Right, look ay GOOGLE, hardly any money to be made selling ad space in your App.
If NeoReader gets on big network phones the numbers will go way up. How many NeoReaders are downloaded now? 50 million?
No, you said rumors about the mightiest DrSoonS caused the pps to rise. It didn't It is another question whether the greatest doctor S, who mentions the use of QR codes, 2017 times in his papers, will end up a major player here.
Baloney. The stock price went up simply due to his buying of such a large stake , as he was buying, before it was known he bought. Price went down starting the next day. No price hype - regardless of reasonable speculation of possible further intentions.
YA profits most on runs up.
First post of 2013 says this is NeoMedia's year. Big run very likely early year while hope and success is in the air.
I don't think she said that.
Oh, I see, You still don't get what differentiates a "brand" company in this country.
Hey pop- I must have missed the post where you admitted that you were wrong that LM discussing "the first brand license" referred to Kraft, not Microsoft.
Happy Holidays everyone
No news? Except for end of year tax selling is over, and self sufficiency for first time slated for next week!
More likely LM is coming back fro Europe with a big announcement to explain her end of the year optimism. Some of the big campaign partners are there. Like B!
No, it is not declining "quite naturally." Yes there are investors willing to buy lower, but mainly ONLY YA selling to them freely, always making a margin from yesterday's low, and their percentage they get lower.
Its not "inexplicable," it is YA taking it down to the lowest point they can, by just selling to investors willing to buy lower, so YA gets lowest DAY average to convert, then up it will go. Manipulated. Hopefully they are taking it this ungodly low because they know the mother of all runs in coming soon.
Baloney. Every little negative thing is blown of proportion on this forum lately. I predict a fabulous first Qtr coming up, rise in pps, for good reason, before dilution gets too far, so quit throwing cold water on everything. Footshooting here is ruining my investment.
Chill a little bit folks, if you borrow with the intention to pay back at the end of the month, it is a whole different story than previous string of YA loans. They were not being deceptive. They are trying to show the public a big shift in their financial position, so they can be seen as a SS company, so that companies that buy their services and licenses see they are here to stay. And investors gain confidence and bid up the pps
Hey Cloud, nice to see you back! NEOM has not borrowed from YA since July, and they think they may be self-sufficient by end of the year, according to LM at CC.
No one knows how they are doing that exactly. Hidden campaigns IMO .
I am not weighing my every word obsessively, that is why.
Neither does NeoMedia, There is no evidence at all that they dont mean one day weighted average. It is obvious.
Otherwise YA could never be converting billions of shares with a steadily declining pps track. Obvious to everyone and not worth another note here. Period.
Completely inaccurate. yA can use 95 percent of yesterday's low to convert, for the next 60 days. That is why they brought it down.
You are correct. Lowest single day look back.
That is not the only way to determine if YA is selling down. They may want to lower the conversion set point knowing a big high volume uptick is coming to sell into, that would make any current loss here pale.
That's what they said before the second half of "Rocky."
Music! for 2013 Stock of the Year
Wrong- it says the 2 companies have settled all pending litigation between them.
100% lawsuit wins, all settled in NeoMedia's favor. Not one company willing to try the strength of NEOM's patents in a court of law.
That is silly, come one come all, NeoReader for large and small. More the integrations, more bragging rights. But I feel ya, we are all used to deals falling through, until lately.
A signal from YA?
The obvious answer as to why the whales are signing on to the patents is what it has always been- "There is really no way to work around NeoMedia QR patents" in any big usage. The new law firm is just selling it it in today's developing ecosystems.
I see now. Microsoft and eBay are exactly the same kind of brand as Pepsi and Kraft No difference in category at all.
There are different meanings for the word brand. Microsoft and eBay are service providers more than a brand, like Kraft
Pop. You misunderstand the use of the word brand. Very surprising.
McDonald's was on their customer list.
IF they put out Big News tomorrow, might be the biggest run we have seen yet, IMO.
YA is not going to go long without needing to spur a big run again. That much is certain. Beyond that , the new strategy is license and facilitate big campaigns with QRs. not just downsize!!!
CNTS is just part of any licensing agreement. Just another small group of words that you focus on to the exclusion of all else. Microsoft licensed now, because now is the time companies are going to monetize on indirect IP of NeoMedia in a big way. In the past it was all case studies.
Are you saying NeoMedia is not involved in a single campaign out there? Wrong.
Yes there are other explanations- campaign money from other companies using NeoMedia, under NDA.
A flurry of announcements coming in next 6 weeks- partnerships, campaigns, and licensing. NeoMedia is now a full campaign manager and designer with partners. McDonalds step to the front of the line.
They did pay off debt to YA, pop, you must have thought we were discussing paying off all the debt. Like usual, no one said that.
Big long term deals must be ready to sign in the next 6 weeks, to announce plans to be self sustaining by end of year.
Interesting that we are not even getting a YA induced run here, after NeoMedia has not had to borrow money in the longest time ever.
If you pay off debt, that is INSTEAD of YA converting for debt. That converting has cost shareholders 99 percent of the value of their investment. So yes, paying off YA debt early is way worth it. NEOM is a PUBLIC company.
About to be sold?
