Looks like YA is not motivated to sell down anymore, since getting the half billion free warrants. Only higher is better for them now. They know the runs are coming, just need to add some Great News to the soup and up we go.
Except of course for the famous/infamous NEOM RUNS, where holding for a while can make a small fortune. I paid off quart mill house loan on one of those runs. Look at the 10 yr chart- see those HUGE exceptions. YA is about to make another of those IMO,
Pop- Don't turn off all the mo-moes with your conservative viewpoint please. Runs are where the fun is.
I said partial indirect, also called managed direct. It is gray area at least in neom patent coverage- that is what they are paying for. Your idea that they are paying for no reason whatsoever is what makes no sense.
Never been group consensus here- what are you talking about?regardless of anyone's ideas here , it has consistently gone slowly down up to now.
Again a big half truth, Of course lenders care about a company succeeding. The trading is seldom very active, and YA never makes their money back until NEOM can succeed.
I was only behind the last split because NeoMedia was misleading shareholders once again suggesting they were on the verge of profitability. If they split once they are profitable, chances are much better for success, as the P/E and market cap would determine the pps.
As they lied, the pps sank like a stone.
He only emphasizes that because of your incorrect prediction about that document, so let it go already. You were wrong.
Then if we assume a return to .10, YA can make 50 million quickly and leave with a profit.
Way too literal , every time.
Yes she did. She said they haven't had to borrow since last year and expect that to continue. That would be a definition of self sustaining.
Just like Laura said at the last cc- they expect continued financial support from YA- though you have been advising the end is upon us.
It is also sheer greed when investors keep sitting on the bid, trying to drive the stock slowly lower every day, just so they can sell 10% higher to some sucker who then is a bag holder.
It is certainly not what a normal investor in a company would be doing.
Oh yeah, huh?
Isn't it possible that Amazon would pay NeoMedia to drive all UPC traffic to Amazon only.
Sounds like Laura is confident that European patent will be confirmed, next week, as her London talk puts top priority on companies paying for appropriate IP in Qr space.
Good one.
Don't know what you are talking about , as usual.
Sure they do. How else could they sell lower day after day.
Exactly!
If NeoMedia is on track now , they can get a big boy loan.
Partial indirect. NeoMedia doesn't call it that if they don't believe their patents cover it. No matter how many times you claim otherwise. The big boys are buying licenses because of this. Or maybe your theory is right- "they buy the license because they don't use it. "
All true. Every one of them is a half truth.
Minutes from YA secret meeting
"Let's take it down as low as we can- we can always say it is the market forces of extreme doubt in NeoMedia. Go low enough and even skeptical bagholders from past will think they are getting a good deal and buy them right up. Then it looks like a lucky break when we let LM release the big news, and we can make back most of our investment selling with a huge margin on high volume. Last chaqnce for us. Shareholders? Screw em if they cant take a joke."
Based on what?? Sheeesh
Beautiful Big!!
I doubt if he will walk away before making sure he gets a triple.
Sure as heck no one else here cares.
So, On the day of Dec 31 there was as much coming in as going out. Considering the office was on vacation.
Really? It feels more like you are trying to tell the masses that the sun is going to eventually explode and destroy the earth. But you are 99% SURE IT WILL BE IN THE NEXT 90 DAYS.
She told him he would need to take over the company at a super nice premium if he wanted it for his stable.
He said he would save up and let her know .
Dr S obviously bought over 10% at least because he wanted to get some inside info on the company, which would be available only to a 10% owner.
Pop- You have no idea what will make this stock move, and how much. Period.
Lol - the only post pop ever deemed "that is accurate"
What do you think"leverage" means?? It means roughly "multiply effect to beat competitors."
No the Pr did not say progressive has yet to use NeoMedia IP. They said they now plan to leverage it. Means to me that they plan to multiply their usage to outrun competitors now that they have licensed.
No, Pop, you made up your version from being too literal. . Show one quote from NeoMedia that says they give up on the future of indirect. There is not one. Rather, they are selling that very patent rights to fortune 500 companies for millions of dollars regularly now. Why, because it is the future. I told you why Neustar couldnt make it work- it wasnt the future yet. It was fragmented. It will still come. Period.
That is the biggest Baloney piece you have said over and over without logic. NeoMedia said at that time that they"currently" are recommending partial indirect (which LM believes also is covered by '48) . Why? Because the indirect system had not caught on yet, due to limited growth in QR code use to that date. So Neustar could not get traction. It was NEVER said that indirect will not be best when the system of QR is too big to be handled without it. That is why WIPO, or what ever you call the patent of interoperability, will, or MAY still be the industry standard. But some are so literal, they misinterpret common speech. I believe my interpretation is correct. Ask Laura.
"Roger" has been bad mouthing NeoMedia for years with vague innuendoes. He obviously has a personal bias,
They have never 8kd a "campaign", though the revenue says there are campaigns. Maybe they have a campaign for Ebay, or Kraft, or Microsoft or...
Like McDonalds, first on their list of companies they have business with. At the Olympics, McDonalds said they plan to have international QR code campaign again thru 2013.
Or she meant they are doing a seperate big confidential deal with any company previously 8kd
Sure- let's see a cut and paste of that alleged email.
