Another paint @ 2 for $32.
The bait ain't working boys.
Cash in those lottery tickets and move along. Lots of other tickers to play.
Even the newbies can see that SWET is a scam.
Paint @ 0002 with a $9 - 45,000 share trade.
The manipulators are still trying to get the newbies to buy at 0002.
Ask 199 million
Bid 022 million
That's a pretty big hammer sitting above the bid. How long until it falls?
Didn't that PR flop when it first came out? It was cleverly worded to give the impression that it was an important development. Only thing is that the market didn't buy into it.
The land deal is set to expire soon. That's a pretty big step backwards.
Tick Tock...
Yup, hopefully it'll stay that way.
Time & Sales pic
Heavy selling...
Almost 9 million sold so far. That's probably a penny flipper cashing in his lottery ticket for even money.
The number of shares at the two most interesting prices has fallen.
Ask 190.7 million
Bid 008.6 millinn
I wonder how long those bids will last? Seems to me that somebody is going to sweep them up and move on to something else pretty soon. What happens to the other 182 million shares once this POS goes back to no bid?
SLAP THAT ASK THEN.
All you'll be doing is feeding the traders who bought at 0001 with a nice double up.
Don't fall in love with a ticker. Especially one that's trading at 0001. There's probably a really good reason why it's trading at the rock bottom of the cesspool called the OTC.
BTW, the company isn't going to PR failure. Sometimes you just gotta look at the total picture and make a decision.
Pardon me.. They're BROKE.
THEY HAVE NO MONEY.
Is that more to your liking?
You still haven't tackled that pesky question about when SWET gets it operating capital.
Please answer my question.
It'll be very enlightening.
If the company is not bankrupt, as you claim then they obviously have a source of money.
What is the source of money?
It's right there in the financial reports.
It's not a trick question.
I never said they filed for bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy is a condition of having absolutely no money to spend.
Can you please tell me where the company is getting money.
Oh yeah, and please include a link to your proof.
Why do you think that they didn't file the last two financial reports? Isn't it obvious? They're trying to hide the fact that they have no money.
Did you actually read any of the financial reports?
Due Diligence is more than reading company PRs and feelings optimistic.
Answer this simple question then.
Where does the company get its money?
All businesses need money to function. Without it they're bankrupt.
The company doesn't have to file for bankruptcy. It doesn't have any outstanding debt to ask for protection from. Traditional banks wouldn't lend Solar Wind Energy any money.
The company is BANKRUPT.
We've proven that much.
This thing is most likely going straight back to no bid within a few days.
The only interest people have here is trying to double up on a lucky pop. The more people who are playing the less likely it is that you'll hit the jackpot.
Once those little pops up to 0002 quit happening everyone who bought a lottery ticket is going to dump.
Isn't it obvious?
Even the newbies aren't buying the bullshit. A 0001 penny stock isn't going to be building a 1.5 billion dollar tower that runs on water in the Arizona desert. It don't take a rocket scientist to see the reality of the situation.
Y'all are like crabs in a bucket.
Why try to pull anyone new into this stink hole?
It doesn't matter what the company has said. The only thing that matters is what they've done.
The only thing that Solar Wind Energy has built is a website. Until this changes there's not going to be a significant increase in the PPS.
Let the newbies loose their money someplace else.
If they haven't managed to get funding yet how does continued effort mean eventual success?
It doesn't...
Their best opportunity to get funding has already passed. National Standard only wanted Solar Wind to meet a few conditions. The most important of which was Power Purchase Agreements. Obviously, they didn't get them. We'd have definitely heard about it by now.
At this point their own funding has dried up. Nobody is going to do a deal with a convertible note since there isn't any demand in the market.
No money = no work.
Ron telling you that they're still working on getting funding is synonymous with asking Johnnie Cochran whether OJ was guilty. Of course he's going to give you the answer that fits his own narrative of the situation.
Solar Wind Energy is bankrupt and OJ Simpson did it. Get over it...
Take a look at some of those ancient PRs you so like to post links to and look at the stock price at that time. Most PRs didn't effect the price.
Nobody was buying the bullshit so he stopped slinging it.
Game Over...
Excellent Post...
Seems to me that you need to read the lines. Reading between them is just wild speculation.
Fantasizing about what the company hasn't directly said is not a very good investment strategy.
The email you got doesn't have any new information. They've been pursuing funding and looking beyond the borders for a very long time.
You seem to enjoy looking at old PRs. Go as far back as you can and you'll see that I'm telling you the truth.
Sure, I could have sold a long time ago, but I have my reasons for holding. For one it reminds me to monitor this board and try to prevent other honest people from loosing money.
I'm 95% down on the position.
Never invest money you're not willing to loose.
I've been following this ticker for about 2 years. I've read all of the PRs and most of the SEC filings. My speculation is based on a lot of time and effort.
You're just posting stuff that the rest of us have already seen.
The enthusiasm you have isn't based on reality.
The company had big plans and THEY FAILED TO DELIVER.
What's so hard to understand about that?
Businesses fail all the time.
Okay, I got the emails.
Here's a screen shot of each so everyone can see.
These emails don't show that the company is making any progress. It clearly states that they are pursuing the necessary funds. It doesn't say that they have them.
They've been pursuing funding for years.
What do you expect a penny stock CEO to say in an inquiry?
They all go down denying that the game is over.
A fact is not an assertion.
I fact is, by definition, indisputable.
Since you're the only one who has seen this email then obviously it's disputable.
Okay, I'll bite...
This is my burner email.
I only use it for communications such as this.
forwardthinker505@yahoo.com
Every time I emailed the company I either got a canned response or no response at all.
Yeah, I get the strategy.
Only thing is that the longer it takes them to flip the costlier it gets. Every time they paint the tape they're loosing money. Eventually it won't be any fun for them anymore.
I knew I saved those shares for something...
I wonder who it was that sold only 100,000 shares and dumped the price back down to 0001?
I also wonder who it was that bought the 200,000 out of the gate.
$40...
BIG SPENDER...
I wonder whether they'll buy some more of those $2 trades @ 0002?
Isn't there always a transaction fee?
Seems like a loosing strategy to me.
HOW ABOUT A SCREEN SHOT?
It's pretty obvious that it's not a bargain you see. It's an opportunity. An opportunity to double your money by selling the shares you bought at 0001 to some newbie at 0002.
Why else would you be working so hard?
If the company were going to succeed you'd be quietly loading the boat at 0001.
I noticed that you didn't post a screen shot of that supposed email.
Why is that?
I refuse to average down any further than I already did. That'd be throwing good money away IMHO.
As I said before, I hold this position not out of hope. I hold it to remind myself not to be so stupid.
Plus, it gives me a reason to follow this board so I can share what I've learned with others who are just discovering this stock.
I used to be a supporter. I used to argue the facts from the bullish side of the fence. I may have swayed some people into putting money into this. Money they probably lost. This is my penance for my previous sins.
Please post CURRENT links to support your claims.
Anything over 6 months old is useless.
They were supposed to be building the damn thing by this year.
How could you have missed that if you'd actually done the DD you claim?
Obviously, it ain't gonna happen.
Please, stop posting old links trying to give the impression that something is happening here.
The company didn't file it's yearly report for 2015 or it's first quarterly for 2016. Real companies capable of building 1.5 billion dollar projects don't stop filing paperwork.
When the announcement of the reverse split was made it seemed like the company would get it over with quickly. Seems to me that they realized that it wasn't worth doing since there's simply no reason to continue to fund the company. It's not actually doing anything anymore.
The Arizona project is obviously all but dead. And it was the only one that really ever had any chance at all.
I doubt that Ron will even bother to file bankruptcy since every penny the company ever had came from convertible notes. There's not any loans to default on. Shareholders are the only ones who lost their money.
The note holders probably still have lots of shares to sell.
They aren't giving updates or filing SEC reports because there's nothing good to say. If Ron comes out and admits that the project is dead what little volume there is will dry up. He doesn't want to screw over the note holders. He may need funding for another scam in the future.
Chile ain't gonna happen.
Chile Has So Much Solar Energy It’s Giving It Away for Free
They're not going to gamble with 1.5 billion dollars to build a prototype SWET Tower when what they're already doing is supplying their needs.
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-06-01/chile-has-so-much-solar-energy-it-s-giving-it-away-for-free
Mexico ain't gonna be the Guinea pig on this either. Nobody wants to risk that much money on an unproven design. That's kinda why this thing fell apart.
Sellers saw that 2s have been sold and are probably waiting to see if they'll be lucky enough to sell at that price.
As I recall, there's been less than $200 sold at 2 so it's a huge long shot but hey, we're all gamblers down here in penny land. What's a few more days matter?
BTW, I almost painted the tape the other way on you but my broker wouldn't let me sell only 10,000 shares since the commission was more than the proceeds.
170 shares sold @ 0002?
Just painting the tape.
That's absolutely pitiful...
I see you finally found the website.
The website is the greatest accomplishment Solar Wind ever made. 10s of Millions of dollars worth of investors money was harvested through this share selling scheme and all we got is a 2 bit website.
Did you notice this part?
Only an idiot would average down here.
I hold my position not out of hope.
I hold it to remind me never to be so stupid again.
204 Million Ask
019 Million Bid
$130 so far for the sellers at 0001
The two BIG SPENDERS buying at 0002 only spent $2 for those 10,000 shares.
Obviously, that's just someone trying desperately to give the impression that people are buying.
My prediction that buying at 2s would dry up has been proven true. Maybe I was also right about the other buys at 2 being someone trying reel in the newbies.
This ticker is dead...
Please stop tying to raise the dead.
You're just wasting peoples time, including your own.
BREAK OUT BOARD...
The break out board IS NOT an indicator of anything other than post count.
Posts, especially when the vast majority of them are from a single poster, ARE NOT, a sign of an impending break out.
There's absolutely NOTHING going on here. The company is not making any progress. Buying now IS NOT going to make anybody rich.
Unfortunately, most penny stocks are scams. This one just had a little better story to tell than most.
I found the stock about 2 years ago. I was a rookie investor and thought I'd found the golden ticket. It took quite awhile until I finally admitted that I was wrong. Now I follow the board with the intention of trying to make sure that others don't make the same mistake.
The Solar Wind Energy Tower is supposed to cost about 1.5 BILLION dollars or so. Such projects are not put in place in secret. Literally, thousands of people would know if anything of such magnitude were really happening. If thousands of people knew that this thing was anything more than a scam it WOULD NOT be trading at the deep deep discounted price of 0001.
The company has been essentially silent for about 6 months or so. The last note we saw was to inform everyone that they would be filing the yearly report late. That was a few months ago. They still haven't bothered to fill the yearly report.
If the company isn't filing paperwork they're not going to be building a 1.5 billion dollar tower.
Building a power plant using experimental technology is something that is very risky and extremely costly. In order to get something like this going it would take some serious money. Solar Wind Energy simply does not have the resources.
If you'd like to see what a real project using experimental technology looks like check out the following link. It took several big companies, including Google, and several years to get this one built.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivanpah_Solar_Power_Facility
209 Million on ask.
018 Million on bid.
That's not bid support.
That's a hammer waiting to fall.
The ask slaps are getting smaller.
I bet they will be either smaller or non existent tomorrow.
Less that $400 traded with $300 of that trading at .0001
I told you when you showed up a couple of days ago that this ticker was dead.
A SWET tower would use 2.6 Trillion Gallons of water.
SWET estimates that operating the tower will require roughly 8,000 acre-feet of water per year. That's less water than is needed to irrigate and farm 1,000 acres, but it's still a lot of water to find in the desert.
1 acre-foot = 325850.943 us liquid gallons
If you do the math that's 2,606,807,544 gallons of water used in only a year. 2.6 Trillion Gallons
Obviously, you didn't read the article. Nor do you understand how the tower is supposed to work.
The water is evaporated in order to cool the air so that it falls down the tower. How can water that is evaporated be recycled?
The big story here is the mountain of convertible debt. The company hasn't made a single penny in actual revenue.
https://www.lawinsider.com/company/95572/solar-wind-energy-tower-inc
The company hasn't even bothered to file their yearly report from last year. They're obviously not responsible enough to pull off building anything that is estimated to cost more than 1 billion dollars.
Not to mention that the whole area is under severe drought conditions. It's totally unrealistic to think that a power plant that runs on water is going to be built in the desert near California.
This ticker is dead...
The board was dead as well just a few days ago.
