Do tell. All current and future Rotman Family notes are subordinated to that Fidelity note. That note is also secured by a mortgage on an entity wholly owned by Steve Rotman. Which 'major' suppliers are they in debt to and for how much?
Same, extreme overreaction to what was already known. This Q was the end of the old, we're now at the starting line. Margins will start to soar with the bedding lines and licensing fees will go through the roof. I've said a couple of full quarters will show the direction this is headed and I still believe that. There is way too much happening behind the scenes to have the full picture yet. GLTU and have a great day friend!
Nice, I'll be like Scrooge McDuck swimming in cash
The Fifth Element Bob! What do I win?
The VYST fits in that part of Lady Marmalade perfectly lol
Hey that actually works
Yes clap and cheer and be joyful Bob! No matter what happens that's the only way to live.
Btw the way, I just read this:
It does make you think doesn't it...
My request was to show proof that the legend has been removed from Greg or Jamie's restricted shares, not your personal opinion of Greg's motives, which you can't possibly know.
Trouble is there hasn't been much factually based negative comments on here, other than delayed time frames. Seems like a lot of personal and family attacks imo.
Please show something that proves I said that.
So you're guessing. Gotcha
Once the legend is removed, not "removable". Please show proof this has been done.
Hospitals and militaries globally.
Agreed mox, these delays are annoying but appreciate the heads up from the company. Won't be long now.
Lol, I saw Animal House at the theater when I was a senior in high school.
Yes I'm old.
.02424 lol. Load em up boys
Whover claims there wasn't a buyback is lying. There was a small token buyback in the filings and the company has stated they're working on financing for the rest.
Suit yourself. Have you seen the latest revenue numbers for the Sonnett Sleep line btw?
My info is from company communication through tweets and elsewhere and industry data extrapolated over a full year. You cast aspersions using incomplete data to fit your agenda.
I know you aren't sure why, you use gossip rags and incomplete partial pro formas as proof lol.
That's a gossip blog. And you'll see full numbers shortly, not low-ball guesses.
Bull - oney. Show me some numbers that contradict mine.
Full year revs will be closer to 50 M than 30M if not more, using company tweets and counting all sales weekend revenues. The second half of the year also has much higher revenues with most retail as well, especially the furniture biz. And that's not counting Vystar revenues. You're way low.
Where did he state EXACTLY 30 million? Don't make things up to fit your narrative. His $38 million at 15% growth per annum will be pretty close imo.
Here's a fact. The Rotman family has been doing the right things to be successful for a long time. I don't see a reason that won't continue.
Yeah I hate these 58 year long death spirals.
Gosh how did they ever stay in business?
Amazing idea Soo! They should ALL work for nothing!
Those who can, do. Those who can't, criticize. That's a helluva effort and should be done professionally.
The infrastructure and logistics are there and are scalable Bob! Very exciting times ahead my friend, stay tuned and have a good night!
I noticed that, very well done SGW! What I saw in that video is the distribution network, warehousing and supply chain management that is fully capable of taking this company to the next level. Looking forward to part II, thanks again friend!
Well said Jammy, your thoughts mirror my own. I have a little longer time frame than some and am willing to wait a while to see how this turns out. Thanks for posting, I gave you a follow friend.
Research and DD. Seek and you shall find
Warranty revenues were not included in the pro forma results.
Unaudited pro forma without warranty revenues.
Right on MTL, I heard the same comments last October, November, December about a 'pillow' manufacturer scamming people - and then came January. So after doing MY DD and ignoring the beer money mob I have a nice little stash that continues to grow. The current market cap is ridiculously low considering coming revenues. Yes they need to get their schlitz together in certain respects but this is an honest decades-old business family and I'm not betting against them. Adding more tomorrow.
Interesting, yes I see that. I'm curious what tables they use for comparative value. Options use established values, not sure about this scenario.
Use a Black Scholes model in a traditional merger? What would you use as a base at this point? In other words you can't assume constant value yet thus the Monte Carlo. Just curious how that would work friend, any input would be appreciated.
