I wonder where all those 3s came from?
Only 30 million traded today. Momentum faded fast just as I thought it would.
Im sure lots of flippers bought at 2 hoping to score.
Other flippers bought at 3.
What happens when everyone flips out?
You ever play musical chairs as a child? It's kinda like that...
Don't be caught standing when the music stops.
Once again I find myself looking for the up vote button.
iHub doesn't ever make any improvements to the site.
There has been lots of accumulation during previous bursts of careless enthusiasm. Each time hopes and trading account balances were crushed as soon as the PPS crashed back to 0001.
Why would anyone think that this is going to be anything other than a opportunity to flip for a quick profit?
If the company really had anything solid they would have dropped an official PR.
Nobody should be putting their rent money on the line. If anything does ever happen it's probably going to take awhile.
Obviously, you haven't bothered to look at the long term monthly chart.
When was the last time we saw .001?
Notice how that price was just a bump in the road as the PPS fell.
It's been at 0001 for a very long time. Yes, blind enthusiasm has wiggled the price up just a little a couple of times but it fell back just as quickly.
Only way this gets really moving is actual news
Hot air and fantasies of becoming rich usually don't push the price too much.
Right now that is a BIG IF.
You really need to look closely at the form 4's. Buying is not the best term for what has been going on.
There have been some convertible notes transacted and some "wages" that were converted into shares. Neither of these would be considered as buying.
All of the transactions happened outside of the regular market. All shares probably came directly from the company.
Okay, that makes sense.
I guess I could try Google.
You can specify a time frame if you choose "search tools".
I did that awhile ago and didn't see anything other than iHub posts for the last 24 hours. Lots of activity but I didn't look at any of the posts. I just figured they would be on the SWET board.
There was one result in Russian and another that took me to a porn site. Both of those were probably some kind of scraping bot that picked up some content trying to lure in a few clicks.
The link in the PM didn't work.
Kinda looks like a search for SWET on iHub by looking at the URL. That should just take me to the SWET board. Already been there...
Well, today has been interesting. I see lots of big trades going through that are hitting the ask. 3's being taken with impunity.
Either something is up or we just got a major pump. Hard to tell which.
Might just be that some clown managed to trigger some automated buy orders. I bet lots of people put conditional orders down on tickers like this. Either that or just tripping triggers on scans.
It's good to have goals...
Although DG has always been an optimist he did seem to have made point to try to make a stronger defensive argument.
One reason I occasionally drop a litigation bomb is to shake the tree just in case Ron or one of his buddies happens to be monitoring the board.
A fresh article by a local reporter is the best news that has been seen around here for a while.
Nice work...
It's not like they really have enough work to fill their days like some jobs. Government workers usually have it pretty easy.
Plus, I doubt they get all that many inquiries. It's not like that area has a hopping real estate market. Probably less than 100 sales a year.
No biggie...
BTW, if you ever want to clean up some of my posts over here free. I don't have a missing post problem since the bears took over the SWET board. There for a while it was touch and go most of the time.
Sounds like this could shake out some independently verified information. Hopefully, you will get an explanation if it is in error or you might get the confirmation that it is State owned.
Either way it's interesting...
Okay, done...
Course, that was the most enjoyable line to write.
Yes, this was exactly what I was thinking about.
Thanks...
No financials showing the $50,000 they said they got.
Totally missed the deadline and didn't have enough respect to inform the loyal retail investors. I'm assuming that he kept the equity investors in the loop.
All it said is landowner. Again, I just can't see a government agency cutting a deal for a percentage of the company. That's something that a private party would do.
You may be retired but you're more hip than I am. I had to Google that one.
LMAO...
Reality specialist huh?
How appropriate....
I'd love to be as good at daytrading as this guy.
Actually, I'm thinking about trying for more of a long term approach but daytrading is exiting. Most I made in 1 day was $5,000.
When I look at the NVDA monthly chart I really wish I'd just went long. I've been a fan of their products for a long time. Now they're moving into the new frontier of self driving cars, virtual reality and AI. NVDA could be right up there with Google eventually.
If only I had the time and the wisdom to sit down and pick stocks based on something other than momentum and what is happening at the moment.
Early retirement was my goal. Unfortunately, I tried too hard and too fast. I was holding my own daytrading up until the beginning of 2016. Last year I was ahead $15,000 in February and lost all of that plus about $20,000. I'm still trying to recover psychologically. You gotta have confidence or trading is impossible.
Right now SWET is my only interest.
I'm planning on holding off trading until early next year and just take a couple of weeks off and FOCUS. Trying to get the right mindset and process in place while I'm skipping around here and there proved impossible.
I'm at work...
Truck driver, remember?
I'm almost always at work.
Usually on mobile...
I'm sure glad you're doing the leg work on this and sharing what you find.
This revelation could very well be the huge red flag that most of us have been expecting to find.
I was trying to find that PR that detailed the agreement with the landowner. IT WAS A HUGE PR since it claimed that there was a $50,000 cash investment made or that the landowner had accepted a partial stake in Arizona Green Power in exchange for something. As I recall it was either way or maybe even both.
Whatever it was I'm pretty sure that it sold a pile of shares.
This thing is quacking and waddling again. Must be a duck...
Well that's interesting...
So I wonder what that "deal" between the landowner and SWET was all about? Neither the State or BLM is likely to have cut such a deal. Those government entities are all take it or leave it. It'll be there in 100 years and we really don't care about making deals.
NOTE 2 – DEPOSITS
Long-term deposits are comprised of aggregate of $204,259 of which $200,000 are deposits to acquire approximately 640 acres of land in Yuma County, Arizona
at $46,500 per acre. The option requires monthly payments of $12,500 for ten months beginning in March 2015. All deposits are non-refundable.
In addition, the Company has an aggregate of $4,259 in long term lease deposits.
Look under the heading in bold Note 2 Deposits
Okay, Ron's guesstimate seems a little high. Actually more than a little.
$46k for an acre of dirt within rock throwing distance from the Mexican border doesn't make sense. Real estate is usually priced according its location and any improvements already in place. Property closer to Yuma, which is the biggest city in the area, is going for WAY less.
Maybe if there is a complete subdivision of houses scattered in 10 acre parcels complete with access roads it'd make $30+ million a good price.
The property was used for agriculture. I don't remember exactly what was being grown but I was left with the idea that whatever it was grows on trees. Usually failed farms don't do a very good job of cleaning up after themselves, so I would imagine it's covered in dead trees.
I think there were some numbers in the last 10-K they filled. I suggest trying a word search for 640 acres since we are pretty sure about that number.
Are you sure it wasn't in that development agreement Cycleman posted the way to other day? Unfortunately, it's a scan so it's not searchable.
Your guesstimate of the property values for empty farmland in San Luis is a little high. Small lots are only a couple of thousand per acre. Bigger lots get a volume discount. I saw several listings for only a thousand per acre.

Isn't doing a stock transaction with company for wages be considered as doing business?
No, I don't have any idea where they are incorporated now.
Is it possible that they're not only dodging taxes but operating on a revoked charter as well?
I've speculated that this could end up in court over something. I hadn't imagined these things though. I figured it'd be someone from the city who tossed their life savings into this back when it was 4 cents. They're probably PISSED OFF.
Seems fairly likely that someone with the city would have made an investment. I know I would have if I were in such a position.
That 18 MILLION BID you're so impressed with is only $18,000.
$18,000 is chump change to some successful traders. When it comes down to it most of us are basically degenerate gamblers at heart.
The malicious and vengeful part of me already did consider this. You can play a song and dance for the SEC but the IRS will get theirs no matter what you do.
Although, I hate to admit it but there does seem to be some continuing activity.
Perhaps I misjudged you. This comment about penny flipping along with the recent discovery of the Development Agreement being reinstated with the city as you suggested that it had has softened my opinion of you.
I've seen lots of lying cheating penny flippers hit and run on this board in the several years I've been following the stock. Pretty easy to lump any fresh optimists into the group.
