So, you want them to trade the entire float in a single day? That would be impressive, I guess.
Those filings were from when the stock was controlled by Union Equity prior to the shell buyout by Kona Gold, which didn’t occur until 2015.

Exactly correct, Luho. This was one lesson I had to learn the hard way early on. Eyes are momentum. Regardless of why they are there.
As a distributor for KG products, I can assure you that at least in my territory, the CBD legislation will be massive for KG. Even with the Highdrate line currently being unauthorized, it is still keeping pace with the Hemp Energy drink sales, and earlier in the summer before NY changed their stance, Highdrate was accounting for over 2/3 of sales. The Hemp Energy drinks are great, but the masses want the CBD.
Thank you for sharing this. Great find.
There was one posted to the shareholder group FB page about 2 weeks ago.
I was building my starter position down there this morning. That Bid came in just a bit too early!
Larger bottle sizes also means fewer cases per pallet. We can’t directly compare Storm to Highdrate for pricing per pallet.
As an approximate cost, yes.
My apologies Sleek, that is Friday night boozy math. Approximately $2,000 per pallet, which will double my estimates to $300,000.
Thank you for catching that!
I do agree that it will be a large boost in sales, but I think $500,00 is extreme.
Going high, the average distributor will start with 2 pallets. Figuring high again, let’s say 75 Distributors.
That will be ballpark $150,000.
Still an incredible bump of additional revenue over just a few week period.
I think this product will allow for many more customers to be reached. I have been hearing customers asking for a non caffeinated product for a long time now.
The Elev8 Tea helped, but Storm will be a huge winner.
STORM is officially available for purchase to distributors!
Should be hitting the store shelves next!
This will add a ton of revenue before the end of the Quarter.
No problem, we all miss stuff from time to time!
Taken from the 7/25 PR. “We will be announcing several exciting chains the Company’s products will be in very soon.”
News out
I am thinking you will be correct, and I can’t wait to try it out! The can design looks absolutely fantastic.

Kona Gold Solutions, Inc. Announces Partnership with the American Breast Cancer Foundation
The Company will be producing all new Pink Grapefruit flavor
Melbourne, FL -- August 13, 2019 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Kona Gold Solutions, Inc. (OTC Pink: KGKG), a hemp and CBD lifestyle brand focused on product development in the functional beverage sector, is pleased to announce its partnership with the American Breast Cancer Foundation. Kona Gold will be producing an all new hemp energy drink flavor, Pink Grapefruit, which will be available in a specially designed “Kona Pink” can for the partnership. The Company will be launching the new flavor in late September and a portion of proceeds from each Pink Grapefruit case sold will go to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.
The American Breast Cancer Foundation (ABCF) is a national 501 (c)3 charity dedicated to providing educational resources, access and financial assistance to aid in the early detection, treatment, and survival of breast cancer for underserved and uninsured individuals, regardless of age or gender. This mission is achieved, in part, by the Breast Cancer Assistance Program (BCAP), the Community Partnership Program, and the Community Advocacy Program. These programs link patients with facilities and assistance in their own areas. It is the goal of each of these programs to reduce disparities in access to diagnosis and the treatment of breast cancer, particularly among underserved communities. These interventions are aimed at reducing disparities and improve the survival rates of clients served.
“Kona Gold has now partnered with ABCF to create “Kona PINK” in an effort to raise awareness about breast cancer and to connect with its employees, communities and consumers by embracing a charitable cause,” stated Robert Clark, CEO of Kona Gold Solutions, Inc. “Our team has created a phenomenal Pink Grapefruit flavored hemp energy drink that will be available in a beautiful can that was designed in a collaborative effort between Kona Gold and ABCF.”
“We are thrilled to be joining the battle against breast cancer with the addition of our new Limited-Edition Pink Grapefruit flavor,” stated Chris Selinger, V.P. of Sales of Kona Gold Solutions, Inc. “By partnering with the ABCF, we have been granted the opportunity to help increase awareness and assist financially through this special partnership.”

Elev8 and Kona Gold both use third party testing services that produce the Certificates of Analysis for their products. This analysis sheet is what the FDA would most likely be using. They are very detailed and lay out the percentages of everything found in the products tested.
Actually, KG has stated to several people, myself included, their displeasure with ALKM as a bottler and are actively looking for new suppliers.
Why do you think there has been such a long delay for Storm and the new Highdrate release? Only us distributors are getting the new flavors for now, and we were expecting them over a month ago.
As for who produces the KG line, the information is out there, but the company hasn’t wanted to verify, so I won’t be the one to do it.
I was replying to a question about who produces for KGKG, which is why it was posted to the KGKG page. I could care less who else ALKM bottles for.... so what was your point?
ALKM currently bottles the Highdrate line of CBD energy waters, but a bottler our of NJ handles all of the Kona Gold Hemp drinks.
You are correct about the potential of CBD coffee and teas, but saying KGKG “invested heavily” is a bit misleading. Kona Gold wholly owned Elev8 before selling them off and retaining a large portion of preferred shares. The dividend payout was a beauty though!
Understandable. FB has its benefits but like all forums it can be a challenge to get through the noise. Anyway, hope the info helped!
Are you following them on FB? From the info shared on their page and the shareholders group, Gold Leaf is killing it! Tons of locations and more being added all the time.
The delays were not on Kona Golds end, but on the supplier. We all know who that is. Kona has not been holding back, just being held back.
Great PR. KG firing on all cylinders
Sorry, Bloodguard, I do not have PM. But the answer is yes, I am. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me your contact info and I will be happy to share what I have learned, and help you in any way I can.
Thanks for the info Luho. Just curious, was this one of the known signed distributors or an additional one?
I know for a fact some of the KGKG distributors have attempted to contact VATE, left several messages over the past few weeks with absolutely no response.
Some of the others who have been successful in getting a hold of the company are saying the cost per pallet is drastically higher to carry the tea vs the Highdrate line.
I am rooting for VATE, but some serious changes need to happen there soon or many of these distributors will continue to look at the competition.
VATE was a wholly owned subsidiary of Kona Gold before being sold off. KGKG still owns a large portion of VATE stock from the split (as do all of the shareholder that got the VATE dividend and haven’t sold). I don’t see them trying to re merge the companies again.
I believe this was one of the reasons for them forming Gold Leaf Distribution. Take matters into their own hands
There is a Sugar Free which is based off of the original flavor. Cotton Candy and Cherry Vanilla are also both sugar free.
Vertical integration can only be a positive, so I couldn’t agree more.
Not only will the margins continue to improve through efficiencies, but they will now be able to remove one layer of middlemen is certain areas.
Add on top of that quicker rollout into new areas and increased volumes.
Robert Clark and Chris Selinger clearly know this game and they know it well.
Jagman, I think you are spot on! I was only trying to help by getting to more accurate numbers. I think Kona Gold already has healthy margins and I agree, the margins will only get better as they continue to grow and improve efficiencies!
Sorry for the confusion, someone else is using the same photo and talking about KGKG on there a lot!
Making educated guesses using the info available is the best we can ever do! Like I said, meant nothing negative by the comment, just trying to help a bit. I don’t have personal messaging here, but are you Granola on Twitter?
Your point is spot on, and I am in no way trying to be negative, but the distributor pricing is much less than what retail pays. I will not detail what the price is, but it does skew your numbers rather significantly.
More distribution! This time in Atlanta!
