Great performance. Anyone else's Stock Twits graphing and pricing acting up?
More than doubled my position this morning! All eyes on Thursday. And this year. And the future. I'm a holder!
The EV charging company purchase, off the table?
I apologize, I misinterpreted some comments about "the upgrade" thinking this was a desire to go on the 'DAQ. And yes I fully agree with the expedited removal of "PINK" in any way possible!
Well you and I agree maybe, but many of the comments here seem to want uplisting tomorrow! Be careful what you ask for! LOL
Why the rush to uplist to the 'DAQ? In order to do that it will have to have a SP of over a dollar and the likelihood of staying over a dollar. When SLTD (the early name for now SUNW) upgraded, they had to do a 27 for one reverse split. So if you are pleased with your high share count, say good bye to that. What they do need to do is get rid of this damn "pink" used every time the stock name is mentioned. Thats like a kiss of death. You can forget any institutional consideration, never mind purchase, with that nasty little word being flagged along with all this publicity.
There was a dip to .20 today? What time?
Yes, it probably would, but first they have to get rid of that nasty pink color. SP growth helps with that.
Thanks to whomever did the research on the after hours logging of large or unusual trades. I knew there wasn't after hours trading but didn't know the more finite details. That would also imply, I believe, that the closing price would still be .60, as of the last trade, even though the additional trade was .63. It will be a moot point in few hours anyway. Good luck to all this week.
Thank you, that's what I thought. I'm from old SLTD crowd, became SUNW. I see SIRC could be a similar growth. However, it took us a long time to get to today. Just keep holding! At some point there will be dilution, and short attacks, and swindlers enroute to getting institutions to look at it. That will need $5+. Just hold, that was my long term strategy, its easy, sometimes you have to not look!
So is there AH trading on this OTC? Not on ST's.
Anyone on the board here met the CEO or boss? Thoughts? Any southern Californians been to the office? Thoughts.
British VI, interesting. Passport is ready
I'm in, and I'm in for a round Johnnie Walker Blue at the Bar! What state?
Well there's a voice from the past! You could always be relied on for a fairly to the point summation. Not always what we wanted to hear, but nevertheless a lot of insight. How do you interpret the spikes recently, and today?
Did you all notice? A new CEO taking over. Great experience. This is a company planning on marching forward and growing exponentially. Great choice.
Well I support your enthusiasm. Its those 'black swans' that always seem to scupper the ship. I note that PECK, are 'almost' partner, is on a roll from last week. One does wonder if there are things going on that we are not privy too. I hope there are. I'm bullish for this one again, finally!
50% yesterday in an upstorm, down a tad today. I wish it had stayed above the $8 mark, but hey, this stock has growth in the future.
because of the value of the stock recently. Makes sense to me.
Anyone notice new 8K up above?
Well, yes. I was being coy! English humor. Nice to see you again. Good days are still a rarity.
That share reduction dramatically affects the dynamics. And its a huge reduction too.
You new to this board?
More interesting research from the 'Sandman'. But what is it a quote from?
Ahhh, another Dead Head that went for solar! LOL
Hi Carl, Raz still here. Lets not forget that $7 spike was fleeting. Immediately after (like hours) the upgrade to Nasdaq and many of us couldn't even trade as our brokers hadn't even updated the exchanges on the accounts. The $3 to $5 range was a lot more real though. Sigh!
Law Firm! Aren't they supposed to defending bank robbers or innocent drug dealers and the like? I don't doubt that there may be unethical lawyers who specialize in getting a stock price up for a fee (though whenever I need an unethical lawyer I can never find one), but, actually why would you need lawyers to do this? Surely some of these millennial malcontents could be doing this cheaper than a three name legal group?
Is it me or are you becoming a bit fanatical, Dealey Plaza grassy knoll stuff?
Patience young skywalker, let the force build.
I have to say that I think there was news. The news was that there was no bad news, and also that the slight rise might be a possible turnaround, that kinda became news. I hope that there are some buyers out there who capitalized on the bottom, calling it correctly. They have done well for sure.
No, don't send it please. I don't dispute it anyway. But all this about the 'trading gurus' & 'fake experts' and their possible incentives, this is not about SUNW (even if this spike was due to it). This is about trading and the market and human avarice + ignorance. You are somehow dumping the onus on SUNW, because they are being discussed behind these 'pay walls', as if they are responsible for that. These are surely fringe market rackets. SUNW is not a part of that. SUNW installs solar panels on roofs.
You have been very accurate before, and if you know that Boden is corrupt and acting contrary to rules and regs, you should turn him in to SEC. Its very easy to do. But Boden timing his sales in a way advantageous to him is not a crime. Creating the spike? That would be different.
Anyway, I appreciate your input. Your research always impresses. I just sense an eagerness to overuse your perspective.
So some millennials are now convincing each other in this chat area that SUNW is a stock to buy, and, acting on their words are buying, and trading, the stock. This pushes the price up. And the owners of some of that debt may take advantage of the price rise by selling into it.
Somehow you make this seem all bad.
Probably people who read the article from Zaks rating SUNW as a super buy!! New money that hasn't been tainted by the cesspool of negativism that formerly ruled on this website.
What? 'Scuse me? Yawns. Stretches. Lies down again.
Agreed. A regional, though grasping at expansion, solar panel installation company does not really need to be on the 'DAQ. But for now it is. And if they were delisted, they would still continue to operate and install jobs, and trade stock on whatever platform that was, as they did before upgrading to NASDAQ. So on the surface its not really necessary to stay, and not the end of he world if they were delisted. However with all the hostility and bashing around the stock, I fear it would take a pounding on and around the event.
Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Pink? That means a company is traded as a bankrupted company. Forget pink.
Well sure, but if we have been around for a while with this company, we're use to that now. But you seem to have lost some of your factual base, and what remains is your animosity. Do you have a jaded vision now or are you able to see a new company beginning to form out of all this? (I did say beginning to form, so don't just harp on old stuff)
Typical false pot shot designed to create anxiety. Even in the chaos of trading there are rules, and splits, reverse or otherwise have built in periods of notification. One week doesn't cut it. Total crap from an unreliable poster.
Still Kicking.
Still here too. Pleased on a day like today. Still moderating. Peruse the comments (almost) every day.
Sandy, Please note my just immediate previous post. They (Nelson) did admit the status previously. There was much discussion about it at the time on this board and others, but some folks/investors just don't want to let go.
Fraud? Sham? Did Nelson and that academic scientist developer guy working out of that lab in UC @ Sacramento go into this knowing that it would never happen? And maybe they could scam it for a while and stay employed for a few years? I suspect you say so, but who knows what goes in the minds of men. (The Shadow?)Maybe they thought they could do better than Panasonic, and gave it the good college try. Literally! To me the point is becoming ancient and irrelevant.
But SUNW today is hardly recognizable from the SLTD of the merely hopeful cell development days. It is a viable, growing, tangible company, focused in areas where its services are wanted. It employs many people, and has an actual backlog of orders for millions. There is growth potential and trucks driving around central California with their name on it. There will not be a sudden spike due to a disruptive technological breakthrough, but there could very well be good growth, expansion, and, from here, significant share price growth.
People: forget the cell!
