Is it just my imagination Silver, or has buying on the bid become a lot tougher over the last few weeks? Seems like the big contributor/seller of stock at bid prices has slowed down or stopped completely. If that's the case, once this company secures a decent round of capital the stock could move up quickly. Not sure how much they need to wrap things up, but I'll guess at least 750k - 1mil to allow several weeks of uninterrupted production at the mine and processing plant. If that happens, with no huge sellers, I think you could see the stock get back to the .60 area in a hurry.....pause for awhile and move on up steadily from there depending on revenue/earnings reports. Who knows, maybe they gold just starts falling out of the sky back half of this year and they pay out a small 2014 dividend to reward the s/h base.
you're not ALONE, trust me. and loftier prices than that.....
well you sure made the ask price go up from .0551 to .075. I just wish someone would want a big position here and take all the sub dime stock out going into next week. I think you will look back on that $2300 and change in 90-days and be very pleased, possibly much sooner.
hope you are right on both.....
well, I would not rule out some of Chris' CNBC buddies mentioning his firms results pre-market in the morning. I think his conf. call Friday AM will be what draws attention to the stock, not the results being released at 3:22 pm today. just my opinion.
wow, found a little buying power forgot I had in another acct. and picked up 2000 more shares right at the close...still not sure how my fingers moved that fast! 7k for the day added to core, I'm stoked about this company.
Wish someone would take out that 5000 at .58 so we could see what's behind them for sale.
I got 5k more just a few min. ago to add to core position I've held for awhile. wish I had more powder to buy the 20k you're talking about, but that trade just tapped me out for now. Hope the earnings blow folks away!
BT, you have L2 up...mine is down....just wondering if you see any stock for sale under .58? If not, I might just go on and take the 5k showing at .58
thanks
I am a little surprised the stock is down so far today. We need this current .06 spread on the bid/ask (.52 x .58) to narrow significantly to attract deep pocketed buyers.
I'm not trying to over-think this, just love financial strategy discussions....is Thursday after the close a typical day to release earnings, and discuss, if they are good? My hunch is yes....stock starts up Friday AM, if numbers are good, press spreads over the weekend and the wave picks up strength by Monday and stock rides it all week! Anyone see it about this way or differently? I've just learned over the years companies with not so good news prefer later in the week to release, but financials may not have a lot of leeway as far as picking dates, not sure.
Capten, can you explain what you mean by this:
MM play shake out
I know the MM is market maker and the shake out must have to do with recent stock activity, but I still don't know what you mean. Thanks for a little more explanation.
I was hoping Bull Trader meant 1.50-2.00 pre RS, then we RS say 1 for 2 and then up list to AMEX or NYSE.
Man do I hope you are right. Been sort of boring to watch the last several weeks. They need it that high before the up-list transaction. What is your reasoning for a ride from .51 to the 1.50-2.00 range? best regards
yea, from taco bell because that's all I can afford! nasty....
maybe filet tacos soon
it does kinda seem like it's a now or never moment for this company.
I hear you, not sure how long you have owned this equity or followed it but keep in mind any significant piece of news, and the company is certainly due for some, could get you from the current price back to your cost average plus in days, not weeks. A little buying with a a few less sellers and you could see this stock at .40+ in a hurry. Just something to consider.....makes .07 X .0799 look mighty tempting. Have a good w/e.
when you woke up from your dream, was that you that buying the stock today?
I don't really know why I thought this, I guess just a basic assumption, but I was thinking this company had a product. They don't! Company is a shell looking for something to be placed within it. Don't know how clean of a shell, but one would think with all the legal weed momentum there would be a good fit somewhere, particularly with the word Pharmaceuticals already in the name. Someone know anything more about any of this, please enlighten me. regards
like you, shark attack, I have a couple million shares from several years ago that I think I paid .0003 for.....I have not thought about this in awhile until I logged in to an online acct. I don't use that often and saw the holding. Figured I would hit Ihub to see what's up. Big ole stop sign up over on otcmarkets.com, but that is not shocking at all....just means not up to date on filings I believe. If anyone can shed some light here to educate me on what I actually own I would be most appreciative. Assuming, it has potential to appreciate, and the few comments I read sounds like it does, how hard is it to buy guy's if I wanted to say double my position? thanks again.....
as much debate as there has been over this RS, and as much as I hate to post it, TFNebula hit the nail on the head on the subject. Regardless of how strong Breitling appears to be, and I am not doubting they are (I own a decent size position), reverse splits have a negative stigma attached to them despite the intentions behind the action. I have absolutely no stats to back this up and I'm sure not going to waste time looking it up....but my hunch is that well over 50% of reverse splits on small exchanges ended badly for shareholders. I know I have been a part of a few and all ended poorly. I fully believe Breitling will be the exception. No need to respond blasting me here because I clearly understand what an up-list is and that is in all likelihood the intention of Breitling with this RS. However, I feel the unknowns surrounding the RS are clearly a factor in what seems like a current mid .50's lid on our PPS. As mentioned on here in the past, it's going to take some serious filings announcing news of recent accumulation by insiders and/or a large, very well known fund putting out a strong buy, etc. to get us headed north until the RS stigma is behind us, one way or the other. Stock gets on up to $2-$3 range pre-RS, the stigma is far less of a problem because the pro's can easily figure out the math at those levels, 1 for 2, possibly less. Just my opinion, been wrong many times before and I will be wrong again. Have a good w/e and a upcoming week fellow Ihub'ers!
Silver, not exactly sure what an Ibox is, but doubt you would be wasting time putting it together if it was not helpful. Looking forward to seeing it.
McLawhon,
Assuming the company keeps a similar schedule for the annual meeting as last year, it will probably be on Tuesday July 29th. So, that's 128 days to get capital in the door, a key check written, operating acct. funded, high volumes of ore being processed and gold coming out the other end. Doesn't seem like a lot of time, but my gut tells me they pull it off. I hope to be able to attend this annual meeting and suggest other shareholders do the same. Maybe management and the board will firm up and set the July/August meeting date earlier this year so those that need to travel can set their schedules now, as well as book less expensive airfares, hotels, etc.
how much you got JohnnyO? Probably outta hold it through the summer just in case they go in to production and this seller gets tired and goes home. Stock just might bounce back if those two things happen.

you must have had me mixed up with some other blow bag on here!
I may follow you....
would you like to super size your order sir?
Chas, according to Dunphy, this new change effective 3/14 will not help URHG or any other stock under $1. Maybe he's wrong! But like Charles Barkley, I bet he doubts it.....
from Dunphy777
It doesn't apply to naked shorts, if there are any and it only applies to stocks trading over $1.00.
no truer words ever spoken!
I sort of follow what you are talking about, but have not heard anything about this to date. Would like some more detail from you when you have time. Lastly, are you certain any such SBP policy change would include the virtually anything goes in the wild, wild west pink sheets?
last day of 2nd qtr. is RS deadline. a lot can happen in 3.5 months.
the Board of Directors to determine, in its discretion, the timing and the ratio of the Reverse Split at any time prior to June 30, 2014.
agreed, looks like the bottom was .51 and we are trying to turn higher today on better volume.
pretty sizable bid back in there at .51 today!
I have time to get in shape before any streaking down the strip takes place! Forgot what I said would never happen and if it did, I'd run naked....hope it was not that the stock would trade under a nickel! If whoever the big aggressive seller(s) is would slow that crap down, company gets a decent round of capital, it's really not that much of a stretch to see the company, and stock, start clicking upward in the spring and summer. The difference going into the warm months this year is pretty clear to me.....ALL the permitting is done and all that is left before full production is payment of the reclamation bond, which would be handled in a final round of capital funding. Just my two cents worth in this current situation, which is certainly not pretty in the equity market. Lots of unexplainable selling going on, but what I was always taught growing up, was that if you know a company has loads of yet untapped potential, from future property or product profits, and the masses seem to be selling, might be a good idea to be buying.
I tend to agree with this assessment.
I only had 3 quarters and a nickel in my pocket today.
good point McLawhon, or gloomy gus' twin sister, Debbie downer! I will take any bet these guys want they mine this calendar year.
Good to see us back in the green!
Call the company and speak with their representative and maybe they will relay your concerns to upper management.
