I agree, for the most part, but that doesn't necessarily mean all in that group you mentioned will end up happy with the results!
agreed, company is still in it's infancy of gold production....show us results after being in production for a 12-18 month consecutive period, and if they are off the charts good and the stock performs, that's when an increase in compensation should be considered. Certainly not NOW, that's lunacy! Anyone currently in management better just hope to hang on to their job!
Bull, always enjoy reading your posts. I refuse to hit the bid, but I have a bit of a problem. For the sake of time, I need to let go of a third of my position and I pretty much need to do it today and that's 15k shares. A little unexpected cost I have to cover for my business by early next week (AC units went out on a small bldg. I own) and the guy doing the work does not take cards. Do you know anyone who might want to buy some stock between the two prices today, or at the ask of around .59 if I'm lucky in an AON matching sell and buy transaction today? No big deal either way, just figured I would throw this out there just to see if any interest. Hate letting any of this go, but don't have much of a choice. just glad it's only a third of my position. thank you
thanks for the valuable and prompt input king V
I had a fairly long standing GTC sell order for half my position, 15,000 shares, at .65. I think, after reading you guy's post, I might need to cancel that puppy. Any thoughts on when we see the .80+ days again? thanks gentlemen
interesting, you received notice from whom?
very promising news. If they find substantially more gold in the first month of production than expected, and advertise it...that should get the attention of some bigger investors, which should lead to higher trading volume and price appreciation. If we could get traders currently holding stock at these ridiculously cheap prices (.03-.10) to hold, instead of trading out of their positions, we might get one helluva run up in this stock.
And the comment below, from the previous post, is simply what I HOPE and WISH they would do. I have a feeling we won't know about the early results of gold production until the 3rd quarter is over in 32-days. I can wait that long, for GOOD results. Still think they should talk about real gold captured before then though. The stock definitely has someone in it that does not want to see it appreciate, but if that obstacle is out of the way and we get good news with a little new interest in the market, we could see fast and furious appreciation.
if your are talking about very near term, and I assume you are:
1. Initial gold gold results from the first week to 10-days of production.
2. PR Business Wire
Apparently just the announcement of the start of mining is not enough. I am trying to figure out what sort of message or company action would attract new buyers, and where that message would have to be so they would learn about it.

I wish Whoa Nellie's question was a prop bet in Vegas....I'd mortgage what's left of the farm and take the under 6000! Might take the under at 6!
I'll take door #2
Hope you held some, just a hunch but I think we blow right through .10 and head much higher with any kind of news. stock was way, way oversold and seems to have a pro and amateur following that has waited patiently for production and ultimately earnings. I think we see .15 - .25 range by middle of the month, much higher by end of the year.
If they got a capital partner already, my guess is management would run/sprint, not walk to the PR wire machine. So, I don't think anything is done yet...I think the buying and lack of selling is purely a play on an equity that is severely undervalued. The company has very nice assets and is trading at least a dime under book value. A fully permitted mine in a known gold producing area in Nevada, with all the equipment already on site, is worth something...add in a processing plant near Reno, also fully permitted and equipped...you have a company that should have a much bigger market cap than a paltry $5 million. If they secure enough capital in this next, and probably last, round both divisions will be up and running full blast. After that, I think we see earnings reports, a filing to get off the pink sheets and a much higher stock price will soon follow.
Silver...what are you thinking for the coming week? Last weeks trading was interesting, not sure there could ever be a clear trading signal from a pink sheet stock, but is it my imagination or has the bid selling slowed and the ask buying picked up, particularly the back half of this past week? If yes, what do you think the market message is....that the capital needed to get this operation in full motion is close? At .0425, that is awfully cheap for a company with a fully permitted gold mine and a processing plant to handle their own ore as well as other mines. If they secure the capital needed, where do we go from here, .10, .12, .16 or higher?????
hopefully, it's some of the poor honest folks who were conned into buying this pump and dump, by criminals who should be in prison, getting what little money they can out before it tanks sub nickel, or lower.
sounds like he has some side action with a buddy on the over/under a $1 this week. Hope he has the over and he wins. haha
Yes! I am not among the weak and I didn't even go to the Y today to swim. Still own my small 15k core position, wish I had some spare powder to buy more as a trade, but the well is running dry right now.
seller at .95 decided to hold!
50,533 @ .95 going once, going twice....
Nasdaq min. price for listing, and I am going totally on memory, is I think $4 for X number of consecutive trading days. X could be as few as 5. again, going on memory from a few years ago, things could have changed and I could be way off.
someone better check on bull trader, make sure he's okay....stunned we have not heard from his this afternoon.
agreed, stock is definitely under accumulation, has the feel of better days ahead. Maybe a PR this week. Anyone looking to acquire more stock, this is certainly where you do it....under a nickel. good trade and longer haul opportunity.
maybe just a week off, who knows. Hang in there like we all have.
sure is what that was, hope it has not come to that!
It sure does seem ready to blow, and stay, past .65! And if it does, I hope we go straight on to .80+ very near term. I think we will.
NO WAY! Would be pointless to do that because they need more capital than just bond funds. They need operating capital for payroll as well as other expenses. No way their board would approve selling shares on the open market....probably ever, but certainly not south of .05
in my opinion, someone with a lot of stock threw in the towel today because they are out of patience, needed some cash or simply selling out of spite. Either way, it will not change the ultimate outcome for this company.
APDN, do you know what date he speaks at this event?
you are normally spot on, so where do we trade this afternoon and close in your opinion? Hope we see the vol. get back up over 30k + today.
all for you Bull Trader! enjoy your day....

somebody definitely came "hungry like the wolf" mid-day and said give me all your .60's or better. Duran Duran got a measly 34,000 shares and was then told to go fish.
Yea, I had to leave my office, but hit the record button before hand and watched it tonight....more interesting than the interview was the parting comments of the host, who said...."good luck with the new book about to come out soon." I thought he was talking to Chris. Anyone know what book he is talking about? Mighty busy man that can be the CEO of an oil and gas company and squeeze out a soon to be published book. He must have one helluva good down line staff.
agreed, trading pattern of this equity way over my level of mkt. education, which by the way has been Harvard-esqe expensive!
sorry, the CNBC interview, keep thinking these msgs work like emails where the previous content is included.
I never saw it, what did he have to say? anyone know....
I bought a few k shares before the earnings for a trade.....did not work out so well. Need the funds back now too for another purpose, but going to have to be patient.
thanks for this, will be tuning in....
man I love your optimism, but I am starting to let old man doubt creep into my psyche. Just being a realist, the earnings report got us to touch .75 a couple of Monday's back and it's been virtually dead ever since. Volume has come to a crawl. I just don't get why there is not a lot more attention on this equity and why it is not trading at much higher levels! Is it the RS overhang still keeping the big boys away? only thing I can come up with. signed, frustrated becc loyalist
