I heard Phillip Morris is going to buy Abattis for $2.76/share. They love the BioCube. Any truth there?
Their RA told them it was against campus policy to run a stock scam in campus dorms.
Yes. Extremely. Thinking about selling half my shares (if I can).
I think there is something to this theory, and could be part of the reason I'm holding a bag. I discovered the stock on a weekend around $1.15. Tried to buy and literally couldn't for 2-3 days. Finally got my first buy at $1.76. Wish I sold at $2.50, but alas...
Amen, me too that's why I don't believe. Been here too long to believe.
My criticism is this company can't even get their financials filed on time. And they're on the downgraded QB exchange. They are a management team that rarely delivers on their promises.
This is years away, and 10's of millions of shares as well.
I think Canadians see the halt and hope for news. Too bad it's just incompetence.
A raw deal from HC? Withrow's tweets from 3+ years ago saying the BioCell MMPR was "almost there" were total BS. Now BioCell doesn't even appear on the website. Not filing your docs is embarrassing and reeks of incompetence. This will be something HC looks at when Abattis files for the export license under the CSL and may even have a negative impact on the Experion inspection. What a bunch of clowns.
No, the pros won't jump in because they won't be able to buy or sell shares. The CFO, who BtW has brought a General Manager of Finance on board, apparently can't file a report on time. Between the two of them, they blew the audit. Nice work idiots...
How hard can it be to audit a company with almost no revenue? Halted? Unbelievable.
Website is very different. Raybot? Look at the size of that management team! Lots of Chiefs for that amount of revenue.
There were big volume days prior to PR of Controlled Substance dealer license. Just a hunch something similar happening here.
I believe there will be a PR tomorrow that says we break ground on the Experion facility. Buying was from insiders, they will flip next week for a $0.04 gain.
This is just IMO, I have no evidence this is true, but seems pat for the course.
How is the CEO being a short term flipper good for investors? All I can think of is after a few red days, BUY because he'll PR something stupid and you can SELL the morning of the news. Not the way to grow shareholder value long term.
Next filing we'll read about issuing 25,000 shares to this bimbo.
Maybe I don't understand the format of this post but the CEO is a flipper, huh? No wonder he puts out PR's that say "we might do something" and "hey guys, didn't you see this testing requirement? Please check again".
Yes you have, the same information has been PR'd at least 3 times.
Maybe we need another PR where interim CEO gives his take on what this means to Abattis? 3...2...1...
Those "final stages" should only take another 2 years and then they'll sell that fancy artwork they own, and take out competitors like Microsoft, IBM, and Google to become the one-stop shop for mobile encryption. Because everyone in the world would pay a bunch of money for their text messages to be encrypted when they say "LOL, HTH".
Don't worry guys, this post says you're all getting rich. Wham is going to generate billions in monthly revenue.
Why so low?
Knew this was coming but a little disappointed they didn't mention the Experion purchase, or grow site, etc.
Not terribly disappointed however since it seems Mr David likes to issue PR's in bunches.
Seems weird +10% when all they announced was issuing shares.
Also, I'm jumping on a plane to Korea in about 90 minutes. Wonder if I see any Global Damon Pharma stores that have people lining up for Sassy tonics.
Don't need kegs to roll downhill.
Yeah, I am literate, but how many? Valued at $0.28 or back when it was under $0.10? And what makes you think I'm invested here?
It's a gigantic mystery how they're paying for the grow ops
Still overvalued, IMHO.
It's not dead, it went down 22% today. That means it's still trading.
Set my sell order at $0.74
Not much chance for substantial revs from only testing. The best thing the test license did was finally convince us that it wasn't a total P&D scam. Apparently it is possible to amend the license to allow sales of the extracts, oils, etc and that is where the hope lies. I emailed HC on 10/25 to understand what is required for the amendment. I received an email back that said they would reply within 3-5 business days. That hasn't happened.
It's a highly, highly speculative stock.
They just got a license from Health Canada to test cannabis from Licensed Producers.
They are also trying to get some of their proprietary formulas into the nutraceutical markets. Primary focus at the moment seems to be Asia (Korea and China).
Anyone know how much they paid? How many shares they're handing out for this acquisition?
A year ago I tallied all the regular posters on this board. None of them posted on any other site, they all started around the same time, and they all pointed toward the IPO that never came, and said there were billions coming, posted 20x per day...it helped my DD on this stock. Didn't pass the smell test.
Need profits to pay taxes
For a few years he's been a supporter.
Are you calling us a bunch of suckers? (Nodding head)...
I wonder if Dr. Panenka studies boomers?
They should amend the CSL to allow Northern Vine to study the effects of flash freeze dried extracts of magic mushrooms. Boom time.

HA! At least we're not relying on fluff PR's anymore.
I agree, it's not a scam, won't be long and they will generate billions in monthly revenue. I read that on this board.
Buyer thinks $0.74 but Abattis demands $0.76 per share. I predict they split the difference and agree upon $0.75. IMO, HTH, DYODD
It will be 6-8 months until inspection. During that time it's heavy dilution. We are in big trouble for the next year.
