Nice try.
Our partners are skyrocketing because they are an LP who also announced expansion.
I’ve asked the board to dispute my DD on the value of the lab business. Not as a challenge to anyone but instead to generate objective discussions. I haven’t seen anything other than generic industry statements, like “growers will see reduced margins”, but nothing that made any sense.
I think $2.5M was a very generous amount, as I posted right after the deal was announced.
Ha! Any rationale investor would check this out and tell you to RUN! Four CEO’s in 3 years. STILL no revenue. And in my time here the O/S has doubled, at least. Lawsuits. Warnings from the stock commission. A subsidiary that wants to sell ketchup.
It’s good for flipping, that’s it.
How many shares did this fluff piece cost?
My average is still significantly higher that $0.235. Significantly. Such a POS I refuse to buy more.
I would have sold a long time ago, but as I've confessed before...my father in law is a CPA/CFO and does my taxes. Not sure I want him to know how much money I blew on a weed stock. If it hits $0.235 next year, and I maybe have some time to start flipping ATTBF and others to make up for the huge loss...I'm out.
You can say I'm spineless, but I'm the only person on this whole site that has never lied.
Can't f***ing wait for $0.235
It's just one of their garbage PR's. Their exclusive license will be to distribute the 1's of machines they might have a chance to sell.
Big surprise, Director Jim Irving dumping shares again.
I'd rather have 47% of something than 100% of nothing. These management clowns can't do anything.
PS: Rene got another 99,099 shares yesterday.
C'mon guay....is this information from 2015? No chance BioCubes add value for Abattis. BioCell is basically Vergence.
The hype of testing was incredibly overblown. The only way this makes sense for both sides is to become an extraction leader together.
If Abattis got $2M cash for half of NV, I think it's a good deal. Maybe people are just realizing how inflated the market cap was to begin with? Still no revenue being reported and the market cap is $22M. Gimme a break!
I can't wait to find out how and when this $2M is coming.
guay - I'm surprised you're not promoting the Corona deal as a big pump for extraction.
After checking out the ridiculous banter on Emerald's board, I'm not so sure that is a company I want to partner with.
Does anyone have intelligent, quantitative data to dispute any of these figures about testing? Interested in hearing some intelligent, fact based DD.
I'm starting to think this was a good move, to sell majority of the lab. I'm a huge skeptic of just running a test lab with our share structure. I believe extraction (medicine?) is the only way to significantly move up from here. I would rather have another company with competent management drive this bus and receive 47% of the benefit, than to receive 100% of much less revenue. Getting large quantities of cheap biomass for extraction seems to be a good move, but I think we are a year away from any legitimate SP appreciation.
The problem is the rest of Abattis is ketchup and hot sauce.
As I've pointed out, the testing was not nearly as lucrative as some believed it to be, but it had potential to blossom into something else.
What's fishy is we don't know how or when the $2.5M is coming.
This link by our favorite cheerleader shows a similar lab sold for $3.75M. I guess that means Abattis did OK to get $2.5M for 53%.
Seems to me it's a short term maneuver. What does Abattis need $2.5M for if it's not to expand NV? They sold majority stake in their top asset.
How is the $2.5M structured? When? And how much does our boy Rene get for this? I bet there is another new CEO in early 2018.
Yes, just like billions of other websites.
You should feel duped. All of these new Directors gotta pay their bills! Don't worry, this won't be the last time. We're looking at a red day 15-20% at least.
This doesn't make any sense.
The correct answer is there is no excuse to not have any revenue by now. Maybe they need to hire 2-3 more Directors to form a couple of strategic partnerships?
guay - what do you think the biggest roadblock is to revenue? The sticky post shows the NV lab has been open since May 3rd. It's been open for 5.5 months now. They're adding a ton of staff, paying for PR's, playing with machines, but there is no revenue.
Any idea when this might happen?
Do you have any theories about why there still isn't any revenue to report? Been what...5 months since NV opened? Are consumers flocking to more legitimate test facilities?
I went to Korea twice last year. I was in 2 different airports and a duty free. Didn't see anything from Gosh Darn Pharma.
Abattis is a distributor. Which means they might be able to get a 10% mark up on the sales price. Raybot is still the one that makes the profit on the machine cost, Abattis gets some kind of distributor fee.
If a functional machine is in their building, they could probably get a couple hundred bucks per batch, I assume.
Are you suggesting that China is only capable of copying other people's technologies? LOL, HTH.
Yeah, I choose not to show huge losses to my father in law, who is a CPA and does my taxes every year.
Because unfortunately I've been here a long time. The company blows.
If I get time I'll update my MOD sticky with some comedy.
This is precisely the bullshit that frustrates long time investors. No new information here. No progress. Just "plans". Probably gave away 10's of thousands of shares for this fluff piece.
Welcome to Dumpsville. Population: US
Either that, or a good time for the promoter who received 250,000 shares to dump them.
I could see why Experion would hate Abattis, but I'm curious why Abattis would hate Experion.
19% of an LP for 25% of a tester? I guess that's the question.
I hope so!!!!! $0.23
I'll beat you to the punch and sell at $0.23
This isn't actually "fluff", it's some kind of progress at least.
A fluff piece is when they pay someone to pump up their stock. Giving away equity was stupid, BT hey...what's another quarter million shares between friends?
This fluff piece cost $10,000 CAD and 250,000 shares. That's sickening.
Still no revenue. What a turd.
I agree, this company sucks
Agreed. I haven't read about plans and expectations for a while now. It does sound good, we'll see how the execution goes.
SFP was referring to the Official Press Release, which confirms < 25% ownership.
