Can't open it. What does it say.
Eviction notice at Denver offices for failure to pay 39k in rent. this just gets better and better. I am a glutton for punishment.
a lot of questionable penny stocks and OTC stocks are hyping crypto currency links to their companies, but they are just that....hype. no real benefit. It's what's hot right now just like before last green rush payment solutions were all the rage in MJ
Many thanks. Talking about crypto currency is a hype strategy that so many MY and other OTC shady stocks are using. This is a concern.
I am asking again. Has anyone had access to the Denver business journal article? Apparently Isaac lays put the crypto currency angle. I am not gonna pay 115$ just to read one article online.
Not sure what you are asking?
there is a Denver business journal article out today but I cannot access it without purchaing a subscription. anyone read it?
Suit was dropped according to 8k
I really hope you are right. I am long and yes I am bitter and appalled at some of the missed opportunities they've blown by.
Creating a cannabis social media network--- Never figured out how to monetize. still waiting for that.
Taking the company public-- that really does not contribute to revenues and is only beneficial to lure institutional investors if the public company is successful and not printing shares for insiders., being SEC compliant is extremely expensive
Creating jobs in Denver--jobs came and went. 30-40 employees at peak down to 4-6 if that now.
Acquiring different companies and combining into 1 company -- Odava and Whaxy never to be heard from again, Cannaregs deal imploded.
Making MANY people money(im guessing most on this forum don't fall into that category, hence the hate) --- damn straight, this is clearly not an investment it is a gamble or a con, jury is out on that.
what decisions has he made? Enlighten me.
A powerful clear statement should be put out soon.
And no real proven tech experience on the new board. no one in touch with any real experience in tech Marijuana industry. 2 "energy" guys from Texas and a former pilot. All of whom are wrapped up in the stinky pink sheets stock which had a name change and company makeover.

the old board at least was tuned into the MJ/tech culture. god help us.
There needs to be a press release stating the clear steps this company is taking to become profitable and all the infighting has been resolved. bunch of little tech spoiled brats playing with our money.
Is this a good thing? Please explain. The other board members have resigned and all their stock portions are vested so free to dump dump dump as part of agreement?
Am I reading this incredibly long winded article right? Dietrich is back in charge? W tF?

Please provide the link to this information.
well he sounds professional....not a word about Odava or Whaxy.

During the quarter that ended on Sept. 30, MassRoots reported operating expenses ballooned to $7.53 million, up from $2.09 million in the third quarter last year. Officials attributed the increase to stock-based compensation for employees and “key consultants,” according SEC filings.
The stock-based compensation figures are estimates determined using the Black-Scholes option pricing model, and the true value of compensation could vary significantly over time. The values applied to stock-based compensation during the third quarter was $5.51 million as compared to $676,617 during the same period last year, according to SEC filings.

5 mill in stock compensation? I would have hoped there was a line item for 5 mill for Odava POS manufacturing instead.
I've been in this for a long time holding for long term, not trading. I will in it when it traded to 49. I don't know what people are looking for. this company is a dream on paper and positioned perfectly for the future. maybe the closing of Numerex Deal will solidify this.
They Have been consistently posting good numbers. this one is an enigma.
What is source of this?
I am long and watching. I can tell form your posts that you are no fan of how this company was run. Hopefully Scott was so aggressive in getting Dietrich out of the way because he sees so much opportunity that he did not want it squandered. I think the acquisition of Canneregs would have been redundant since it seems ODAVA is already offering compliance software to retailers in their POS. That's what ODAVA is. I bet there was a lot of ovelap that Scott thought was wasteful, never mond blowing up sghare structure by 40,000,000 shares. The part of Canneregs I liked was the subscriptions to municipalities but if you think about it shouldn't government know their own laws?
Brief call. Dietrich spoke firsts. He is still on board. Kveton Said that stories about unrest on the board were erroneous and talked about his work past experience and the "5 pillars" of their new approach. Says groundwork has been laid for monetizing massroots and its ime to turn on the faucet. Cannaregs was not a prudent deal for shareholder value however more acquisitions are possible. Said they are looking into those who may have cause sharp selloff this week. He seemed to leave the door open that something may be done in future with Cannaregs(i doubt it). No open Q&A. Just read off some questions he said he has been getting a lot.
And why is Dietrich participating in Conference call tomorrow?

Well that's 30,000,000 that are not gonna see the light of day.
Hmmm cannaregs suspiciously absent. Thanks for the link.
WHERE IS A PR!!!???
You'd figure after 2 days of silence they would offer some sort of direction for the company in a PR.
Scott Kveton is probably fuming that Dietrich is messing with value of his equity after Odava purchase. That is Kveton's baby. He is a heavy hitter from Oregon. Maybe he gets better terms for shareholders on cannaregs too.
well the new CEO is an actual Tech guy who has an impressive track record. hopefully this is salvageable.
but the article said the New Interim CEo was not a fan of the Cannaregs deal and they overpaid. Massroots doesn't own anything, we need a Gd statement for m this co.
thanks do you have a link to an source saying that?
any word on the reason?....the actual reason, not a character assessment of the former CEO but what the charges are and the path forward.
