I remember reading the included info in the Q3. Maybe the re-file was required to close the next acquisition for some reason????

Well I took a small starter position @ $1.11 because I keep seeing triple 1 everywhere lately. Hunch no logic.
It's been running for 7 days. Taking 25% gain tomorrow, hold to divvy date plan or not. Will re-enter, but have to protect that 25% when there hasn't been a red day of 7.

There's how my luck has been. Yesterday I decided to take my loss @ RETC sold at 1:30 pm for .0013 and it ran 20% by 2:30.
My Oil play also sold for loss @1:30 and by 2:30 it popped 25% to end of day.

It's like the trade on plan god's smacked me in the face.
Added o FAZ today on 5 day S&P run with decreasing volume. We'll see what the god's think. Expect a FIB's pop to $14. LOL
Been trying to find the debit conversion price for some time. Couldn't locate original Senior Secured debenture until today.

The Debentures may be converted at any time at a conversion price equal to $0.26. There were 464 mil warrants, 214 mil debit, 68 mil preferred available for conversion.
753,000,000 / 500 (Nov 12, 2018) spilt = 1,506,000 shares post R/S. Now all that's needed is what's the numbers for the Nov 8th $1,240,00 funding round? That needs to be divided by 500. And we should be in the total dilution ballpark.

I'm looking for a bottom channel in the $SPX. Recently TA & charting isn't working well. Everything in the market has become too short term, crazy. A channel will allow some stability and a possible step off the sidelines. IMO
Would love to FAS/FAZ the market into Q1 earnings, then stock pick a Stable TA & charting market climb Q2.
S&P climb now shows increasing price, on decreasing volume. With a gap open today and money flow finally reaching zero, from out flow. Reversal possible. Hope it happens and retrace reaches previous low. I really want a bottom channel.

Dwindling volumes shows dwindling dilution. Keep an eye on daily volumes.
RNVA bought hospitals, then entered the sellers supply cost savings programs. And I expect they will for the 3rd purchase.

Just some info to help justify why RNVA has positive rev's. They are getting needed supplies for their hospitals cheaper then if stand alone. CEO may be screwing us to build company business. But he's a hell of a smart businessman.
This type of (guessing at) posting is more pumper/basher info, then helpful info.
That's just not how one can report the outstanding share structure on any stock.
In the open market, on any given day, the shares traded, could be the same shares traded the day before.
I'm not trying to start an argument about OS. But posters throwing out guesses @ numbers just benefits no one!!!
We know there is increasing dilution. Toughing guessed at numbers is just wrong.
PLEASE provide a link to the OS numbers you are posting about. I'm calling this BS. Not the OS is higher, but NO one knows the number since last Q report.
I'd like to mention one other thing many may not know. The holding CHS Community Health Systems, Inc. RNVA is buying from also has a bulk hospital supply business which I'm sure RNVA is taking advantage of for costs involved with their purchases. Also helping the balance sheet.
pre split there were over 500 followers posting over 100 posts per day, here. Post split there are maybe 15 posting 25 times per day.
So if the split killed interest that much and with the 30d ave volume @ 5,800,00. Someone continues to have interest in this stock.
Any way you look at it, 6 mil vol a day for 35 days, since split, is HUGE volume for a stock that no one is following! With NO news to draw that attention. Seems insiders don't care about stock price the last month. Why?
Take the last 15 days average vol 6,000,000 x the ave price .0013 = $7,800 a day. In the .002 to .001 area. THIS just isn't retail spending $7,800 a day. The buy you mentioned was $7k alone. What retailer was that???
With my tin foil hat on, I think insiders are buying. And insiders know what they are doing. This gives me some comfort long term. Not to add; but to one day have worthless bag of shares become valued.
Don't get me wrong, while I often post "Do what the big guys do!" I personally wouldn't put a penny in this sub penny now. Just feel my stupid large position has a chance this year.
FACT: one of the most undervalued securities on the otc.
MY ; FACT: It isn't retail buying the last round of debit funding since the reverse split, to buy a third hospital. IMO they don't have a dollar left and are too angry.
So I'll say as before, who the hell is buying up ALL the dilution dumping into the stock now? Who the hell is converting debit, then buying it back in shares for a long investment hold. And if this is what's happening. MY large bag of worthless shares still have value.
Food for thought, retail isn't buying 10's of millions of shares post split. Who is?

So here's some of my thoughts / ideas, to be able to swing trade in this scary market. While on the sidelines,
Did this a few weeks ago, GOLD sector. Money flows entering again. My concept is to go as cheap as possible on a positive looking chart. Look at VGZ ! Last time I traded THM +15%.
Next; I've been thinking this oil crash thing is getting old. Not wanting to try to buy the bottom. Last month I went with OIL tankers TNK +15%.
This month I think were closer to that bottom, but still afraid to call it. So my alternative is an oil dividend trade, with positive chart. Chesapeake Energy (CHK) has one CHKR. It has a 5 cent divvy NOV 17 EX date and a bottom reversal going on, along with oil in general, the past few day.
So I'm not sure oil will continue, but I'm pretty sure the market will buy into the divvy play coming. If both oil continue and my oil divvy play continues, THAT's synergy. Either way I expect CHKR to at least give me a nickel.

Nibbled back in FAZ today. In & out once so far. Expect S&P bottom channel to give FAS/FAZ a good place to trade during the weakening market.
With the HUGE increase in US Debit (thanks to the corporate / uber rich TAX CUT), 2018 strength in the Dollar, unwinding of the 4 trillion FED balance sheet cleaning, and Trump trade wars.
I'm, for once, leaning in your favor. Personally don't see this "V" bottom to continue. I'm expecting a channel along the bottom into the first Q of 2019.
Keep in mind Trumps business decisions caused bankruptcy several times.

The only advantage I recall on 1 stock spin off I was involved in, is receiving free shares of the new entity (company). Probably to be called Health Technology Solutions. I don't remember anything happening to the parent companies share price after.

The amount of info about the CEO's personal holdings are too strong to feel it's a pump & dump. IMO
I have a starter position and didn't take it as a swing trade, but a first rung of the ladder play. I don't see any short term charting to expect runs, and retraces projected. Think it will channel up & down between news.
So here's what popped into my mind.
Dividend REIT's are getting very cheap!!!!
Residential & diversified specifically.

90% to dividend is correct. We're looking at the first rung of the ladder with RELI. It will take months for the story to play out, if it does. Gains are not guaranteed with these OTC plays.

REIT's continue to sell down large with the market. Baby/ bath water thing.
Also with my last 2 sub dollar stocks held, gold down yesterday/ up big today. The energy play is down & down.

Thinking this may be the stall point today. Not bounce point, but bottom formation, into end of year.
First day ALL REITs were selling down with market. ALL the REITs down 3 to 7% ave.
IMO the volume out panic talking heads want, to call a stall, hasn't been seen yet.
BUT;
I say; when event REITs are being sold, that panic is there!
Sidelines looking good for end of year.
Took a week for the S&P to decide where it's going. I've been noodling out toward EOY, but still hold 2 sub dollar plays. One in gold, the other energy.
Started entering FAZ. Personally had the first losing year in the last ten. Too many failed chart patterns this year & an OTC stock which bit my butt hard.
2019 outlook will hinge mainly on the TRUMP effect with trade. Feel if the FED doesn't do a DEC raise, that will help 2019 Q1. But as of today, I'm not looking for a easy market next year.
I will add; thanks' for my "plan every trade and trade the plan every time" style or I'd be in a larger hole 2018. But profits are hard; with 1 in 3, (instead of the norm of 2 in 3) traded, success rate this year.
Hope all had success this year. IMO go to the sideline now, to preserve any gains held up till the last 2 weeks of 2018. Market looks scary today. That's not a small thing. Sentiment RED

The way I look at the chart it's all up to Monday. With a triple bottom bounce I think it would be safe to trade the channel. If the triple bottom support fails, look out below. There is a small positive for support to hold in the stochRSI about to cross below 20 & CMF hanging green, showing accumulation.

So now, my constant/continuing thought about "I can't understand what's happening with RNVA" is, if insiders are buying "WHY"
