And there he is...
I told you he would show up
$500,000 more in sales for the core business.
$200 "+" million dollar contract about to be completed.
Company is planning to work on uplisting over the summer.
Other large contracts in the works.
AMMX!!!!!
Hi all,
Born, good to hear things are coming together for you.
Mik, excellent news! Don't worry Jeff will be around soon with a chart that shows why all this good news will cause the PPS to drop below .02. I have faith in him
I agree completely. That's why I try not to be too specific.
Plus we don't know what kind of news. There is so much happening with this company. Could be anything
ah, well. That's probably true.
Hello all,
Congrads on the wedding aeroman. Hopefully you are about to get a really good start in your new life here shortly.
I don't normally watch this stock much because I don't worry about it, but it's getting pretty exciting. Nice to see we may be getting some news soon.
I see our one and only basher is still at it. He's persistent, even if he is consistently wrong
Hi JDoggs. I was thinking something like
"Ameramex announced that the agreement with Niger's Minister of Transportation valued at $200+ million has been signed and is pending financial review and the signature of the lenders."
But I'm open to suggestions from others on this board. Or maybe we feel it's close enough that we just wait?
AMMX !!!
Hello all. Any chance we could get one of the board moderators to update the title "***AmeraMex International Replaces MOA With a $300 Million Contract for Signature by Niger's Ministry of Transportation***" when they get a chance?
Thanks! AMMX !!
Agreed. That's what I like most about this stock. You don't have to worry about watching it on a daily basis. I have taken to watching it closer here lately because I know big news is imminent and I don't want to miss the show
I do need to get back to work though. Later all
No doubts at all. Should be close now. AMMX
Well, it wasn't AMMX, but news should be coming soon. Can't wait to get the updates
I think I am one of the few left on this board who hasn't put you on ignore yet. I will make you a deal. You start replying to the others that have asked you questions on this board and I will answer your question.
They actually used Stock Mister once before in July of 2013. I know the odds are slim that it is AMMX, but the possibility is there
As far as needing it, I agree completely that the company is way under valued. I was absolutely amazed to find a company like this down in the pinks. Up listing will bring more legitimacy and hopefully more eyes. But there is nothing wrong with a little advertising. It doesn't always work, but I have seen many stocks with little to nothing going for them jump in price simply due to them being pumped by these alerts. People will come to play and then hopefully some will stick around a while longer when they find out more about this great company and all the potential it has. AMMX !!!!
Stock Mister sent out an alert earlier today about a stock that's "Under .05 and has a thin level two"
They are going to release it tomorrow at opening bell.
I know it could be anything, but maybe AMMX ???
Hi aeroman,
Sorry, couldn't check till I got home. I see upperdivision's notes on the conference call and that most of this was addressed by Mr Hamre. I had thought this had been discussed before, but couldn't remember and did not want to present something as fact that I wasn't completely certain about. Thanks for the reminder. AMMX
No guarantees, but if it makes you feel any better, I have bet far more money here than I normally would on a penny stock. I won't go bankrupt if it goes south, nor would it affect me or my family's day to day life. But I would be very disappointed. I don't have the experience that some of the people here do. But I did a lot of observing of the OTC market before I jumped in. There is just no way to anticipate for certain how the market will react to any particular news. I have certainly seen other stocks spike big on less news than this though. So I'm hopeful
An addendum to my last post. Sorry, I'm on my phone and couldn't see your entire post at once. Your question about why not some name brand trucks. Why the Chinese made. I think the answer to that is two fold. First is price. The price per truck that Mr Hamre was able to get these at was quite a bit cheaper than other manufacturers. And second, I would bet that China providing the loan was contingent on them buying from a Chinese manufacturer. Let's face it, China is the only one with money right now. After all, they loaned the United States 1.2 Trillion.
All this is speculation on my part of course, so take it for what its worth
Hi Born,
I think the answer about going direct to the manufacturer is easily answered. Most manufacturers will not sell direct to the public. If we buy a car or truck, you and I have to go through a dealership. Same in mining and construction equipment. Cat, John Deere, Terex, etc...
They will not sell directly. You have to go through a dealership. I think AMMX is acting as the dealership in this case. As for the question of why AMMX, we may never know the back story. Does Mr Hamre have inside connections or did he simply out bid everyone else. Either way, he spent a huge amount of time - at least a year - securing this contract. The important thing is that he succeeded. As always, just my opinion
I think his absurd posts are entertaining. But your right, someone new who has not done their research yet could come to this board and possibly take him seriously. AMMX
Agreed. It has been my opinion all along that this company is under valued without the large contracts. Add that we have this pending $200 Mil "+" contract just about wrapped up and other smaller contracts (small only by comparison to the $200 Mil +) in the works. It just needs more eyes on it and it will take off. - AMMX
IMHO
Fair enough. I guess technically that could be anything above $200 million. I'm ok with any number above that - AMMX
They have been working on this deal for a year now. Some of us have been holding the stock that long. It is highly unlikely that this deal will not go through at this point. Not to mention all the other great things in the works. I may not post every day, but I'm very excited to see all of this coming together. I would say that if the best thing our one and only detractor can come up with is that the $200 mil + contract was "not as much as expected", we are in good shape here - AMMX
IMHO
I agree completely
AMMX
The company tried to advertise almost a year ago that they were working on this contract. I think that ended up hurting them more than helping. It overshadowed everything else the company was doing and a lot of people got tired of waiting on the big contract. I think they will wait until they have a signed contract this time and then advertise it big. At that point we should see a nice spike, which should hopefully settle in to a nice higher base on the PPS for those of us that choose to stay longer. JMHO - AMMX
Looks great. Thanks for the updates! AMMX
Yes! Time to move up....AMMX !!!
Sounds like we do have some things in common. I have already spoken with an accountant. She told me it's better if I can hold it for a year and a day, which has been mentioned on this board before. I live in the socialist state of Illinois, so she did tell me if I sold and made anything above $10,000, I would need to be sure to file taxes for that quarter or I would get hit with all kinds of fines and interest at the state level. Didn't bother asking about the federal level at that point. As far as the value of the dollar, that's what got me started playing penny stocks. At the rate the Fed's are devaluing the dollar, while the interest rates for savings is almost nothing, I figured I was better off gambling what little money I did have here.
Hi Born. I have limited means myself. I would never invest money I couldn't afford to lose and there isn't a lot of that. Since last July, I have managed to accumulate a little over a half a million shares. Not a huge position by comparison of some, but will make a big difference to me and my family if it hits big.
I'm here for the long haul regardless of what it does. The only thing I might do is sell off part of my holdings if we get a really nice spike.
I have held the stock since last July. Haven't sold any. I keep buying when I can. I plan on buying more when funds clear on Monday.
I agree. I think the news of these potential large contacts has overshadowed the fact of what a great company this is on it's own merits without them. IMHO. AMMX
Someone with a better memory, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they mentioned on average they made 10% on new equipment sales. But they said the trucks from China were half the cost of their normal supplier. I don't know if that translates to higher margins or not.
Someone got a nice deal. I wonder who managed to grab all those .014s
Have been passing the time. AMMX finally getting some of the attention it deserves.
I had to look that one up. Thanks aeroman.
As part of my job, I deal with Mexico, France, India, and Brazil on a regular basis, yet I only speak English. It's interesting in how many countries English is spoken as a second language.
As far as the instructions, I would imagine in this global economy, the manufacturer of the trucks can provide manuals in several languages.
Hi 07up,
I don't have any direct knowledge of how the company works, so everything I say here is speculation. I don't think they would lease equipment over seas as the expense of shipping large equipment would be too costly to send it and bring it back. As to maintenance, I'm hopeful they negotiate a maintenance agreement as this would be guaranteed revenue over the life of the contract. If they do have such an agreement, they would most likely sub contract out to a local company that is capable of providing the labor while supplying them with parts.
Just a guess on my part though
Probably true, but my point being that I have watched companies trade higher than this just on the speculation of what kind of a profit they will make when they do eventually make one. I just find it interesting that I managed to stumble across a real company, with real profits in penny land and it's trading at this level.
I second what everyone here is saying as far as I believe this is a good company with competent people at the helm. I also believe they have chosen to take stocks as payment because they believe in the companies future. One of the things that drives me crazy about this is that if any other penny stock company had announced "Revenue Increased 79 Percent and Net Income Increased 362 Percent over last year", their pps would have shot up. Actually, in most cases, just the announcement they were making a profit at all. But everyone is so focused on this one deal, it's overshadowing anything else going on. As always, just my opinion though
I believe it has to be held longer than a year to be considered long term.
Well.....I don't know about all of you. But I would much rather be on this board debating how much profit AmeraMex will be making this year than being on a board some where else debating whether some other penny stock company will ever turn a profit.
