They are the exclusive exporter yet made no money from it. Bunch of clowns.
October 2016, link provided. Like SFP said, Google is your friend:
Abattis Bioceuticals (ATT.C): The clown car rolls ever onward.
Status: Who the fuck even knows.
What they do: “Abattis Bioceuticals Corp is a biotechnology company with capabilities, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, of producing, licensing and marketing proprietary ingredients and formulas.” Translated: We gots a good deal on company registration fees and we’re gonna use it.
Last I wrote about it: I couldn’t have spit hard enough. Having gone in and spent hours of my life being walked through every subsidiary and technology and OMGITSGONNABEHUGE, agreeing a marketing contract with them, and then having them kill the contract after it was signed because, “we’re not sure that we can control what you say,” (you’re damned right), I started looking deeper into Maserati Mike Withrow’s companies and did not like what I was finding. And I was not alone.
Where it’s at: One of those subsidiaries, Northern Vine Labs, got a controlled substance license. I do not know how this happened. It’s like hearing Kim Kardashian received a Master’s Degree in Engineering. It makes no sense. Everything I’ve come to know about this world is wrong.
Still, nobody is getting Scarface wealthy testing weed for growers who have already got their testing facilities squared away.
Invest? Hell no. $1.5 million in losses over the last year, as of the last financials filed. How many bags of weed do you need to test to make break even on that?

Big reason why I'm a bag holder! When the CEO says they're "almost there", and other LP's are popping over $2+, it just makes sense to buy at $0.60-$0.50-$0.25 etc. When they were at $0.017 I had no interest to buy because they were a bunch of jokers that didn't even seem to be worth that much. Like a well known Canadian blogger said, "seeing Abattis receive a CSL is like a university awarding an honorary Engineering degree to Kim Kardashian". They need to prove they open for business on time and generate repeat business from multiple customers quarter-after-quarter before any of the predicted valuations become true. They seriously handed out millions of bonus shares to the Directors for not performing their jobs! Shareholders should be outraged if this were a real business. (Reason #2 I'm a bagholder: I know business I just don't know penny stocks...at least back then I didn't).
Experienced flippers have made millions here, no doubt it offers great volatility. GLTA.
Yes, a company that is on their 4th CEO in barely two years, $0.00 annual revenue, a stock halt, a warning from Health Canada, lawsuits from previous testing operations...
How can you say they're legit when they still have no revenue? I know they are PR-ing that NV will open, but until they actually do I am not a believer in anything they say. They've worked hard to earn my skepticism.
What about "the Quebec" site? Is that officially dead (withdrawn)?
Did you sell your house, car, plasma, etc to see these returns? Or do you get like 20 INR per day for these bold predictions?
No chance they get to $1.00
Hope so, I'll be out of this turd!
Don't worry guys, just weak hands here taking profits. I need to free up some funds and buy more! Reload time. Won't see shares this cheap again. Legalization coming, I'm sure that will help us get back to higher highs! Boom time!
This is disappointing considering all of these huge lines of credit they PR. Getting a chunk of an MMPR applicant seems like it would have been a smart move. The Experion team seems to know what they're doing.
But hey...didn't you hear MJ is going Legal? My target price is $4.00-$6.00. I'm going to keep adding. Maybe the new CEO's business strategy will be to copy+paste links to articles that predict MJ is a growing market with a growing need for testing. Then he should hand out a bunch of bonus shares for being bad at his job.
An Accountant who really likes nutraceuticals? This is probably a college buddy of Mr David. Notice he says "raise capital" and he wants to put more resources into the "formulation and testing program", which just means more dilution for more trial products that probably won't see the market. If this guy thinks it's a good idea to promote hemp drinks again, we are going to trips...
They didn't halt for Bill, or Michael, or interim Rene. Fourth CEO in 3 years, BOOM TIME!!!
Because they are paid to be excited about nothing
Maybe they signed a new LOI with a South Korean street vendor to peddle NO2?
In all seriousness, maybe they're selling out to a more competent management group?
I used to believe, that's why I'm a bagholder.
They've proven over and over and over and over and over and over again they are not interested in running a business, only pumping and dumping.
I did real DD, like speaking to Directors and Scientists they formed LOI's with. The Director sent me samples of their nutraceutical products several years ago (the ones that still haven't generated any revenue. I still have them, BtW). I posted the pics on Twitter but have since taken them down. The Scientist adamantly told me he didn't authorize any of the things that were PR'd, and my guess is that is why we haven't heard anything about liposomes.
After a half dozen changes in direction, and a quarter dozen changes in CEO's...their JV comes through for them. Experion must really know what they're doing to drag these incompetent a-holes along for a ride!
My OBJECTIVE thoughts here are we could go a few cents higher Monday morning, then give it all back (and then some) by Tuesday.
GLTA!
Love all the new posters adding value to Abattis. Such deep thinkers with tremendous insight.
Let's band together and take this thing TO THE MOOOOON!!!!
Higher highs, especially with 4/20 approaching. BOOM TIME!
Sounds right, Abattis promoting things that might happen, or could happen.
If the requirements are to have a market cap of $30M, and we are at $20M, how are we on the index? Do we meet the $400k daily trading threshold? I don't check the Canadian side.
No, not yet. Websites are easy to update.
When they PR they are open for business, and maybe even name an LP or two, then maybe I can sell at $0.30
Nice to see an estimated market for testing. Hopefully HC makes the vetting process as thorough as LP's.
This means nothing
Likely management dumping the free shares they "earned" for not doing their jobs (filing financials on time)
Yeah, people thought they were investing in AT&T, not ATT. They performed some DD and realized this is a failed pot stock with incompetent management, so they are selling all the way down to $0.11
Yes, that seems like the only play to me. Wait until it gets back to $0.11 though.
Or they failed to execute once again!
See guys, this is the kind of poster I am not. I am only trying to be objective, not this guy and not the opposite. If I sound negative, it's because I know how this company has operated the past few years.
If NV is in business in April, as they have promised, I'm not sure where we could go.
As mentioned I'm a long term investor here because I used to believe. I'm down more than $20k, just going for the Hail Mary. Everything lined up well but alas, no execution means no alpha.
It's negative because 25% of the profits go to Experion.
Look, I hope I'm wrong but years of experience with these clowns prove they will not execute.
Yes Norm, welcome to iHub.
We've discussed this a few times before. There are at least 18 other labs that are approved. And they only own 75% of Northern Vine. And the real kicker is they are unlikely to execute anything on time since they have failed time and again over the past few years.
I hope I'm wrong, but since I've been here so long and seen them screw up so many other times, I'm pretty sure I'll be right.
Either that or we're longtime investors and we've been burned before by Abattis. LOL, HTH!
1. Payment cards
2. BioCube
3. Extraction
4. LED lights
5. PhytaLab
6. BioCell
7. Fertilizer
8. NO2 products
9. Hemp Water
10. Aridopsis Seeds
I would be very happy if NV comes through, and maybe the reason it will is because Experion has their hand in it too. I just don't believe testing is a lucrative business, as posted already.
SFP is a long time poster in the know!
Can you provide ANY example of them being a professional organization? They are as unprofessional as it gets. Been here 3 years, all they do is disappoint and miss deadlines.
Great post, these are my favorite messages. There is so much insight here that I'm not sure how investors could pass up the opportunity.
I thought this was going to be worth Billions in monthly revenue?
Yikes, sorry guys. I guess that's why it was called "WHAM" and their product was called "U-P-On-Us".
I'll be removing this from my tickers to follow. I'm sure you'll miss me. But first just one more post...
Looks like bullshitinvestor.com was wrong.
Green Days? What about -30% in the past month? What about a few million shares handed out to the insiders for no reason at all? You like alternative facts.
They won't clarify anything. They just continue to give themselves shares and generate $0.00 of revenue.
