ill robertson. just one of thousands of home teamers in the ir fantasy land of all is good
Value subtracted
Every time mills writes/releases an update for public consumption, he just digs himself and the company into a deeper credibility hole
For the sake of shareholders, I hope the end game unfolds as you predict
And if that happens, then what? Hard to imagine how one executive smoothly manages the logistics process that subsequently unfolds. Is that why you think he'll sell the company soon after the Canada deal is signed sealed delivered and pumping?
There is no sure thing - other than steady dilution to pay consultants and contractors given the continual absence of cash and reality of ongoing cash burn - yet
A shame, really. Analogous to not invented here mind set, almost always a recipe for disaster
ir should have most or all of his consulting share grants clawed back
Much more time than many would like to admit
So necessary, but sadly so unlikely. There have been thousands of great products that have been mismanaged into oblivion. Hopefully, this won't be the latest example
Wow. IMHO, best most honest post I've ever seen you write. Cheers
Well said. Agenda is exactly the right word. The truth hurts
As long as mills remains a one man band, less likely. As you wrote earlier - and futureman and I (and perhaps others) have pointed out in the past - he is clearly spread way too thin. And like some other small company ceo's I have known, he may simply not be a good judge of mgmt talent, and therefore less and less willing to bring on any body who might be able to help him achieve whatever goals he has
With 800k more shares of dilution, that translates to a $640mm mkt cap

Whenever...
That can happen when there is essentially just one full time employee
Doubt it. Financials presumably will be released today or tomorrow
So math says pumping would have to be upwards of at least 200k gallons/day to hit the 3mil bogey by 11/30. True?
I for one would be interested to know how much you paid per liter and what regular cost. Thanks in advance
Nothing is truly free. No one has a clue what the shares are worth

Hollow words like the above do a disservice to the majority of people reading this board
Expectations and/or time lines noted up to now have routinely not proved out for reasons grudgingly noted recently, chief among them that with startups, almost everything moves to the right
That's reality folks, especially with a pink sheet company relying on just one full timer to take it to the promised land
tsla and amzn were producing substantive revenues shortly after going public. $10 translates to $620mm mkt cap. nlol
December 2012 49.94mm shares
September 2016 63.3mm shares
No dilution? Get real. 26% plus over past four years
Have the recent blending and mixing issues been solved? Yet another reason the over optimistic time lines move to the right
100k gallons/day on average. Tall order
Sure looked like sc was trying to rip ecsl off. Classic case of large company vs cash and revenue poor microcap
Bravo. A look back at reality. Tiny startups with only one or two full time employees rarely achieve the market cap levels implied by some posts over the past couple of weeks. $5/sh = $310mm mkt cap. $10/sh = $620mm market cap. Hopium
Missed optimistic time lines do not generate investor goodwill
Rainmaker. Nothing more. Nothing less
And how large are the contracts?

Total bs? You call IMTT ir
Impossible to be dead wrong. Stock closed at $.35
No chance
IMTT investor relations has no knowledge of a relationship with any Ecsl entity, but will do some checking around
Patience is rarely well rewarded in the pinks/microcaps pace. Odds extremely low, and chart is pretty ugly
It would be much easier for many holders to have patience if ceo updates included just real deals generating real revenues, not relationships that might or might not result in tangible transactions. Thus far, over promising and under delivering.
1 million shares.
Care to tell us how you arrive at a $1.25 billion market cap, buyout or not? For those who have a problem understanding the possibility of a $20/sh stock valuation in the foreseeable future, they presumably would all benefit from understanding the metrics and/or multiples you use to get there
Clearly meaningless to a small minority of holders and observers. Anything but meaningless to investors who perform fundamental cash flow analysis for a living an/or a livelihood
