What a dark day for SEGI. I hope this is a spring board for higher highs tomorrow.
I don't know. I'm just throwing stuff out there. I'm a conspiracy theorist at heart. I want SEGI to be legit. I'm not selling for anything less than .02 and of it holds after the pump then I'll keep in it. I'm just starting to question everything now. Did you know there was a PR about Mantivities being financed during Cannes film festival and becoming a movie in 2013? A quote from Chis Pine was identical in both PR's. I didn't think much of it since that didn't happen. Now I'm questioning it.
Do you think an active NDA would keep SEGI from disclosing financial transactions in the quarterlies?
I'm thinking that Brean and Exclusive are out too. But I still think this will run hard for a few days at least. Don't know what news will trigger that but I feel like it will happen. I want everything to be legit but I also need to hedge my bets. This is the OTC after all.
I think Canada will trade again. The reason I think this is because I believe the people that converted the notes for shares are in Canada. This is just my opinion. Ed is from Canada. If he is selling shares to friends and family or other business associates in Canada then they are bound too until it is lifted.
Haha yea! I've been waiting for the pump. It has yet to come. I don't care if this is a scam or not. Once the pump comes I'm out. Do not hold for more than two days when it starts. IMO. I hope it can hit 5 cents like *CEL did 5 months ago with crazy volume.
Yes me too. I hate the waiting game. It's very demoralizing.
Well I would rather Ed issue himself shares than to do that. He doesn't pay himself a salary anyways. And I don't really mind other people getting cheap shares either as long as there was some sort of quid pro quo in return.
He probably won't have to until they submit the audited annuals. Don't think I would make a difference right now.
Where are you reading great things from? Starting to lose faith.
Well Note 4 was changed and Note 5 remained the same. They will need to make another restatement to correct the error of the first restatement. Haha geez
Ha they corrected the count of outstanding shares to 705,750,465 in a restated quarterly report. Bravo
If this was a scam you would think that they would do a better job of artificially inflating the PPS. At least that's what I noticed from all the other pump and dumps. They usually go higher than a .0035 52 week high. Many run into the multiple pennies before falling back down to trips. Jmo
I just hope that is not the full extent of the cofinancing deal.
If they are indeed cofinancing Mantivities then surely they acquired more money than the quarterlies show. Only time will tell unfortunately...
The quarterlies are about what I thought they would look like. SEGI has not shown their full hand yet. Hopefully news to come. Something better...
News out
Yea I saw that. Exciting times.
What are the chances of a Hannover House/SEGI merger? HHSE just raised their O/S to 598M shares. Current SEGI float is 598M shares. Only speculating but both their S/S are similar and maybe even future goals are too???
Yea but they didn't just increase their A/S by 2 billion. TBEV didn't need to do that. Unless they want to dilute the market any chance they get. That's why they can't sustain a run for more than two days before going back to where it was. But this is a good swing trade play.
That would make TBEV worth $2.5 billion. That's a bit of a stretch.
I'm done with this board for a while. I'll be back after the next SEGI PR. Good luck to all...
Corporations raise capital in 5 ways. Selling bonds, issuing preferred stock, selling common stock, borrowing from banks/lenders and lastly using profits. What has SEGI done that any other corporation doesn't do? How dare a start up company issue stock and borrow money. They must be "selling paper". This is Finance 101
Just slap the ask.
The COO of Exclusive Media announced today that he is leaving the company to join UTA Independent Film Group as a film finance agent. He was one of the original co-founders at Exclusive. I wonder if that has anything to do with SEGI acquiring them? Since Ed is the film finance guy at Sycamore. Can't wait for news.
I wonder if Ed's friends/family in Canada have an interest or stake in SEGI. All the more reason why they need to get the CTO lifted as soon as possible. We are in this together.
Having audited fins will solidify the fact that SEGI is a genuine company and erase any doubts that it is a stock scam. I'm not too concerned about the sub par financials as I am excited about the news to come. Big deals that have been made can easily overcome three years of accumulating debt and stagnancy. GLTA
Well that is a bit of an exaggeration. The ask is not being crushed. $78 is not a large trade.
SEGI new Facebook post...
Sycamore Entertainment Engages Auditing Firm M&K CPAS
"The steps we are taking to make sure all our supporters have the ability to enjoy the path we have taken."
Ed is making it known that he has a duty to ALL shareholders. And he is going to maximize our profits!
Nope. You're right. Nobody is buying into it. SEGI has no bid support. Thanks for telling us.
Lol... Wrong
Don't listen to Myth. He is a professional stock basher. Do your own due diligence for your investments. SEGI can stand up on its own merits.
Please explain how SEGI dropped the ball again?
Wow, just wow.
I just hope that deal didn't fall through. I want to know how established Ed has made SEGI now. They could be the next Lions Gate of indie films.
It all comes down to time. I hate this waiting game. Six months now for me.
Good luck to ya brother. I hope it becomes something special.
Do you think that the Brean Capital and acquisition is still a possibility? It's been a very long time since any hints about it.
Sorry Mikey501, I can't reply to private messages.
Depends on the terms of the movie deal and financing. They could easily be over .01 PPS if they get non toxic funding from a bank for $10 million and domestic rights for distribution which could turn right around and pay off the debt in less than a year and pay down other debts. And if you believe that they are financing Mantivities then it is not too unrealistic to believe all the other news still to come i.e. Merger or acquisition and other movie deals. Anything could happen. Or nothing. Who knows?
