Hey, SY,
You could call Ed or Mike and I'm sure they'd give you some valid indication - without disclosing any non-public specifics. Call, hit 3, and key in 'Ed' for Mr. Meyers.
.
http://quotes.freerealtime.com/rt/frt/Q?IM=quotes&symbol=LLEG&type=Time%26Sales works well for that, if you subscribe to FRT Express (..no big expense..).
.
Righteous, thanks RSJ. . As my younger daughter used to say, "..Me, too - me too.."!!!
.
Biomass is where it's at, folks. Regardless of hiccups, show me another stock you can buy at these prices that has a shot of being a big player in the game down the road.
IMHO; buy 'em as cheap as you can. 'Scardy shares' are typically a steal..!!!
.
LLEG is a viable company with money in the bank. Panic is foolish, which is why their is a general business axiom that states you should never pick up the phone (..or post..) when you are mad or upset. . There has been so much flack posted in the last week that an accounting of same will be very interesting a week after trading resumes.
As advised by the HQ, a PR will be forthcoming at the earliest possible time. . Aka: All's well that ends well. . I'll be buying any cheapie shares available.
.
As previously mentioned, those who seem to know best say August is when things are going to happen.
WFIW, my continued collecting at Limit Bid GTC is based on this sound advice.
.
Same symbol.
The only other choices would be an E or Q on the end, and neither of those apply since LLEG was already non-reporting on the Pinks and the company is certainly not bankrupt.
.
Thank you for your concern, but the opinion of B-D or Financial friend on the Street is NOT non-public info as they are not insiders and they would tell you the same thing if you asked. . IMHO; BFHJ is dead in the water until August - and I'll collect more cheapie shares at the lowest price I can get them.
Hope you do the same.
,
My position remains to keep collecting LIMIT GTC @ BID or lower until August. . According to several knowledgeable Streeter people I've spoken with not much is going to happen until then. Mizz C may finally get a grip by then that the Stop Sign needs to go away to make that happen. .
I wonder if one of her middle names is Hillary..???
.
"..No extra charge......................
.
Cool. Call in, ask to talk to a Trader, and explain what you're trying to find out.
They have direct resources to Hoovers, D&B, Level 3+, and personal connections elsewhere.
,
The Sr. Trader, Compliance guy or a Floor Trader at your brokerage can access screens and support info that others will never see - that's the way to get the straight skinny on these situations.
Everything else is BS, FOG, and supposition.
.
10-4...!!! . Me, too.
.
Please provide a link to your source. Last trade I show is: 06/06 0.0052 250000 OTO
Could be that Mike and crew have solved the issues, or maybe some MFMMM is just correcting an old trade from last week.
.
You'll have to go searching here...........

.
Sounds like a helluva plan to me; .......buy low, sell high.
.
Using Limit GTC orders only, and watching the changing prices on FreeRealTime.com (Time & Sales) supported by your subscription or broker's streamer, should allow you to trade effectively online - with due patience. Unless you are stuck with TDA or some other 2nd rate, penny-adverse stock peddler.
Non-GTC Limit orders will have to babysat as they expire at the end of each day.
Good luck to all the accumulators, this may be a great opportunity.
.
"...And, we thank you for your support..", Bartles & James.
.
True. And, there are many new hybrid oil-seed plants being developed in NE & CO. . LLEG may eventually benefit from this.
Buffett's landscape-blotting pinwheels will find it very hard to compete with the new Bio technologies on down the road.
One of our A-D plants can generate 3MW+ on 3- acres, and remove most all the stench from a feedlot, hog farm, dairy, or egg plant, etc.
.
My thought is to keep collecting LIMIT GTC @ BID or lower until August.
According to several knowledgeable Streeter people I've spoken with, not much is going to happen until then.
Hopefully, Mz. C will get a grip that the Stop Sign needs to go away by then and make that happen. . I wonder if her middle name is Hillary..???

Actually, a lot of the burnt wood and scrub would be easily be ground up and processed using A-D, returning the carbon to the soil for recycling.
Post A-D soil amendment could be spread where the fire took place adding moisture and nutrients to the soil to promote regrowth.
Eventually the dullards in the government and NFS will catch on.........
.
If one has poor quality, often flooded, or unused fields, growing Switchgrass for Biomass (A-D) feedstock will repair the land, create jobs, and support the Biomass and Biofuels industry. If the cost of mowing a massive campus, etc., is hurting the budget, switchgrass can solve that problem - with multiple harvests per year.
Kinggrass is another resource, and is sorgum, etc.
.
I don't believe that LLEG is using A-D currently. The advantage would be that wood chips, sawdust, cardboard, etc., usually arrive in a damp or wet state. A-D is a wet process that generates NH3 from such organics. That Biogas is readily burned as fuel - while the remaining solids and liquids are removed as fertilizer and irrigation products.
It takes a lot of energy to dry damp or wet materials prior to combustion, and the result is clinkers in the firebox and fly-ash in the stack. Using Biogas for boiler, incinerator or super-heating fuel in a combined energy plant would improve efficiency and open the door for receiving many new organic waste sources for processing - many of them free or generating tipping fees.
A-D is an easy and cost effective system to add to an existing Biomass plant.
.
VRA(*) in CA is working with Great Plains Renewable Energy in Iowa using new enzyme technology for Ethanol production that also relates to wood and A-D operations. Academic and grant help is from Texas. LLEG's interests in CA may bring all of these subjects together someday.
Time will tell.
.
NOTE: People using TDAmeritrade may wish to open an E*Trade account for Pinks and Grays.
TDA is a royal pain in the tush, since their inhouse and contracted clearing operations cause them to block many stocks.
.
Not my forte', but new enzyme technologies are making great strides for Biofuels and improved A-D operations.
New enzymes can break down the cellulose in wood wastes making it easier to digest, from which one receives Methane that can fire, under-fire, or superheat boiler systems or incineration operations.
.
All the egg farms I am aware of have all the feed they need for the birds. Also, their broken egg mass, shells, and daily 2-1/2% morality can go into the Digester - instead of having to be hauled off. Most egg plants have their own pullet raising facilities which also produce daily mortality. A-D reduces waste trucking and converts same to energy + clean odorless, soil amendment.
LLEG will eventually include A-D in their combined and separate operations as they grow; ...count on it.
.
Solar will NEVER replace Anaerobic Digestion on a cost-benefit basis for plants greater than 100kW+. I love solar (..have an air-solar house..), but what you stated will not happen.
Bio, Solar, Wind, Fuel Cells will all become major contributors; wind being ultimately the most costly and lowest ROI of the bunch. Only people like Warren Buffett and the Utilities can push wind power because of the kick-backs and tax credits .
.
You are in error. . I am an engineer in the Biomass game working on the issue.
Every egg laying plant in the USA can produce 1MW of electricity per hour for every 1MM laying chickens they have under roof. Using "Animal Units" as the weight equivalent, cattle feed lots, hog farms, feeding and farrowing facilities, meat plants, dairies, turkey processors, etc., can do the same - with fairly low tech Anaerobic Digestion.
The daily trimming waste and FOG from super markets with Deli's is good for 100kW+/-, so 10 stores = 1MW+. Farm field waste, bad crops, damaged crops, sawmill wastes, etc., are huge; not to mention felled trees in rivers and on the ground. . Biomass Conversion will eventually be a major source of power here, as it already is in Europe.
.
Other than normal market forces, no. . But, the Oil & Gas Lobby, misdirected Greenies and ofter local real estate or political agendas may well slow things down - along with 3rd party stock meddling until that is under the spotlight.
The bottom line is that over the long haul, Biomass Conversion is much more economical thab Wind or Solar. And, moderately low tech Biomass plants can come on line much faster than pipelines from Canada or revitalized oil shale projects from CO, etc. Nuke power is still generally undesirable, and the Obama-EPA-ijits have just caused one utility to shut down 5 coal-fired powerhouses do to ridiculously stupid environmental constraints..!!!
Buy 'em cheap, ...and Buy 'em at the Bid - with your Casino Money only.
.
I spoke with Ed Meyers again this morning. Mike, Ed, and the lawyers are actively working with the SEC to clearly define and resolve all issues in a directed effort to reopen on the Pink Sheets. We should at least see a plain vanilla PR about the situation fairly soon.
If LLEG does open temporarily on Grays, it should be a great collecting opportunity - the word is that many longs have dry powder for such an event.
.
Yes. However, I don't recall whether it was provided on the OTCMarkets site or it was provided in confidence.
So, I would suggest that you call the company HQ, hit 3, and type in Ed to reach his extension. I'm sure he would return a respectful investor inquiry in due course.
(212) 480-8400
.
Very well put..!!! . The pennies are 'Casino Money or Spare Casino Money' stocks only, and the risk-reward ratio is directly proportional.
As you have surely seen many times, those with apparently negative intentions immediately often flock to Boards where some hiccup has occurred. . The almost magical flood of posts, where no major moves in PPS has been evident, is a matter for considerable personal pondering. . The true intentions and actions often end up on Page 13 a few months down the road, when matters have been resolved - and the posting frequency has returned to normal.
.
If you have any stockholder questions, I would suggest a call or email to Ed Meyers who is the LLEG VP of IR. He promptly returned an email exchange with a phone call this morning. It would appear that contact has already been made with the SEC to resolve any questions or misunderstandings. Addressing LLEGs standing on OTCMarkets.com, that is the next item on the 'fix it' agenda once the SEC matter is resolved. IMHO; I would presume there will be a public statement issued by LLEG in the near future.
I plan to add super cheapie shares if they become available, as Biomass Conversion is the ultimate answer to the US energy problem - no matter how hard the Oil & Wind Lobby or others try to delay it.
.
Read post 93767; it's in the works..
"..No extra charge.
These kind 3rd party manipulations quite common at this stage of the game. Call your broker and have his senior compliance guy look into it. They have insider resources way beyond the capability of the people who pull this kind of stuff.
.
Why don't you cut-&-paste the spam you received here on the Board, or at least share the address or website it came from?
.
Per Ed at the HQ, that is exactly what's being done. They consider the matter urgent, and apparently learned about it about the same time we did.
.
Actually, Germany is so far ahead of the US in application of biomass processing it bodes very well for the subject that they are turning their backs on Nukes.
We have more biomass here in the US in existing farms, rivers, landfills and wood/paper post-processing pits that there is no need for off-coast drilling, IMHO. Synthetics for lubrication could offset the cost and risk of another major BP-grade fudge-up. Oil shale and oil sands production would keep our monry right here in the US and Canada where the sleazers in the EU can't get their grubby mitts on it.
Go LLEG..................
.
It all goes back to the premise that "..ignorance is curable; stupid is forever.." or "..you can lead a horse to water..". Some will learn, others will sputter witlessly to fill Board space, and the rest will eventually volunteer to join Lee Iacocca's third group.
The MFMMMs & Power Groups have both the newbies and the irrationally exuberant in their gun sights, and Psych programs are running to work them like Play Dough. The former see any PRs before they are released, and the latter front run and then slam & scram.
Those who keep their spare change in play at the BID, and will take a little profit on a bump will do very well on the appearance of Third Party News - not released by the company. The elimination of the bloody OTCMarkets 'STOP SIGN' will also make a big difference some day - when what's-her-face falls off her bar stool, post-siesta, and finally sobers up.
.
