"...we invested in a world-class experienced team of sales professionals with a track record of producing over $200 million in annual sales in the very same markets we serve. We began integrating this 10-person sales team into our organization in the early part of the third quarter and we expect them to contribute to our incremental new sales beginning in the current quarter and ramp up meaningfully in the early part of 2017."
=> If they can cancel out as much debt by the end of this year and get the pps rising again, they can get thinking back about acquistions being made.
It pleases me very much they do realize that we are going to be the one's who will have to be pleased the coming quarters... or there will be no BIG acquisitions in the not so distant future.
You should note they're really into doing acquisitions, they teamed up for this but given the current low pps it's not possible.
We have them in our pockets for now with other words.

I think he knows, I'd emailed him for my pov on that, saying that indeed that wouldn't be a great idea to do acquisitions with stock compensation.
I didn't receive a response on that, though I understand he can't really respond there it would be inside info...
Though in general I think he knows, besides, he and the other board members have shares too, if I were in that board I would def. be against it.
Let's keep in mind he's got a responsability towards the others now, more than when he'd made the first acquisition.
Good thing 'f course, the more board members, the less they could pull heavy dilution...
A loan from the bank would be great, interest rates are low...
Hope so, this stock deserves to be months in GREEN!
It's 20 years btw! 10/15 years should be even cheaper.
Indeed you're right, I think we might be at that point too.
We just showed we are capable paying off loans.
Btw, I don't know what percentages are now in the US but I actually have a meeting with my banc to renogatiate my loan. My mortgage was set at 2.9% in 2012 or something, it can be as low as 1% nowadays, thanks Brexit.
=>
My dad just bought some appartments, being a good client he even got that 1%.
The time is now to get debts! We will profit double from it indeed! Shareswise and cheapwise!
What do you guys pay for mortgage if I might ask (percentages)?
Good to see the chart this way. I really really really feel good about it.
It might still be early to say but you can finally see the chart cooling down, going into a positive sideways direction and maybe slightly up time at a time.
The moment came we are cashflow positive, market has noticed and we've got rewarded instantly.
I hope the days of big depressions are over and if Nelson really considers a debt offering instead of a share compansation arrangement, that will ease lots of people's mind, including me.
Honestly I tought that it was going to take untill later this year but I can feel better times enclosing fast.
Market in general is getting better, the weather is good and so is this company.
Go Solar, Go SUNW.
around 600 000 dollar woop, thanks for taking us down man!
Lol, look at the pre market go, up half a dollar!
btw Moonshine, your up early he :) I gues you didn't have much sleep haha..
My brunch tasted a whole lot better...
Good we have some net earnings, gives us some cash to do more acquisitions!
Revenues are meaningless if were not making money.......And were making money!!!
and we are already making money in the first few years, how many startup company's can tell that story 8-)
Very nice indeed!
Do I read this wrong or is the O/S unchanged?
authorized shares; 19,762,844 and 18,320,535
can it be that they still have to update this?
Q1, 19M
Q2, 31.5M => q1+q2 equals 50.5 mil, exactly half of what Nelson forecasted!
+ backlog of $43.5 million as of June 30, 2016
-----------------------------------------------
93.5 million dollar we will score for sure this year! Whoopla
Nice! : 59% sequential revenue growth
If we can maintain that percentage :D
Seems like they beat your 28mil statement by 3.5 million Cat$$$$hing!
My first thought would be drop, as it always does.
My second opinions is that it actually could go up this time, considering the profit we might post this quarter... Lets hope so!
I like the new ihub skin a lot btw, really nice!
Good job ihub team!
Because 4 sound reasonable to me from where we come from now!
I feel we should actually be at 6$ but 4 will do for me now...
off course there will be a small pushback so 5 would be better :)
wauw - didn't see this coming... I hope we touch 4 again now...
Lovely volume again today! We have 408 followers now! I remember being happy reaching the 100 milestone...
Ok, but don't you think this company will once get bought.
I personally do, I know moonshine thinks that 2.
It could be great for us shareholders.
curious if he would one day buy us out.

Tesla and SolarCity Agree to $2.6 Billion Deal
electric cars, elon musk, energy, solar, tesla, wealth
Facebook Twitter linkedin google Reddit
Elon Musk’s Tesla Motors Inc. reached an agreement to buy SolarCity Corp. for $2.6 billion, about $300 million less than an initial proposal criticized as a “bailout” for the solar company in which he’s the largest shareholder.
SolarCity investors will receive $25.37 a share in stock under the agreement, according to a statement Monday. Musk initially offered $26.50 to $28.50 a share in Tesla stock. Analysts have said in the past that the bid was too low and investors have questioned the wisdom of Musk combining his electric-car maker with the clean-energy company.
The deal, which allows SolarCity to solicit competing takeover offers through Sept. 14, will now go to the shareholders of the companies for approval. Musk, who is chairman and the largest investor in both companies, recused himself from considering whether the deal should be approved by the SolarCity board when he announced the initial bid on June 21. Other SolarCity directors with connections to Tesla and Musk also excluded themselves from voting.
The price is less than half of what SolarCity was trading at the start of the year. The company has seen its share price stumble on concerns of rising costs and slowing growth. The solar panel maker fell 5.6 percent to $25.20 at 8 a.m. in New York. In a separate statement today, SolarCity said installations this year will be in the range of 900 megawatts to one gigawatt, down from prior guidance of at least one gigawatt.
On a call today, SolarCity Chief Executive Officer Lyndon Rive reaffirmed his expectation to become cash-flow positive in the fourth quarter.

well look at that, another get out oppurtunity.
Well, if you look at it like this;
it might be better to buy cheap oil now than sell it cheap.
I mean, its hard for all those oil riggs now (note that they probably made billions).
But one day the oil will be sold out, if the US still has a big amount of it in the ground, then that all becomes very pricy :)
Normal that it hangs at 3.00, it always does that withouth substantial news.
If you look at the 200day chart you can indeed see a flat line, what makes me happy.
We should be moving south this year, unless the stock dilutes like crazy...
But I'm sure that will not happen without a reason, I see some dilution on the horizon as part of a new acquisition and maybe some capital financing, we are running short on cash now.
Another add to this company would make it pretty sure needed.
Of course adding working capital is not bad at all, our profit will gain with it. And even if we add 10% more shares for that, what equals 6 million dollar, it's not that much in my eyes.
The toxic financing was faaaaaaar worse, you'd get a couple of 10k's for a couple of million shares :')
aich that hurts :')
It's not, all the hyperlinks link to different articles on this computer. Maybe your computer is so hard into sunworks it does that?
I mean, I wouldn't be suprised :D
Funny you don't hear him now he... Probably on 'vacation'... Probably 'missed it' again... OMG
A sunny day for me And a sunny day for sunwork!
Cheers people, carpe diem!
We're up 10% on one deal, thats good I'd say.
Jep, that earnings report is about to arrive in 2-3 weeks, time to stepup on the ladder!
Man I just love your posts sometimes :')
Meanwhile at Sunworks, 16 jobs open, I do hope they got some filled.
