Love all the discussion; whether it be optimism, or what one might call pessimism. Pretty much everyone on here agrees that this stock is way undervalued at this point, and is going to be increasing in value! $3...$5...$10...$20...$50...$100, who really knows? I'll take the steady accumulation any day!
Looking at a $0.10 raise today on nothing at all, imagine what it will jump to when REXISTA is filed? Imagine when it is accepted? When the partnership is announced? When buyout offers start coming in?
Only up from here!
Thanks for all the wisdom and speculations!
Long IPCI!
Great Numbers Angelo!
I sure hope your right, as well as many others that read this board! IPCI is certainly a hidden gem here with a whole lot of potential!
Thanks for the great post!

Hey Sugarplum,
Just wanted to throw my two cents into the pot as well....
From the first quarter report, it seems that they are waiting to get an answer from FDA regarding NDA user fee waiver prior to submission. It very well may be that the FDA has told them they won't get an answer before June is up...in which case, I will be buying more as others sell on the fear.
Best of luck!

Completely agree Z!
Something is definitely going on...too much tight trading for something to not be going on behind the scenes. Someone knows something. Wonder what it will be?
Someone just sold me another 64,000 shares…this is going to bounce hard very soon! Can’t wait for the ticker change announcement and all the news that follows!
Best of luck everyone!
Restructuring not liquidation
Chapter 11 Restructuring NOT Chapter 13 Bankruptcy!
Unlike many retail outlets that find themselves in bankruptcy, Pacific Sunwear filed for chapter 11 protection with a restructuring support agreement already in place. The deal calls for a debt-for-equity swap with Golden Gate.
News out at 6:00PM...after market hours.

It doesn't state that the company will be private. Only that a private company will have the majority control...
I only had a 100 lot share go through earlier this week, for .02 cents...talk about a joke. Today has been a little better, got a couple of 450,000 lots to go through...still have few more waiting to get filled.
I've been trying to buy the .0002's for about two weeks now, so far I have only been given 2.2 Mill The MM's are only handing out lots of like 100,000 at a time. Painful, but they are controlling it closely...I am sure that the new ticker will garnish a lot of attention, then it should move rather quickly. I am still waiting on a few more mills myself at this level.
Best of luck everyone...I plan to hold for a while!
ARO may be sitting at .25 right now, but it is certainly not a penny stock. Currently trading on the NYSE, and in my honest opinion, working towards gaining compliance. Time will tell, but looks like they haven't given up yet.
I completely agree! It was kind of strange that a promotion was put on for a NYSE stock. For Penny stocks, very common, but for a big board...unusual. I will take it though, I did unload a few at .33 yesterday, and will use those profits to load up even more when it bottoms out again. The Sales should make a rise again, hopefully to a new level of support. I see no reason to believe that this billion dollar company won't succeed. No reason to believe that the restructuring won't work.
Best of Luck!
Sorry about ...but funny none the less.
I've got an order in for 4.5 Million, and only 100 shares have filled so far. My order has been in for a week now, and today I get 100 shares...SMH!
ONLY 54 Million in the Float!
ONLY 80 Million Issued/Outstanding!
Better jump when you have the chance...next stop who knows!
Aeropostale Provides Business Update
Announces New Cost Reduction ProgramReiterates Fourth Quarter Guidance
NEW YORK, Jan. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Aéropostale, Inc. (ARO), a mall-based specialty retailer of casual apparel for young women and men, today provided a business update in which it announces plans to institute a new cost reduction program, and in which it reiterates fourth quarter guidance.
-- Plans to optimize cost structure - Following a strategic business review, the Company has instituted an aggressive new cost reduction program targeting both direct and indirect spending across the organization. The Company expects this new program to generate approximately $35 million to $40 million in annualized pre-tax savings which is expected to be achieved in fiscal 2016. The Company estimates that it will record pre-tax cash expenses of approximately $1.5 million during fiscal 2015 related to this program.
-- Reduces corporate headcount - As part of its new cost reduction program, Aéropostale plans to reduce corporate headcount by approximately 100 positions, or 13%, by the end of fiscal 2015.
-- Reaffirms fourth quarter 2015 outlook - The Company continues to expect fourth quarter 2015 operating losses in the range of $0.0 million to $10.0 million, which translates to a net loss in the range of $0.04 to $0.17 per diluted share. The effective tax rate for the fourth quarter is still projected to be 0%. This earnings guidance does not include the impact of the aforementioned headcount reductions, and as previously announced, any store impairments, accelerated store closure costs, lease buyout costs, or real estate consulting fees.
Julian R. Geiger, Chief Executive Officer, commented, "The decisions that led to today's actions are a result of our focus on Aéropostale's future, and our goal of returning to profitability. The reiteration of our fourth quarter guidance demonstrates sequential improvement from a sales and operating loss perspective. We are building upon areas of progress and continue to work to improve our business. We look forward to discussing our plans for 2016 on our next earnings call."
In addition to the aforementioned business update, the Company announces that Julian R. Geiger, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has voluntarily relinquished 1,000,000 stock options, previously granted to him by the Company. These shares will now be utilized by the Company solely for the purposes of motivating and retaining other key members of the organization.
The Company currently operates 755 Aéropostale® stores in 50 states and Puerto Rico, 41 Aéropostale stores in Canada and 25 P.S. from Aéropostale® stores in 12 states. In addition, pursuant to various licensing agreements, the Company's licensees currently operate 310 Aéropostale® and P.S. from Aéropostale® locations in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Since November 2012, Aéropostale, Inc. has operated GoJane.com, an online women's fashion footwear and apparel retailer.
Looking specifically at the Accum/Dist line, it appears that people are buying shares and holding them. I currently do not own any shares, and have not been looking to buy any, but will now add it to my watch list.
Holding for 10 years....that is brave! I don't know what you bought in at, but I do see a few pops over the past five years. Maybe another big one coming up in the future?
I guess you would know more about this company than I, but that dip to .45 back in November would have been a great time to buy. With the current price riding between the 50/100DMA, it could go either way?
Their Levetiracetam/Keppra partnership should be announced any day now. That was a surprise ANDA in the FDA queue that jumped above many others that had been sitting longer. With only a $150M market in the US, it may not be that big, but it will provide enough cash to keep off dilution. As for the REXISTA submission by June...with an expected $2.3B market...I am sure it will be huge, and partnerships are not thinking that they will get it cheaper because the company does not have cash. Big Pharma's such as PAR, Purdue, Novartis, TEVA, etc... are just licking their chops to get in on this action. Most here are guessing a possible $10-$100M upfront payment to have exclusivity, and their name associated prior to the FDA filing. With the Fast Track designation, it will happen quick. Especially with the pressure on the FDA to approve tamper resistant drugs.
There were no immense costs of R&D, in fact, there was no R&D conducted at all, only anticipated start of studies, future plans, anticipated results, presumptions, assumptions, and flat out lies! If GC would have completed any research at all, people would have continued to buy his shares, instead, he sold out to the TOXICS to keep paying salaries, and no research was done. Everyone who was anyone left the company as soon as they saw what he was doing. He made lots of promises, and brought on lots of experience from all over the biopharma world....brilliant people with connections and lots of experience. Then they realized what they thought was a huge opportunity turned out to be a puppet and clown show! GC Lost credibility, and everyone saw right through him, and left.
This company never had a chance under his direction...now it continues to spiral the drain while the toxics continue to unload...probably all the way down to trips.
VERY SAD STORY HERE! Sorry to have been sucked into all the HYPE!
The owners are sitting on 5.8 Million shares of IPCI...I don't think they are too concerned about cash when they are holding 23.6% of the outstanding shares of the company. Big name pharma companies are already interested in everything in the pipeline. It is not a matter of hoping to negotiate a better partnership, it is more of which partnership is best for the company and the shareholders. Only a matter of time my friend, and this goes back above $3.00 on news.
I see that the RSI has cooled down...ICE COLD!
So, how much longer until the next Reverse Split...going to have to be greater than the 150/1 this time...What a Joke!
GC really did wonders for this company!
Looks like the buying is on in anticipation of news coming out soon. This thing should start growing legs again, and off to the races we go. Shorts will have to cover because they don't want to lose too much. It may gap up on Monday morning, especially if news is released over the weekend.
Best of Luck!
Very nice 110K buy...the interest is picking up! Accumulation is starting to rise again. Look for an update very soon from the company!
Let them mention that this first quarter was a profitable quarter, and away it goes. It is definitely showing that the support level at .20 is pretty solid. The bottom bounce allowed a lot more accumulation to those who are willing to take a chance. I honestly believe that this will start gaining momentum again very soon. Even if company is bought out, shares will be worth way more than the current valuation. I wouldn't want to speculate, but with only 88 Million shares towards a Billion dollar business...lets keep it real!
Best of Luck everyone!
Just picked up another 2K shares...looking forward to a great year here! My small positon is growing and growing...more than 5K strong now. My guess is that news will be released any day now. Not that a chart can predict news, but looking at the patterns, it is definitely due for a spike to the next level. Can't wait for the REXISTA partner to be announced!
Looking like the bottom is in, and may be time to start working its way back up...looking for a Green day here today!
A company with only 80 million shares outstanding, and only 54 million in the float, this will move in a hurry. I can't imagine that many scenarios where this will go lower. Looks like a double bottom in my book with a descent bounce to .50 in between bottoms. With any amount of good news, this could see a 100% gain in a matter of hours. I had another purchase in this morning for 10K at .18, but it didn't go through. I may raise it here in a few minutes, but wanted to see how the market was reacting before I did.
Great Buy! I'm sure you will be pleased later!
Best of Luck!
I kind of look at ARO a little differently. I imagine it to be in the same situation that JCP was in a couple years back. JCP was knocking on the doors of Bankruptcy, and the company openly admitted it. Then the new CEO came back in...(previous CEO)...and the company was completely turned around. The shares moved from the $30 range all the way down to just under $5. And just today it is trading near $12 I see no reason that ARO can't get turned around and pick up momentum just the same. First quarter financials will be projected soon, and positive news will make this thing take off quick. When you can get a billion dollar companies stock at less than a quarter, people will be jumping in with both feet!
Best of luck everyone!
WOW, another 166 million shares about to be dumped by the toxic financers? Hope that isn't true! I guess I will take my profits and move along.
Best of luck everyone!
Bought out, possibly, but bankruptcy and worth nothing, not a chance. Even Circuit City was profitable when it went under. Are we all not here to make a few dollars? Whether that is on the waves, long, or shorts, we are all trying to make money. I am not promising the world, only saying that it is due for a bounce. Good news makes retail investors happy, and they buy shares...plain and simple. Know how to ride the bike, and you won't fall off every time.
Best of Luck!
I will buy more if it dips lower!
