Nothing changes the 3.40 priced offering. Let Clay's Goon Squad bring X-mas early this year. Just figuring out what to sell to take advantage.
Is that you Eddie Mush???
Which chart are you looking at guy, I just see a golden cross forming. Thanks for playing
It's a much better place to deal with a raise when you have an EVU unit and plans for design freeze a couple months away.
Don't know why anyone who is a "long" would sell with DF around the corner. I will be checking the couch cushions for any spare cash in case we go sub 3. If DF timeline changes or Regulatory plans change then all bets are off. Until then, this was expected and even a few months later then expected. Terms appear to suck, but no point in crying with DF coming.
Agreed, need to see where this is priced before anything. Not a fan of the warrants AT ALL. Not sure why they didn't wait a couple more weeks with how the technicals are shaping up. Could have done this around 5-6 with the golden cross. The fact that they mentioned a minimum of 20 mil makes me think they already have the money.
So my best spin in what they are thinking is they get min 20 mil from this raise, they still have around 20 mil in 3.20's available and easily in range, and then another 10-20 in new warrants assuming they are priced favorably. that gives you around 50-60 mil. Plus throw in a few mil here or there with the higher priced warrants (triggered later with DF, etc) and your good through commercialization.
Regardless, this better close asap and not drawn out like last time. Also better be priced reasonably.
No offense Posi (were on the same team and I like your optimism), but there is no "Birdie". Titan and co. are so tight lipped that Mc. doesn't even let himself know what's going on. Assume it's Randall and we've all talked to him. Nice guy, but standard operating procedure.
At least your not stuck in the past...let's start critiquing Amadeus while were at it.
300% YTD
I find it odd that the higher we go the more disgruntled a few so-called longs get.
I would say it was high risk, but now probably mid risk. At worst the patents would get them some money if the s**t hit the fan.
Never, meaning as top management
He has stated one of the main problems with buying is you can never sell. Alluding to the fact of many restrictions.
You know what I mean man, as long as pps remains at these levels and hopefully higher warrant cash will come in. Who knows how much but it's coming in.
Agreed, I think there not out of extreme caution cause of the SEC. At least Mc. The Bernholtz situation scared them straight...imo
In fairness, I heard they will definitely need to raise money in December, then for sure in January, has to be February. Nobody knows anything anymore. Just keep getting warrant money to come in. It's the only certainty at this point.
It is very clear now that everything is on the table. Acquisition, partnership, etc. Nice to hear him mention the auris deal. Not a conspiracy guy, but why haven't they done a raise yet? It is not in Mc 's playbook to wait until they have 3-5 mil left in cash then try for a raise. He's way too conservative and strategic
Don't forget just about 2-3 months ago we were looking at the prospect of a raise in the dollar range. Now were basically in March with no raise and in the mid to high 3's, and a couple months away from design freeze. Even if they did a raise today, the negative affects will be short lived with DF coming up soon. Much different story had we done one 3 months ago and DF in Q3 as previously scheduled. We all know where we've been, but damn we are finally really close to breaking this open. I'm a little frustrated they haven't released any PR's, but it won't matter in the long run if they hit all there stated milestones.
It seems some people are mad they haven't done a raise. We kept hearing don't do a raise, let it run for a while. Well there letting it run and the same people are mad or confused why. There getting warrant money, maybe debt, probably a raise but probably at a much higher level, partnership, etc. Who cares. Design freeze is in a couple months, regulatory submission is in q4. If we get neither or just one I will join you with the pitchforks. Until then, lavender aroma and sounds of the forest should be of help for now.
There is still no indication of a raise at this point. IMO if we go another week or so without a raise (highly likely) there will not be one for at least a month+. I don't think they muck up the waters before Roth with a new dilutive raise. It would not be attractive or persuasive to potential investors.
No chance...they wouldn't have moved up design freeze a full quarter if there was any delay.
Zach's is pretty much garbage. It's basically mathematical. No input into there ratings as far as real DD, market potential, technology, etc. The 300% rise probably triggered an overbought scenario and it generated a sell signal.
Were almost to March. DF is getting closer and closer.
Can't help but laugh at the price action this morning. Wasn't planning on buying, but don't mind if I do...thanks Clay.
No need to talk to Randall these days. No raise for a long while, warrant money continues to come in virtually daily, new institutions are in play now. Regarding the $5 level, this threshold for institutional buying is usually an internal guideline and not a general market requirement. Not sure how the pps reacts once we hit 5. I'm sure some institutions will jump on board based on there own rules, but not sure if it will be a tidal wave. Its gonna be fun either way.
GLTA
Just a reminder, Mc is still a triple from here before making a dime on his options.
Can we hit another million in volume today?? Guaranteed more warrants $ coming in with this volume.
Mc has stated there initial plan is to sell a dozen or so units initially and for lack of a better term, service the hell out of the customer. They want to make sure there are no hiccups, issues, etc right off the bat. No clue what there plan is after that. But 100% that is there plan as of now. I believe they get acquired somewhere during this initial sales period. No way acquired before FDA approval. Earliest acquisition would after fda approval, before unit sales. However I think Mc will milk another Billion from the acquirer by waiting a few more months and selling some units.
IMHO
Thanks BigT. Great report all around. My guess as far as cash on hand, as of today Feb 13 we probably have around 17 maybe 18 mil on hand. This takes in to account Jan and Feb spending, but adding 2 mil of warrants. Most importantly, NO DELAYS!!!!
It also shows you how clueless the market is to Titan (albeit partially Titan's fault). TMDI should be up big today purely based on the Auris news. At least a temporary spike. Our time is coming though, and for the thousandth time, The market can't ignore us forever.
BigT, have you heard the same that the quarterly report is still in progress and might not get it Tuesday?
Agreed. I will continue to scream this from the rooftops. If we remain on track we are golden. Next weeks report may be business as usual, but if Mc continues to affirm there milestones that is great news to me. Might be a boring report, but at least we will be getting an update on warrants and what's coming in. It's my understanding that warrants are coming in for sure, but not a crazy amount. Take your pick at what that means. More than a few hundred thousand dollars, but less then 20 mil. lol
Yes, it was a little muddled, but DF will be in June. There was a sliver of a chance we could get it end of May, but looking more like June now.
Just to clarify, Design Freeze by Mid 2019, not Q4 2019.
Thanks Element. Nope, not playing the options game. Just thinking of leveraging a small amount with the I's. Definitely not right now though.
Would you touch the G's or H's, or just sticking solely with the I's? Prefer the I's, but don't like the price right now.
Good point, I think I'm out now.
A split and dilution are different things. Just doing a split does not bring in cash for the company. All that does is knock down the price per share depending on 2/1, 3/1, etc. Makes it more attractive for investors.
The main reason for a dilutive raise is to raise $ for working capital. Titan needs cash, there PPS is already attractive. Maybe if we were 80/share a 2/1 makes sense, but even then it's based on MC, valuation, etc.
Not sure if that helps.
Thanks BigT. And that initial 8 mil he got is now around 270k post R/S, correct? So a double to around 22 is about 2.7 mil before taxes. Not great for someone like him and all the headaches, etc. Your right, I believe he wants many multiples before moving on.
Agreed. Mustang summarized it well to. Once FDA cleared they will sell 10-12 units the first year and service the hell out the customer. They don't want any issues right off the bat. This is all per mgmt.
I believe Mc will ultimately sell, but no way he sells without a big premium. He knows what they have and if it means waiting 6, 12 months longer he will do it.
Even though its not really close to me, its pretty funny stuff. If you would have said grew up in SoCal, surfing, prefers punk rock, sells med devices, watches airplane any time its on t.v., thinks ugg
boots should be illegal in warm climates, and considering boycotting super bowl because maroon 5 is playing halftime you'd be a little closer.
By the way, don't bag on Misery. Great movie. Kathy Bates was great in her portrayal of Hillary Clinton in that.
I'm not advising this, but not bothering with PFIC at all. If down the road it actually pertains and they miraculously figure it out I will oblige. Until then I'll plan on paying normal tax rate.
