch out the price will jump!
