No I want the company to use the A/S to create cash for growth. I want all companies to fund their company for growth. After all OTC companies have nothing else to fund growth except stock, until they become profitable.
I want growth, so my shares increase in value. So I can sell at a eventual profit, instead of a loss.
I have a problem understanding what penny player think the stock market is all about. The stock market is not about trading manipulated sub & micro stocks. On the OTC it's about growing startups to the point they can fund through bank loans instead of selling stock.
R/S example; one owns 10,000,000 @ .0007 or $7,000 worth. A 1 to 500 split reprices the stock to you hold 20,000 @ .35 or $7,000.
The only thing which changes is you won't see large gains in tiny price change. From a traders standpoint. But from a company standpoint it increases the financial status. And better financial status helps with finding new funders.
New funders allow the cash to grow.
Basically it all boils down to long term investors want growth and traders want larger gain possibilities.
Long term vs short term desires!
A reverse split does not hurt any shareholder. It is a business tool availible to reposition the stocks price to a more favorable price level. The value of the shareholders amount of ownership remains the same.
If you owned .001% of the company before, you own .001% of the company after. Unlike a decrease of ownership with an increase of A/S and thus increase of O/S, when the new available shares are sold into the market.
There is no dilution in a reverse split. Research the two. It's all in the numbers.
Well I'll show up with my opinion on RNVA future.
That is, the largest shareholder, will NOT do anything which doesn't benefit himself and his friends which have been funding the company. Thus present shareholders should also benefit from any share restructuring which takes place.
I will say again; I expect a reverse split. The delusive authorized increase shouldn't be needed after.
I also feel the restructuring will place the company in a much better standing for future expansion.
DPW
check out the single bottom bounce play chart (price at first resistance)

DIRV
Only mentioned green day because it's been very rare for me. Not that I'm good. But thanks.
Liking DIRV for another day or two. Play at one's own risk. My target is .009, reaching the second resistance point in the single bottom bounce play. May sell at .008 if it's broken on weak volume. IMO it won't ever break .012 it's a way to strong resistance level.
Ps; This is news driven.

$SPX chart update. Since the chart, the price has run 1.3%, not retraced as TA & Charting signaled. Making my evaluation incorrect. But the technical's maintain a negative bias.
IMO caution should be in the back of one's mind. That 1.3% climb has created 3 new gaps below. Add that the ADX line is still well below the 15 level, a strong move is still in the back ground. So any expected retrace could be large.
IMO the odds are against the exuberance of trying to break top resistance for a new high. Watch out the minute any new high starts to retrace. One's portfolio could suffer an all boats effect.
Just some food for thought. When everyone (talking heads/buyers)are positive, with the technical's remaining negative. Surprise often occurs.
Had an unusual day today. Hold 6 stocks now and all 6 finished in the green! Added 2 penny stocks today DIRV up 30% and MJNA up 4%.
RNVA
Since no one except insiders know what's about to happen to the share structure. I can't give an opinion or data evaluation of RNVA's future price action.
But I will repeat the CEO is doing everything correct for company business plan execution & growth.
Weather his business actions will benefit shareholders is a unknown until we see share restructuring complete.
Also find it nice the price has moved up on increasing volume, pre latest 10Q release. Anyone wonder why??? Who knows about news before news is released? As always IMO the key to future price action is volume. Watch for volume increases to judge what insiders want.
Q over Q the company is in better financial standing.
Q1
Total assets $6,137,770
Total stockholders’ deficit $183,907,626
Q2
Total assets $16,246,245
Total stockholders’ deficit $129,945,975
$SPX
TA looking like a break down. ADX below 15 (strong move coming). Volume increasing in retrace. Both Stoch RSI & CMF support indicators negative. Gap below @ $2760.
RSHN up another 30%; I missed another one.
RSHN congrats closed @ .0058 Fri.
RNVA is driving me nuts.
They did another funding deal yesterday added to the Senior Secured New Issue Discount Convertible Debentures due September 19, 2019 / updated from Original SEPT 19,2017 due dated.
for $1,244,000 and one for $620,000 last week.
Aug 1 PR shows insiders own 85% of the OS, which went to 3 billion the same date.
(meaning they have NOT sold into the open market) (Meaning market makers are NOT dumping those to retail)
They own them!
The CEO invested $250k of debit held for 250k series J preferred to gain voting control until SEPT 30th. So any restructuring needs to be complete by then.
Original A,B,C warrants were executable @ .26. So an R/S target could be insight.
---------------------------------------------------------------
No matter how much research I do. I can't find the data needed to understand what's up the CEO's sleeve. What could/should/will he do to my stock value with share restructuring? But I have come to the conclusion the Debenture is the key. Need ratios of how much is non converted, and how much was and @ what levels would help.
My ownership comfort level has been fairly positive to date. As I feel since insiders own so much, 85% of common. The restructuring won't hurt shareholders. Because these insiders are investing huge amounts and not selling to market makers. As of AUG 1st.
But in the back of my senior moment mind. I recall this happening several times before with bad end results. So I waste time trying to comfort my mind by seeing the actions behind the curtain.
Will note I decided to flip .0001 for a while. Bought @ .0007 in 1 order. Been trying to sell @ .0008 for two days. 5 orders closed and still more then 1/2 not sold. Saw my orders closed in times & sales but they were for exactly 10x my close volume.
Now comfort level concern grows. M&Ms are manipulation large. IMO they are not dumping, they are flipping also.
I've been around, but this one is a gem.
Although things have been slow, I still like ROYT's chances for a nice flag trade. The old flag has turned into a cup & handle, thus a new flag. Like the strong volume in putting in the halt to the 3 day retrace. One good thing is I'm a week closer to closing with a dividend included. Aug 8th.
Break of $2.54 top resistance with 2 positive chart patterns could be the signal to reaching $2.75 target.

FB is coming alive today. Up 4.44% today; My paper gain continues to climb.
So here's an idea for RSHN. Have no idea what's up with that Pink Limited. But one could play musical chairs if it doesn't continue to climb and starts channeling again.
Musical chairs is flipping .0001 with as many day trades one can get. So if the price settles down to up .0001/down .0001 again. One could bank $100 per 1 mil owned, every time you close a flip. If it keeps climbing your good. If it falls your out.
Noticed it popped instead of retrace. I re-entered a tiny bit higher then sold.
No prob though, have gains in the bank. Hope to add more this pop also.
only the CEO knows
I don't understand you response?
A good bounce for a triple zero stock is 3 to 5X normally. Some go larger, but most happen over 3 days then retrace. That's for a pop in price, on a 1 time event. Climbs can take much longer. But climbs come from a company executing their planned expansion, not just a few day event.
LOL I tried that for a while. Problem is; to cause M&Ms to chase your order volume below bid, that order needs to be around 5% of the 30 day, daily average volume. Try that trick on a lower volume pinky. LOL
Never mind. If you can't understand the numbers there is nothing more I can say. Increasing the authorized is not the best move at this point in time, for the company and it's shareholders. It's all in the numbers.
3,000,000,000 existing OS - 300,000,000 OS, after 1 for 100 R/S = 2.7 bil room for new funding, warrants, options, and new preferred conversions.
When a reverse split takes place, both price and OS is effected equally. 1 for 100 would produce a today price of $.07 and an OS of 300,000,000.
Value remains the same. And there's the room in AS @ 3 bil.
Now add 7 bil and keep price @ .0007. Your 10 million shares are now .001% of the company value. When it was @ 3 bil you owned .0033% of the company value . Reducing your ownership value 2/3'd.
There's the math.
An increase in AS dilutes value, while a R/S maintains value. Why would insiders which own 85% of the company common stock lower their basis value, rather then maintain value?
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/reversesplit.asp
Your theory has 1 problem. In the AUG 1 proxy statement, yesterday; https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=77980373
Insiders, including management & angle investors, own 85% of common +/-. They are converting, but not selling out to market makers. Look at the ownership breakdown in the link above. Thus M&Ms can't be pushing threw massive amounts of new stock. That massive amounts of new stock is being held by those investors.
RNVA just released a new PR stating it has captured another $500k cash investment from the angle investors. Taking the A/S to exact A/S limits. No more room to sell stock!!! OS is 3 bil now.
The CEO knows exactly what he's doing. R/S next IMO.
ROYT update;
Love the last 2 days rest before continuation.
Note: last 2 candles finished at top of daily price swing. On lowering volume. Showing the phycology of trading supports a positive sentiment.

Think the stall at STON is lasting too long. Took profits early @ STON. Plan to re-enter after expected retrace and bounce north later.
Banking profits prior to an expected retrace, preserves capital for reinvestment. Not giving up. Just protecting gains already attained. If price continued with increasing volume today, like the past 2 days. I would not have raised concern about a retrace and thus wouldn't have taken profits.

Just balancing out my holding as per a plan.
So lets get into startup companies and how they succeed. I have completely expected to see what is happening at RNVA, share structure wise.
The CEO is doing everything he can do to raise cash to execute the company business plan. The dead give away to managements actions was when they raised the authorized to 3 bil. Opening up stock selling to pay to closed the second hospital.
You can't buy a million dollar asset without a million dollars to pay for it! So deluding was the only way to sell stock and fund expansion. Once this was accomplished what's the next move? After the dilution lowered the price to historical lows.
Boosting price into a more respectable area for a company with 2 operational hospitals. Increasing revenues through improvements, and reducing the OS to allow new funding, are all needed.
What has the company announced lately. New equipment and new staff. Share structure re-structuring. Everything one would expect management to take on to build a successful business.
In my mind this CEO is doing every thing he could and should, to drive growth and execute a business plan. What I expect is continuing funding by selling stock to the existing angle investors, increasing business efficiencies, while maintaining common values for those angle investors; to keep them happy and continue investing.
So there is why I feel, think, hope, will result at RNVA. The CEO will balance out share structure. Giving their funders stronger common stock value. Then locate and fund another acquisition. And some time during all this, the stock price will have either a price pop or price climb which will reach my lowered basis, so I can get out at, at least at, break even.
Since 85% of the common is owned by insiders, I doubt management will do anything to harm their own share value. Making me feel comfortable new CEO actions will benefit myself, as it benefits insiders.
Do what the big guys do!
The CEO just converted $250k of debit personally owned to get complete voting control of his company, with series J preferred. He's investing into his company along with several large angle investors. They are big guys. Think about what they are doing!
Someone other then me removed a post about bashing. So I felt the post, bashing the bashing post, should also be remove also.
There bashing, as a subject, was never posted about. Who cares about message board banter anyway?
Picked up another mil @ RNVA today. IMO just a matter of time before a reverse split, to open up room in the A/S for new funding and growth.
I mean look at the beneficial owners list in todays PR. Big guys own over 85% of company common stock.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=12885775&guid=_NnoUenypr3av3h
Also remember the CEO now has total voting control. Think he will lower value for his big guy friends, with increased dilution in a authorized increase.
Personally doubt that. I'm leaning toward a 100 to 1 R/S increase stock price into the 8 cent area and reducing OS to the 23,440,000 area.
Just an opinion.
Just closed a swing trade @ BIOAQ for 20%. Will probably take a second try at this, dead cat bounce, buy the comeback, average down phenomenon.
ROYT just broke top resistance. On increasing volume Went large.
Link back to see trade plan.
http://schrts.co/6AivWH
I got AMID dividend incorrect. IT's .103 not .4125
After finding and reading the PR at BIOAQ it's time to plan for shareholders.
You are not getting what was hoped for.
Just noticed the message board had over 1050 posts today. With the base feeling that they are buying into a come back, by averaging down.
Also noted the entire OS was traded in yesterdays 75% dive, down .056 cents. And 1/3rd of the OS bought today. For a 75% increase, up .02 cents. See the math? You get larger gain during price increase, then price retrace.
Plan should be get even and out. Not average down to hold for comeback. IMO Step out of the crowd and sell to them, once you balance out you holding.
Yep Like the way you think. I didn't notice or take into account that gap below, when I nibbled in the high 160's low 170's. Would have, should have, taken that into account. Could have a lower basis. But hey, runaway gaps are often missed, because they were so far back in time. No excuse though, my bad!!!
At any rate with 20% growth in facebook. I expect many institutional investors will regret their leaving on benchmarks being hit.
Actually that runaway gap did fill @ 10:30 am this morning and ran strong in the afternoon.
IMO we'll be seeing all those Institutional & money managers that had to dump on benchmarks, will be nibbling back in, raising price..
We'll see a comeback just like after the Nov 2017 and March 2018 price corrections.
