Is Dr. Pierce or Punit compensated in shares at all? And to what extent?
I'm not so sure. With how this stock has moved in the past. The shorts some how manage to cover some positions a few days before news. But hey got to stay positive.
They can issue another 50 million shares per the S-3. Hopefully to a partner or much higher pps
That is not very up to date.
I have read your post on Yahoo for awhile and appreciate your contributions. I especially appreciate you calling IR with a good list of questions and posting the answers for everyone. This board has changed a few mods and gone quite. Used to be awesome and I hold out hope that it will return to that again soon. Excited to have you.
I'm just ready to move on from this crappy trading period, and get closer to our true market value. This company is easily worth 300 million with the staff they have as well as the potential earnings of immunopulse. This is just crazy.
Across the board too. Things look nasty.
We got crushed.
I hope the accumulation phase is over. I would love to see us get through the mid .6s today.
I think he understands that once these first 3 drugs are approved than the rest of the pipeline is change in dosage. The risk goes down substantially and the valuation becomes much higher. Elite can use that 500k to upgrade manufacturing facilities but would still only support the first maybe the second drug. They will need a partner or buyout with additional drugs and the sweet spot for shareholders would be after approval of 1-2 ART drugs but before demand and additional trials begin. This may be a tight timeframe but IMO he has already laid the ground work for this scenario.
Why do we drop 2% everytime you post? I do prefer your positive post though.
Great first post. Welcome to the ONCS board.
If they can prove the concept of turning non responders into responders has the potential of working; I’m not sure a big pharma wouldn't just take us over. Even at a premium ONCS cost pennies compared to the amount of money put into these PD-1s. The competitive advantage it would offer would be worth billions.
Where could new data have come from? They released the phase 2a and the systematic response mouse study. The only kind of trial they would have run without a PR would be another mouse study and that probably wouldn't do to much for us other than being another step in the right direction.
I read it the same way and I really hope that is the case. If they can prove that than the value in a partnership goes way up.
It may have something to do with it, but I have seen stocks like this rise on direct offerings. In some cases the additional cash on hand can been seen as more important to future operations or partnerships than the negative effect of the dilution. Either way an 8% offering + warrants does not seem to justify a 30% drop in the PPS shortly after news that decreased our risk and further confirmed that Immunopulse is a viable cancer treatment/delivery system.
I can't listen until after work hours. Any comment on valuation?
So who on this board is calling in today? Couch, Lasers, Richme? I'm excited to hear about the progress the last few months.
I just remember that some management has shares in the .8s and some large investors have 16 million at .71. It helps make me feel like I am not crazy for holding this in the .5s, and validates that this should be over a dollar soon.
Great set of questions and thanks for sharing. Do you think your company will take a position? It also seems that everyone that comes into contact with an ONCOSEC employee walks away feeling really excited about the company. I think that speaks volumes.
I have owned 2 other microcap biotechs trading on the OTC that have seemed to have adverse reactions to good news. Both times a month or two later on no news the price of the stock shot up to a level that was more fitting for the company. I sold and missed one of these, and held long on the other. My expectation is ONCS is being manipulated and when the time comes it will move forward unexpectedly.
The call is tomorrow.
I wonder if they will add it to the list if they don't have too
Gotta love a green close on Friday!
Someone slap that ask so we close green. It makes it easier to justify buying $50 burbon.
The FDA topic is such a big deal. I cannot blame investors for being upset that he had info on those meetings. If the FDA meeting was really just to ask questions than it changes the scope of our investment strategy, and all investors should be privy to that information. I'm sure anything said by Punit has to be taken lightly because it should be confidential, but that statement was going to cause a reaction.

Nothing new and may have been posted before but a good read.
I bought 5k at .6 a few days ago and it filled for the full amount and fairly quick.
A year is a long time with no new info. Im sure they are working on something. I wonder if ONCS has any motivation to keep that part of the business quite.
This conference looks to be an ASCO follow up. I wouldn't think we would get any new info from MRK or ONCS. Have you seen or heard anything about the European part of ONCS and where they may be in trails?
Nope just reading the program. I haven't heard an update on ONCS in Europe in a long time. I was hoping we might hear something from them.
For an entire 8 min. They jam packed this conference.
Any chance of new info from the confrence today? It does not look like it has anything to do with OncoSec directly.
I also think about Punit's comment about being excited to share what the S-3 was used for. I don't think an additional self funded 2a trial would qualify.
The FDA does not care about their position with a partner. Just that the science works.
If he really met with him I would have seen a tweet about it. It didn't happen.
More trials before the phase 2b is run? With it being a delivery system and not a drug I couldn't see that being necessary. They have proved safety.
Funny they start this right before the earnings and CC. Easy way to make your numbers look better.
I know little to nothing about T/A. Can anyone explain if the accumulation line is a accurate indicator of purchased shares? Also how it has looked since the drop compared to before the drop? I would think if there was a lot of accumulation after the price drop than that should reflect the change.
