What's you estimate of MMEG's current value? And I'm not talking about PPS but total company value.
Why in the world would Facebook want to buy common shares in a sub-penny OTC stock whose CEO has sole voting power? If they want to buy MMEG they would buy the whole company for a couple million and call it a day.
Nice close above the 20MA. Next stop looks like the 50MA and upper bollie at .0011.
No Form-T for cross trades which settle during trading hours.
Nice close! Wonder if CFGN absorbed the large crosses that didn't show on the tape.
With the current share structure it would be hard to see MMEG get past 0.02-0.025, imo.
0.05/0.0005=10,000%
Volume before price. MMEG may have a 150 million share day today.
BMIC still on the ask with 1.2 mil shares. Makes you wonder how much he really has to sell. So far its been hard to get 5s.
Looking forward to see the 13G filing for Vert Capital next week. According to my rough math they may get 400-500 million shares of MMEG common stock if the PPS is at .0006 on Friday.
The show is on hold due to lack of sponsorship.

After every round of dilution comes a round of promotions to raise the PPS in preparation for another round of dilution. Trade the cycles.
0.0006 may be the bottom for this round of conversions. We'll see.
.0005 is 52 week low, so far.
The OTC is the wild west of stock exchanges, anything is possible. Don't invest what you can't afford to lose.
MEG is a defined term - Momentous Entertainment Group, Inc., a Nevada company (the "Company" or “MEG”)
Vert Capital is the company which sold Poolworks to MMEG for $10 million in preferred C convertible shares. Take a look at the share exchange agreement and the Certificate of Designation for the preferred C shares.

Depending on how many shares Vert gets from the conversion this month will determine how high MMEG will get pushed over the next six months so Vert can get their investment out. Vert will get 20% of the Fully-Diluted Common Stock of MMEG at conversion which could be several hundred million shares at the current PPS.
MMEG may bottom out at .0005-.0006 imo.
Once Vert gets their common shares they would need a higher PPS to get their investment out of MMEG. Let the pump(s) begin!
The PPS should start going up after the end of June when Vert Capital's pref C shares convert to common.
Going all the way at this rate may be no bid.
Another dumpy day in MMEGland.
I doubt MMEG sees more than $0.05 with the current share structure. Most longs will probably be out by then.
5 million share t-trade went through after close at ask and VNDM is gone. Maybe there could be a PR this week? 2 weeks left until end of Q2 to close the Neurofuse acquisition.
Nobody buying MMEG either. Dead money until fall imo.
Dilution still ongoing. OS went up by 6 million in 2 weeks.
If MMEG breaks .0017 it's game on.
MMEG daily chart looking better today. 8ma/20ma cross should bring in more buyers if there is continuation and volume.
VNDM is one of the dilutor MMs. VFIN is another.
The quarterly report is the 2nd news link above the posts section.
If Facebook wants to buy MMEG for $1-$2 per share I say bring it on. The sooner the better.
GAHC may hit .058 resistance tomorrow and start retracing.
MMEG will never get uplisted to a big board imo. At least not without a hefty RS.
SS per latest 10Q is 5 billion shares authorized 815,665,087 shares outstanding.
That's my target for this year. Can't narrow it down to a specific month.
BLVD may do the same but it won't happen until 2018, imo.
A more realistic target would be 3-5 cents.
I hope its on the up-and-up but this is the OTC, so a heavy dose of skepticism is in order.
The red flag for me is that the CEO has sole authorization for corporate actions, which he exercised 4 times without issuing a filing.
