I can do just as well taking my 3000% daily dose of vitamin C. I don't need to grow a mushroom farm in my house. Also too much antioxidants can shorten your lifespan because your immune cells *use* oxidizing chemicals to attack foreign bacteria and cancer cells. Taking too much antioxidants, such as vitamin E, partially neutralizes your immune cells ability to use their main method of attacking foreign microbes in your body.
You can beg to differ all you want. My bachelor's was in biochemistry, I got into a PhD program and worked in a research lab for 3 years. Outside of building materials, Plarr does not have any scientific basis for his 'health supplement technology' claims.
I'm not here bashing- I'm in long and haven't sold a single share here since I bought 3 years ago, I'm adding on these dips, and am very optimistic about the future of this company.
Don't they me wrong. I'm all in on Plarr's building materials and technologies. Whip doesn't want a house that can resist your kids attempts to build a fire on the living room floor? Or insulation that makes your energy bills negligible?
I meant what I said. Plarr hawking his mushroom growing facilities, promoting oxygen levels of dinosaurs, and pretty swirling of water before you drink it does NOTHING for longevity and does not account for Plarr's health at his age, which I might argue cannot be measured by the size of his biceps in a staged pose. Anyone can look like that into their old age by maintaining a caloric deficit, deriving their diet from a variety of unprocessed foods, and regularly working out- , Of course, that they are blessed with a favorable Genetic profile.
Plarr's holistic wellness angle is NOT based on science or reality, no matter how many acyriological scientific buzzwords be uses to describe his "technologies." To be perfectly frank, even if he believes in it himself, it's still a deception.
Unfortunately the human race is measurably susceptible to snake oil sales tactics in the amount of $2.7 trillion. Fortunately for me, and you, Plarr is not LIGA's only or even *main* asset or think tank, as he is *not* well positioned to take any meaningful advantage of the market you're describing.
Agreed. I almost sold my entire position when the PRs about Plarr came out with all that garbage about health supplement technologies. Nothing in that field generates revenue without first selling the FEAR that there is something inherently wrong with your body, or your diet, or your environment that needs to be fixed. That is a HARD sell even if you are a charismatic persona.
I'm really glad I held out long enough to see the PR about the steel framing and the building contracts. As soon as I saw that I knew we were good here, and I haven't sold a single one of the shares I bought at 0.0001. At the very least I'll be having LIGA buy me a house.
In my honest and humble opinion, I believe that Plarr is the sketchiest part of this whole operation. I have no doubt that the building materials and insulation LIGAhomes advertises will hold up to their claims, but I've got a degree in pre-medical biochemistry, and I can say with confidence that Plarr's shroom-blends, hydrogen inhaler devices, and water-vortices are bullshit. None of those things will have any effect on the average person who eats a proper diet and exercises regularly. If so it will be a placebo. In any case I don't mind as long as he isn't selling anything that is actually harmful (like Dr. OZ). But really though... Every time I see a picture of Plarr in his stupid hat and furry utility vest full of essential oils and whatever else, I just cringe and want him off camera. He isn't what gives LIGA credibility; massive real estate acquisition and development of 60 acres of neighborhood, and of controlling interest in entertainment venues, the purchase of the BGTV ad company which was revenue positive (in the amount of $2 million) from day 1, contracts with restaurant chains, medical facilities, and apartment buildings in Texas, not to mention the contract with the Livestor seafood shipping containers delivering living marine animals to be sold fresh in landlocked areas where demand is higher. There is A LOT going on here, and we're just scratching the surface of the possible stock price here.
It's not just talk. Make sure you go through their twitter account and PR's so you can see all the buildings and real estate these people have been involved in.
These lies are really bold, and reek of desperation. Somebody is f***ing panicking and needs shares..
Sell limit order for $5.15 expiring Jan 2019 submitted! So what happens
to a person who borrows shares to short sell, and then the people who actually own those shares ALL lock their shares by putting in sell orders?
It WAS in a PR! It was in the last PR!
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/lig-assets-inc-eclipses-2017s-140000702.html
The last PR was very bold about this:
"LIGA is growing rapidly and consolidating our stock structure without the need to enact any form of reverse split on our common shares; a promise our Board has stated and memorialized by Resolution and will serve as a mandate that shall not be breached."
Can we get yesterdays news link stickied? It's pretty significant.

The PR says "...LIG Assets has placed a “STOP ORDER” on 160 million shares of Common Stock and exchanged 50 million “Series A” Convertible Preferred Stock has been reduced to nil – The total reduction of shares is EQUIVALENT to almost 210 million common shares."

I just found this article posted March 2, 2018
"A model home is expected to be finished this summer on the 60-acre property, located on Bluff Road not far from the exclusive Governors Club and the Stonecrest neighborhood developed by Turnberry Homes. The property is in the Davidson County portion of Brentwood.
“It is unique, not just in Nashville but the United States,” said Byrd.
The subdivision will be developed in 10-acre phases. The first homes will be priced from $599,000 to more than $1 million. Homes will be 2,800 square feet and larger. Yards will range from a half-acre to 2 acres."

I can't wait til Wal-marts in the high west desert are stocking live lobster tanks the way they do in Pennsylvania.
Karma is only a b i t c h if you are first... That's what karma IS.
Are you one of the people who jumped in at 0.014? I can see how you might be disappointed if so, but I really think it's more of a case of forgetting to buy the fear and sell the greed.
But don't worry, this is going no-where but up in the long term. This is a real company with real assets and a real plan, already producing very respectable revenues. IMO You cannot go wrong averaging down here.
Starting to move on lower volume... Good sign.
I'd panned on tick flipping this and getting out as soon as it hit 0.0002 but I cancelled my order pretty much at the least second. Guess I'll ride this for a bit.
"In addition, we will continue to move forward with intensified resolve to become fully reporting as we move rapidly toward our goal of upgrading from our current OTC market position to our ultimate goal of NASDAQ."
Am I reading correctly that NASDAQ requires a share price of $4.00?
What are the Share Structure requirements for NASDAQ?
What range are you thinking to get out?
Think there are any .0013s left?
What does the Share Structure look like here?
You know what you say about something that is "perpetually falling" but never gets closer to the ground?
We say that it has attained orbital velocity. Any additional force resisting gravity only takes it higher. And the more distant from the gravity well you get, the weaker is it's effect. :)
An object in motion stays in motion unless acted on by an opposite force. So if buying pressure is greater than the upper Bollinger band is able to resist then the Bollinger band must move until it can resist the buying pressure. I think we've still got quite a bit of gas to burn before we bounce off the ceiling.
Why does ihubs 52 week range indicate a high of 0.0305 right now?
Another nice find!
Ok, does SEEK own those shares? Or does Scott Gallahger personally own those shares? I have no knowledge/experience with how owning company owning shares of another increases shareholder value in the first.
Interesting... So how does that affect PPS at SEEK? Obviously holding a controlling interest there has to be good for us, but how does that translate into shareholder value here?
How is SEEK related to UCSO?
I just caught the tail end of a conference call the CEO (?) did today. He said they were going to reduce outstanding shares by 25% vis cancellation as well as canceling some (20 million I think?) of his own personally owned shares.
I'm not actually sure. I only caught the tail end of the conference call so I missed introductions. I assumed it was the CEO- sorry if I was wrong.
CEO just announced a cancellation of 25% of the outstanding shares, along with I think he said 20 million (?) Shares of his own personal stock that he owns.
SEEK: 880 million in volume. Does anybody have their ear to the ground on this one?
I'm loving this sideways trading. Loading up that spring for an awesome run into pennies :)
Was there some kind of financial statement coming out shortly? I thought I remember someone posting about it a couple weeks ago...
Just pot in a sell order... For $0.15 :)
These guys own the Kicksend app?
It looks like kicksend has 500,000 downloads and a 4.0/5.0 rating (from 4,554 ratings)
Not bad...
