Which ones
Podras or rexista?
Did he say anything else?
What are your thoughts on why they didn’t mention anything about the trials?
Thoughts on an impending sale? Can’t see these buyers sitting idly by.
Impact
When was the last time you talked to patient? Did he say anything about the trials podras or the other one?
Spinoff
The spinoff in the recent filing reminded me of something that was discussed years back
Spinning off the generics from the nda. Generics is a low multiple annuity that will require little expenses going forward.
Nda work is higher multiple potential with higher expenses.
Wonder if this is what is being considered.
Fisherman
I think that sums up all matters pretty well.
Odidi doesn’t get or care that he has legal duties and obligations to the shareholders.
The interesting question is what about the other staff - cfo and counsel - that should be advising him of these obligations.
Has anyone talked to patient lately?
Mike
It is one of the main reasons we are at the price we are.
Management has done nothing to adapt absolutely nothing.
There are a lot of things they could have and should have done
Unfortunately the only picture that is painted to the market is that the company is an annuity for Odidi and his cronies.
Our only hope is that the new investors are turning up the heat.
Hope to see one of those boys letters pretty soon.
Watching that just pisses me off. As officers and directors both Odidis owe a duty of loyalty to the company.
Seems to me we need another lawsuit to determine what is going on behind closed doors.
Because that requires work. To busy playing around in the lab.
They should be all over seeking grant money.
Hopefully we now have some accountability.
I don’t know. I think if it works and is proven safe it will be absolutely huge.
Won’t wipeout overdose but will mitigate it.
Anything that can save lives will be absolutely huge. Question is at what cost.
I’m not either
Just thinking through issues bc we have such lack of info.
Like the blue dye. I asked penna if they needed studies and he kind of scoffed at me and said it was gras.
I said are you sure. Seems if you are introducing a new substance over a potentially long term you may need to have some studies on its effects.
He said I don’t know it should be gras. I thought well your the expert what do I know. Just raising issues.
What is frustrating is that this board seems to be better at thinking through potential issues than the company.
Only thing keeping me here is at .60 the risk reward is pretty good.
What happens if they use it in Tylenol and some people take it say everyday and the ingredients work as protonix does
I think the issue is prolonged use. Look at the recent studies of protonix.
What weesy said probably has some truth - each persons acidity is different and don’t know how the coating will work or if effective but seems to me it doesn’t need to work on all because it is defensive in nature
Even if it works only a percentage of time still better than the alternative
Real issue will be what are the negative health implications/safety issues of podras.
I know with protonix there are some recent studies showing long term use could increase likelihood of Alzheimer’s.
Question seems to be are the ingredients activated only if the underlying drug is abused.
I remember penna saying that. Initial trials not too expensive but if positive subsequent trials long and expensive.
I also wonder if they haven’t done some informal testing on each other the researchers
Escalation of low doses and the effect on blood levels
Maybe watching too many movies.
Safety I believe will be a big deal like how does changing the acidity level over a period of time impact health maybe like long term use of very strong antacids
Pretty sure they will need to go back and so safety trials. I remember penna saying trials were going to be extensive and expensive.
Looks like they are just trying to show it has a likelihood of working and hope to secure a partner for further trials.
It’s why the sec rules are in place.
It all gets to lack of trust.
I used to trust him because he was so frugal and the shorts were so ruthless. The obvious deception of the shorts for me created illusory trust in odidi.
Just don’t know why they can’t be more forthright. Absolutely nothing to lose at this point.
Gets to what you have been saying he views this as his private company.
Hmm
A lot of positivity from you foca.
Not quite sure why.
Tilator
Assuming they announce commencement of rexista trials and successful podras initial trials in humans but with no approvals or partnerships on anything how much of a jump do think we could get just off that?
That is all I see happening in the short term
As an aside I just can’t believe no more ANDA approvals. It is almost a give they received unfavorable responses from the fda and did not disclose them.
I for one would not have held unless I thought ANDA approvals were imminent. They continued to misinform investors.
Wmike
Did patient say anything about the start of podras trials
Question is are there any buyers other than game players?
Shorting
What is the likelihood these guys pound this thing down like the other buyers sitting behind warrants. With warrants at the purchase price no downside for them if stock goes up.
Mopar
You were at the onsite meeting with impact I believe. Impact mentioned many times that ipci said delisting was the least of their worries and really a nonissue implying they had a plan up their sleeve. Did they say that?
Well either they are full of Sheit totally incompetent or planned for dilution as their remedy.
Based on what we have seen from them to date very hard to believe there is some master plan here like Angelo speculated.
Evidence seems to indicate they are flying by the seat of their pants.
Well how do they intend to meet the $1.00 requirement?
Any chance they reverse split considering our the new offering buyers?
You hit it a while ago he and his buddies play around in the lab all day with their little white lab coats.
13m for that.
For everything else they hire consultants and we’ve seen how that turned out. Can’t even hire the right consultants.
Let’s hope there is new oversight and the fat gets trimmed.
Which leads to the biggest outstanding question
What have the $13m a year and 50 employees been doing.
Some of this is just absurd. Why does a company of this size have a general counsel. Most if not all of their sec work is likely outsourced.
Too many employees probably friends and a board of cronies - bad outcome.
I’m of the opinion now give podras a shot (market the heck out of the next great invention). If no go sell company in part or whole and move on.
If podras works grand slam. If not break up company and move on
No confidence in other regabtin and rexista.
I should have sold when penna said plug and play. That meant many have looked and none have liked.
Agree
In hindsight I’m now glad he didn’t buy more.
What a joke that he couldn’t support the company at these prices. $1m a year in salary between the two of them and no buying. What does that say.
It has now come back to bite him.
Finally some accountability.
Think you guys are reading too much into that
The os is written by Attorneys. Highly doubt oddiddi reviewed it.

Assuming no significant progress as has been the case forever, what do you see as a realistic sales price?
Classic hedge fund. Opportunistic is how they describe themselves.
Not a lot of room to short and a lot of room to run it up
Although it seems to prefer a shorting strategy
Thoughts.
What I think is I’m so fricken tired of talking about this stock with only bad fricken news coming out
Ipci needs to take George costanzas advice - when it thinks something is the right thing to do, it should do the opposite
It’s probably the only thing that can save them
Just really odd two different offerings a week a part at the same price
Fred what is your take?
Only possible positive is that the buyer is an activist.
Either they are unbelievably stupid or there may be some changes forthcoming
Ordinarily I’d say the latter but with these guys more likely the former.
I have an idea that will require Samsa
Most companies bylaws permit shareholders holding at least 10 percent of outstanding shares to force the board to call and hold a special meeting
The class action firm should have the bylaws. Sansa can u check to see if it would be willing to represent a group of shareholders to call a special meeting of the board.
We would need to get a budget and then see if we can get funds through a go fund me campaign through social media. We would also need to see if we can get the sufficient number of shares/shareholders.
The meeting would be to force the board to formally take action on oddisdi continuation as ceo, his pay package, other officer compensation and budget control measures.
Samsa
Is this something you would be willing to discuss with the firm at least to get an idea of process and cost?
Thanks amigo.
You insight is appreciated.
I hope you stick around and continue to share your thoughts.
Mike
What else do you think we need to see to put an end to the trading pattern games?
Are you still invested here?
If so what do u see as the valuation drivers?
Wm
What do you think the percentage is of any positive news by may?
Why are they continuing to throw money at rexista
How does this jive with their earlier statement that cash plus royalties would get them to June.
Now they are saying the 3.5m takes them to June. Where is the money going
What do you make of pharmer
I agree mopar.
Obvious that the stock is being manipulated. Also obvious that someone puts a lot of thought and time in the stock
Question is why this stock. Unfortunately for a lot of us we are being swept away by not only poor management but trading activity. Just wish the activity would swing the other way.
