I have some updated information:
I misunderstood the Transfer Agent's instructions.
The Transfer Agent told me that I needed to collect everyone's information (which I have done). I assumed they were talking about all shareholders. They were not. I only needed to collect the information for "Registered" shareholders. In other words insiders. That's basically just me.
The rest I will be doing through DTCC. I have sent that paperwork in today. I instructed that for every 10 shares of VGID that a shareholder has of of 10/31, they get 1 share of Fernhill. They will be distributing the shares directly.
I am sorry for the confusion. I know it's frustrating. Don't forget, this is new to me as well.
I will keep everyone informed as I get information from DTCC. I will be talking about it during the CC tomorrow.
Thank you for your understanding.
Larry "Buzzy" Twombly

V Group, Inc.
The initial issue price is going to be determined by Market Makers. They are going to start it way to high so they can short it down and make money. I have no idea what that price will be. Neither does the transfer agent. They have nothing to do with it.
Buzzy Twombly
CEO
V Group, Inc.
Good Evening.
I had the intention of releasing a formal PR this evening. Due to the shenanigans of market makers and such, I have decided not to release that. As soon as a company releases press 2 weeks in a row, market makers start shorting stocks to death because they assume the companies are raising money and the stock will go down. I would much rather go over all the Company's activities in a conference call.
The CC call in number is (712) 775-7031
Meeting ID # is 526-855-601
The time is 10am Pacific Wednesday.
Please pass the information on to as many people as you can. I am very much looking forward to talking to everyone!
Thank you.

Good Morning All.
I wanted to let everyone know that information is on it's way to the transfer agent for some of the shareholders. it will take about 3-4 days to get it all together.
Shareholders should be getting confirmation e-mails later today.
The conversion ratio is 10.38 to one so we rounded it to an even 10 to 1.
The math is as follows:
623,017,000 shares issued
Minus 311,550,000 (My shares)
Total is 311,467,000
311,467,000 Divided by 30,000,000 = 10.38
Larry "Buzzy" Twombly
I am sending the first of the issuance information to the transfer agent this morning. As soon as the transfer agent gets it, I will send follow up emails to share holders.
Thanks again.
Larry "Buzzy" Twombly
CEO
V Group, Inc.
Yes I was. And as soon as I realized they had no intention of building a real beverage company, I resigned.
I would like to thank everyone who has sent their information in so far. I will be spending the majority of the weekend compiling the information and putting together issuance resolutions. I will be getting the signed by the officers from Fernhill and getting them off to Fernhill's transfer agent. I hope I can cover everyone's concerns and answer any questions during the conference call.
I recognize that the phone in information for the conference call was not included in the last pres release. That was not an error. That was purposeful. We will be disclosing all the contact information in a subsequent press release early in the week. We wanted a reason to tie the two releases together.
I, for one, am looking forward to the conference call next week. I love our business. I love talking about our business. I always look forward to sharing information and getting feed back.

Good Evening.
I wanted to follow up on my last update. I had a great day today with the Fernhill people. We discussed everything from marketing, to new potential products, to new distribution.
They suggested I make some changes to the press release for this week. After discussions, I agree with their assessments.
We will be revising the press release tomorrow and will be getting it ready for release this week.
We are hoping to put out official news a couple times a month to get everyone caught up with all of both Company's goings on.
Also, we are discussing bringing back the quarterly conference calls. I still believe they are useful even though what I say always gets distorted and used against the Company. I feel an open dialog is important betwen management and the shareholders.
Thank you.
Larry "Buzzy" Twombly

News is not going out Monday. I will be in meetings with the officers of Fernhill all day Monday. I have the release prepared for next week. I need to have the leaders of Fernhill look it over and approve it and/or make any changes they feel fit. I did say it will be next week. It will probably be Wednesday but that's not set in stone.
Please don't try to put words into my mouth. It makes us all look bad. Thank you.
Larry "Buzzy" Twombly
CEO V Group
Just to confirm. We plan on putting out official news next week to update everyone on the Feenhill shares as well as all the activities of the company.
I am traveling back from a successful trip on the East Coast.
Larry Buzzy Twombly
CEO
V Group
I have not sold a single share. I have not pumped a single thing. As a matter of fact, most are mad at me for not giving enough information. It is probably just profit taking. If something went up 200% in a day that I bought, I would be selling for a profit too.
Larry Buzzy Twombly
A quick update:
Fernhill Beverage is nearing it's public debut. There are a few minor issues that still need to be resolved. The yield sign should be coming down tomorrow. Once that is completed, the symbol change and name change will be right behind it.
When that is completed I will be making an announcement pertaining to the distribution of Fernhill shares to V Group shareholders.
I will be traveling Friday to North Carolina for a weekend event and also to South Carolina Monday for a sales meeting to get ready for a New Year launch. I will be returning Wednesday to the West Coast.
I am hoping all the issues will be completed by the time I return to the West Coast.
I know it has taken longer than we all anticipated but the finish line is just around the corner.
Be assured that we are all working diligently to make sure that everything not only gets done but gets done in a way that works for all shareholders.

Hopefully
Correct. This weekend, Roadkill was involved in a hockey event in Las Vegas. There were over 100 teams in different divisions from all over the US and Canada. It was a family friendly event. There were co-ed and woman's divisions at different levels. Our local distributor (who is also a major beer distributor and the main sponsor), while supplying the locker rooms with beer also supplied everyone with Roadkill. When I wasn't playing (badly), I was handing out cold Roadkill to parents and kids all over the arena. The response was outstanding! We were able to get the product into the hands of hundreds of potential new customers. The distributor was thrilled that we put so much effort into promoting the product. Saturday, after badgering the convenience store at the Rio Hotel about 100 times, they agreed to allow me to put 1 mixed case of product in their cooler as a test. It's a Pepsi hotel but they didn't have any kids drinks. I put it in the cooler at about noon. All the product was gone when I came back at 7:30pm. If they can get permission from their food and beverage manager, Roadkill just may be in all the coolers including the one's by the pool. The store manager loved the product!
All in all, it was a great trip. It didn't cost us anything (the beer distributor paid for us). We did a great job promoting the product.
By the way, I'm the one in the front row, second from the right.
We lost in the finals 2-1. The other team scored with 30 seconds left.
Buzzy
Please allow me to further clarify: I will be personally receiving 4.9% of the shares or 1,470,000 shares. We will be keeping 5% or 1,500,000 shares in a V Group account for future use in case V Group need to raise a small amount of funds. That total is 9.9% or 2,970,000 shares. The total that will be distributed among the remaining shareholders is 27,030,000 shares.
Buzzy Twombly
I will be publicly updating that as soon as all the information is uploaded with OTC Markets. I have to wait until it's completed.
Buzzy Twombly
Good Day all.
Here is a quick update.
I got back from the East Coast over the weekend. I met with distributors from the Charlotte area down to the Charleston SC area. The distributors in NC I knew but the ones in SC I have never met before. Our distributor in NH set that up for us. It was long and hot but went well. We got verbal commitments from 3 distributors in NC and 2 in SC. I met with 8 distributors in total. The next step is for us to turn those verbal commitments into distribution agreements. There are some minor roadblocks that we will overcome. For instance, all distributors have agreements now with products that they consider "competing brands" that they are not very happy with. In one case a large distributor wants equity in Fernhill before he agrees to take the brand ( not going to happen). In every case the agreements expire on the last day of the year. We are working toward stepping in on the first of the year.
We are following our plan well. If you remember, our plan was to launch in SoCal, followed by the North East, followed by spreading up the West Coast and down the East Coast. This is a one door at a time business and we are very busy knocking down the doors.
V Group's transfer agent has received 30 million shares of Fernhill. The transfer agent will start issuing the shares as soon as Fernhill is trading. When that is, I don't know yet. There is still some minor paperwork issues that the officers of Fernhill have to complete.
As you all know by now that the 2nd quarter financials are posted. We are proud of the growth. Can we grow faster? Yes. That unfortunately casts lots of money. There are 2 things holding back the growth.
The first is the amount of product we can produce at a time.
The second is putting sales people on the streets to open accounts and open new distributors.
I don't know if anyone is aware of this but we have not raised any money from selling stock. In the beginning we did raise some money on notes to pay for the costs of being public. It costs us about 50 grand a year to operate the public side of the Company in fees etc. The rest of the money comes out of the Company's pockets.
As the summer starts to wind down, we will be making announcements about new products that we will be launching into 2016 and existing products that we will be acquiring for 2016 and beyond.
Thank you.

As a matter of fact I did. A friend of my son's is an incoming freshman basketball player there. I stopped in with a local sales rep and brought him and a teammate out to lunch. Thanks for asking.
My trip across this beautiful country of ours was both exhausting and fruitful. It started with agreements for distribution in Arizona, Albuquerque, North Texas, Columbus OH into North Carolina. I spent the long weekend working on the launch of Roadkill in New Hampshire, Mass and Conn. Now that I am back in SoCal, I am now just getting caught up with all the paperwork that I neglected over the last 10+ days. If I neglected to return anyone's calls, I apologize. I will be collecting information all day today about all our workings. If I have more information to share, I will as soon as possible. Thanks.

I am hitting the road right now. I will be going through AZ, NM, Texas, OK, on my way to Ohio, Penn and New England. I will be on the road for 10 days securing distribution and working with existing distributors. If anyone wants to get me they will need to call my phone. It will be long but fruitful I'm sure.

Have a happy, fun and safe 4th of July everyone!
I am proud to let everyone know that V Group just completed its most successful quarter in the Company's short history. We expect the 3rd quarter to exceed expectations. As soon as we calculate the final numbers, we will be posting second quarter financials.
We are expecting the spin-off to be completed any time now. We had expected it to be completed some time ago. Unfortunately we are at the mercy and time line of agencies that we have no control over. Be assured that we are on it every day. I was part of a conference call yesterday with all the parties and agencies involved. I, once again, was assured that everything on our side was fine and the agencies involved will complete their tasks right away. (That is the same response we have been getting for over a month.) All we can do on our end is to stay on top of them. As soon as I know more, I will let everyone know.
Roadkill is steadily growing everyday. Starting July 12th, I will be working my way across the country setting up distribution. I have distributor meetings set up in many areas. I will be stopping in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee etc. I will be making my way to New England where we will be officially Kicking off the brand on July, 20th.
We have lots of exciting happenings slated for the second half of 2015. Among them are new brands, new distribution, acquisition plans, etc. We are hesitant to release this news until the spin-off is complete. We are working hard to grow and add value everyday.

I know everyone is anxious for good news. It has been too long since I have published a PR. I have been purposely holding off until I can publish the completion of the spin off (I know that's what everyone is waiting for). It is my opinion, that other PRs would be taken as a distraction.
On the beverage front, things are progressing quickly. I recently traveled to the South east and the North East. Distribution will begin in July in the North East and in the fall in the South East.
Both V Group and Fernhill will be launching 2 unique brands this fall. 1 by acquisition and the other by development.
The distributorship is very labor intensive but fruitful. It has had 3 straight months of growth. We expect it to grow even more over the summer months. We are preparing to add to the distributorship portfolio with outside products in the next 2 months.
After we release the completion of the spin off, we will be formally announcing the other accomplishments and goings on. Please be patient, this is a very long and arduous process.
Be assured that we are working every hour of every day to grow our interests and add value to the Company.
If anyone has any questions about the beverage business, feel free to call. I can't answer questions about the share price, as you, the shareholders, control that by buying and/or selling. I also can not answer any more questions on the spin off as it is now out of my hands. I am awaiting word from the powers-that-be just like you.
I feel I have proven that I have no problem communicating with any and all shareholders and answer any questions I can.
Thank you for your patients.

The posts that claim "Vgid is going out of business - per CEO" have been downloaded, saved and sent to lawyers and appropriate authorities including the SEC and the management of IHUB.
Posters can post whatever they want about me personally, whether it is true or not, I don't care.
To protect shareholders and investors, I can not and will not allow persons to post lies about the fate of the company for the obvious purpose of doing harm. That is not only unacceptable but it is criminal.

Good Evening all.
Here is a quick update. Last week, a select group of distributors received the first shipments of Roadkill. The end of last week and also today, we conducted two kick off meetings in Southern California and one today in Arizona. The meetings were with the sales staff of the distributors to get them excited and to educate them on the product. Later this week we will officially begin the launch process with the distributors. We will be spending time with each distributor, riding with their sales members helping them sell the product into individual stores. This process will dominate the bulk of our time for the foreseeable future. I will be traveling to the North East in the next 2 weeks to begin the same process there.
We have not heard back from the audit firm as of yet. we expect to by the end of the week or the beginning of next week at the latest.
We are shooting for next week to release official news with specifics. We are waiting to hear from the audit firm before we release news.
This is just the first step (A small step) in our journey. We expect growth to be steady but slow at first. We have limited resources and we need to allocate them wisely. We can't afford any major mistakes.
Thank you for your time.

From now on, all correspondence will take place when/ if we release press releases.
I tried to keep everyone up to date. As you can tell, it's just too frustrating. The Company could be doing 10 million in revenue and some lost soul would be shouting he said they would do 20 million! He's a liar!
So, If you can't get information the way you want it, I suggest you move on to any other company.
If you need me to answer a question and i don't, you all know why and which group is to blame.
I don't have time to get into a pi$$ing contest with a person or persons on ihub. I have a business to build. If you or anyone else doesn't think I am, can or will do that than I suggest you find another company to invest in.
Thank you.

By the way, I don't know a "Boozie"
I will respond just this one time.
Yes that is me and yes I was there working on Roadkill. I had to have a picture taken when the production manager was not with me.
As far as the rest of your post: I said I was expecting and hoping to get a mock up can by the end of the week. I told you that when or if I get it I will send a picture of it. Obviously I didn't get it from the can manufacturer yet like I had hoped.
Pertaining to the other pictures, I told you I would send you pictures when you called me on the phone telling what a great job I was doing and how excited you were to be involved. I called you twice on 1/30 to get your email to send you the pictures and you didn't answer or call me back. I never said I would post the pictures here.
Facebook: We get an average of 3-5 views a week on facebook. I have more important things to do than wast my time working on that.
I was told when I started that on open dialog with shareholders, via CC etc, was a bad idea. I disagreed at the time. Those people were right. It doesn't matter what I say. You are only going to hear what you want to hear.
i don't know about pictures of the production. I will ask the co-packer during our pre-production meeting tomorrow. Some co-packers don't like cameras in their facility. I will definitely be putting out news once it's completed and inspected.

As I spoke about in the CC, production for Roadkill will start Wednesday morning. The production will proceed through Friday. Saturday and Sunday the product will be cased and palatalized. The finished product will be ready for inspection Monday February, 9th. The production is starting 2 days later than anticipated. A representative from the Auditing firm will be accompanying me to witness the process Wednesday, Friday and will be there for inspection Monday.
Thank you.

Good advise. I don't even know who VN?? is?
I was asked to add information here by a couple of shareholders. Obviously that was a bad suggestion.
Thank you. Good Bye and good luck.

Did you listen to the CC? I addressed it. I said clearly where every share is and where it went.
That is it. I am done here. This is useless. You guys only hear what you want and then you distort it to fit your narrative. That doesn't work for me. I have tried all I can do to help the shareholders. I don't look at it for a day to day basis. I am looking long term.
Buzzy Twombly

You are wrong. I said I borrowed 40 thousand and paid back 20,000 of what the company borrowed. the rest was "forgiven". I will no longer be giving my opinion on anything.

I have already addressed this many times. Look back at past posts of mine and you will find it. I don't know what your person vendetta is. It doesn't help anyone. I have been open and honest with all shareholders.

I heard back from the CC company. We have all the info correct. The playback # is correct. They can't give me an explanation as to why it is not playing back. They are unable to supply me with a written transcript. They are going to keep working on it but I'm not holding out allot of hope. I may have to rethink my strategy as far as Conference Calls go. I was advised by many not to do them. I thought shareholders would appreciate getting updates from me personally. I guess I was wrong. It seems to me that the more info I share with shareholder, the more angry shareholders become. I have tried to be as forthright and open as possible. Shareholders use the information to damage the stock to short it or whatever. I know I can't please everyone, but the threats (both personal and professional) are getting overwhelming. Our only goal is to build the best companies we can. Our vision is clear. it will take time but it's clear. We have not yet scratched the surface. I hope the end result is a Company everyone can be proud to be a part of. Please, if you have any real questions (not about share price) feel free to call me. I don't appreciate all the hateful messages from blocked numbers, the emails telling me what an As&&$%le I am. The emails and twitter messages my son gets telling him that his father is a loser, etc. I never thought people could be so cruel and juvenile. I love this Company and I will do anything for it to be successful. Thank you. Buzzy Twombly President/CEO V Group, Inc.
