Wilma- go look up how stock conversions work. No body buying their converted stock=zero money reclaimed. They extended the OS so they can keep slowly diluting, there can be no rush "to get out".
What? ??
Right- so the market cap would go to two thousand dollars just like that.
If NeoMedia goes profitable, it could sustain the pps- just need the excitement
Will reduce shares out to 2 million? Am I adding wrong?
That is just over $1.25 share.
1/2500 RS!!
True. She might have meant drivers licenses, not patent license
The current pps does not show anything but the death spiral of YA.
Really? I don't see the analogy. I would say the CEO of Spyderlink's statement is more like the whimpy kid at school saying the big bully can't beat him up, when really the whimp's father pays off the bully not to ever fight him.
NeoMedia has never "lost" an infringement suit, is a better way to put it.
Pop- maybe because 1989 comes before 1995?
Short selling is normal for Market Makers. I would guess most or all the shorting is MMs, who have to make dips or they make no money?
Global IP lawsuit "settlements" must be bringing in some money, or they wouldn't keep starting more.
You are kidding right. I was being sarcastic.
No, the point is that no one could buy those shares but YA. Why? Because they own the debt. How difficult is that to follow???!?
You are kidding, right? What else gave YA the power !???
That is completely inaccurate. The debt definitely gave YA the power to buy the votes. It is amazing people don't see that.
Right. Anyone could have bought that majority of Neomedia voting power for two and a half million. The debt had nothing to do with it. Oh wait, it did. The debt DID "become" the voting power.
Wrong pop- I can read the dates, but the Jan 5 date says "date of the earliest reported event," which was not the same date the filing became available, which was after the GOMO article was written.
How do you figure GOMO had insider information- I cannot for the life of me follow your way of thinking.
Wrong pop- GOMO wrote the article before the "explanatory" news was available.
Oh right, I buy fully into that much repeated announcement by Skagg. She has no ulterior motives.
So We do not know the terms of the agreement.
Obviously.
I believe the only issue that is being refuted is your claim that a CNTS licensing agreement means NeoMedia sues companies that don't actually use (infringe) their IP (as NeoMedia defines their IP ).
That is not the point.
Guy from Koa's uncle.
Contrary to your post, QR codes are mentioned frequently in most of NeoMedia's 70 patents. So to say QR codes have nothing to do with NeoMedia patents is absurd.
Excellent post lns! Thank you for clarifying the obfuscated waters!
You read me incorrectly once again
Point is nobody else said suits don't have merit as responsible IP payment. That is my only, major, point here.
Please, come on, Spyderlynk is hardly the typical example among the various licenses signed. Their CEO was out of line to state they didn't need the license- probably illegal after signing agreement. Her statement surely lacks credibility. In any case, her statement has nothing to do with other licenses- NONE, Zero of them said they signed just to avoid lawsuits. As Laura has said repeatedly- they signed out of growing understanding of responsible IP licensing.
What a crock.
No, Those lawsuits could not possibly be paying off in months. The expert said "It will be at least a year before they even start any process- Wrong again! The rear view mirror is not the only perspective . Things are changing. Their is other moneys being deferred for now too. Next Qtr PPS will likely be biggest ever.
How did they do that without converting below par.
Business calanders do not include weekends
It is never not business days.
I thought late filing gives 5 workdays, which would be due today.
I thought NeoMedia announced that filing would be late due to new auditors a month ago.
They will get it up to the pennies at least before doing an r/s, next year at the soonest IMO
i Don't think so. They delayed 10Q due to new auditor.
