I am back, setting up a bid at 0.0002 for 500,000 shares. Will capture market orders.
LBTG is one of those diamonds in the rough. Unfortunately, buyers won't be able to hit it out of this rough patch it is in, because it is too thin and the trade winds are blowing the other direction.
LBTG~ ASHER OWNS this Convertable Debt ! That spells Disaster!
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/LBTG/filings
IMO
LBTG has no plan. Do not get caught up in the hype. LBTG to zero.
$600 lost at 0.0006. Somebody went in too far.
There is no support at 0.0006 and this will almost certainly become a write-off for you longs.
Question: How many tons of coal does Liberty have to extract at today's prices to get out of debt?
Do not buy at 0.0006, this is a high and dry position. Wait for half off sale next week.
Only 3 grand changed hands today on LBTG. Volume is incredibly low compared to the pace we had seen in the prior 5 days. And how much of that 7m shares is real bids and how much is it market manipulators, I wish we could see.
I am not the only one who has called into question these filings. No one has answers to my urgent question, they just keep defending the image they want to believe. It has all been made up to this point. That's why there's no staying power at 0.0007, it's pumped and dumped. Fake trades to make the stock appear green, with no volume to support it. Today only $3,000 changed hands. So don't anybody get pulled into this venus fly trap.
Today's total trading activity $2,500. Way down from yesterday volume. No money to be made in this. This rally was short lived. On to the next. GLTA
I'm still a SKEPTIC! Apparently no one can explain jump yesterday from 0.0004 (high volume) to 0.0007 (low volume) in a matter of minutes. Back to 0.0004 and 0.0005 it soon went.
It would appear to me to be entirely manipulated. There is no way we get to 0.0007 on "normal" volume. Traders are buying and selling how many shares, exactly, at 0.0007? Would a sell trade even be filled at 0.0006-.0007? Probably not, as many have tried, then settled for less, hence today's quickly falling prices. Therefore: NO, I will not "buy" at 0.0006 and help someone else unload theirs at 0.0006.
I have been in since 0.0004 but I don't understand why anyone should be buying higher. The way this stock has been behaving, is too risky IMO. I have seen it many times before.
3 grand. how much of that is real bids and how much is it market manipulators
Today looks pretty flat. No bid support to speak of. Reports Down .0002
And leave the stock up to the whims of the manipulators?
Your average is 50% higher than my cost basis of 0.0004. Don't forget to factor in losses for tax purposes when you go to sell. (That 50% may be more like 40%. )
LBTG stinks
multiply the number of shares bought by the strike price, and take the weighted average. that's the stock's value today. is this stock really up if a sell order won't fill at 0.0007? my gut tells me to stay away from this one as it will close the year at 0.0003 and everyone's hands will be washed.
I don't know if a sell at 0.0005 is such a good thing. Should have held out for 0.0006.
This looks like a duplicate thread. Mods, please sticky or delete.
Today to test my theory, I put LBTG and another stock in the schwab graph and one followed the other down to 0.0002. It was like tracing a stencil almost.
Are you implying that someone else is manipulating this downward for the purpose of amassing more shares?
Instead of crying shame that 0.0006 would have been a good buy, why not amass more shares at the 16.66667% discount? What's the worst that could happen? Oh yea, a lot.
I bought my LBTG shares at 0.0004 because I thought there's not much lower it can go. Still am not sure how this will play out. Wishing and hoping this one doesn't end up falling flat because I stand to lose half or 75% of my investment if it doesn't trade up, or the commissions are flushed if I sell back at 0.0004.
Talk is cheap
Momentum shift occurred Tuesday. Floor giving way again, LBTG seeing 0.0004's again. How far away is 0.0001? Getting closer than 0.001.
Cheeky what's the strategy for today? How are you going to spin "down 50%" and if you say this stock is the new ____ will the mods delete it even if the parallels are undeniable?
is major what? Yes this thing did down just not in the direction you wanted
LBTG LBTG LBTG
Buying 10,000 more shares today at 0.0004
Go LBTG!
I am not generally a basher however I am skeptical of this company and don't think it will close over .0005 at year end. IMO
Stock is starting to bounce. This may be the last chance to buy below 5.5 before the ex dividend in 1Q.
GO LBTG! Blow on those embers...
Still following in the trails of the REAC... don't burn out too
What's happening, LBTG'ers?
Sorry for repeating myself, but I feel I have not been answered. Anyone know if this stock is a safe buy at 0.0003 or could it go lower or dilute via a reverse stock split? I think it is a legitimate concern until proven otherwise, since illiquidity and dilution are two risks that any penny trader must be aware of and mitigate. I would rather not talk about this stock's ceiling, but make sure the floor is safe before buying more shares.
And for some new questions... how many shares are a good number to hold? Don't use exact numbers, but powers of ten. For instance, I only hold on the order of 100,000 shares of LBTG. Do any of you operate in the millions or more? If so, is it a good idea to use a platform that allows multiple transactions to clear in a day for one commission? Or do you use a high volume trading account where trades are $1 or free? Or do you accept a $7 charge per sale?
Some questions:
-could this be the next REAC?
-Is a purchase at 0.0003 safe from further dilution? or could a reverse split damage that position? if a trader continues to accumulate shares at this price, is there a possibility that volume will go down and that person will be left holding the bag of an illiquid security?
-I asked previously about selling for the ask and my question was only half answered. I use a Schwab-owned trading platform. For us, the bid ask spread on a stock less than one penny is 0.00/0.00. How are we supposed to determine what the bids and asks are? Is there a timely and reliable service for providing such info?
-Several have speculated about the market manipulation given that blocks of 100 shares (worth all of 3 or 4 cents) are being traded. does anyone care to comment on that? or are we going to ignore it and pretend it never happens.
Does NRBT have assets/infrastructure or are those just STOCK PHOTOS of what an assembly WOULD look like?
I see 0.0003 looks like a bottom bounce. Can anyone define the risks of buying at 0.0003? I see almost none unless the stock reverse splits and loses more ground, or if trading is suspended. For instance, NRBT used to have a floor of 7 cents, and now is half of that again. And not suspended but the volume has gone way down too which causes liquidity concerns!
Cheeky, no one said you were not a hardworking and experienced trader. I did not come spouting off any revealing knowledge or claims of impropriety. I should have properly thanked you as well, for not only this good find but for presenting it in a way that a new investor like myself could get invested in the idea and know how sound it could be. However, my questions were framed in a modest way and I was very forthcoming about my lack of experience. My natural skepticism is nothing to be afraid of.. i made clear it is due to lack of experience.
I dont think you answered my questions exactly, so perhaps I need to clarify my thoughts better.i appreciate the attempt but it seemed more about defending the basis for which LBTG is a strong buy, while at the same time assuming no resp. for any downside.
- I asked for new news/sources. I dont think yours are bad I just think "DD" requires something different.
- the bid ask spread... i totally GET why you would say sell high, and I do take your word for it that an order may fill (despite the delay in OTCmarkets) but my concern has to do with SCHWAB- not showing the bid ask spread beyond two decimal places. (0.00?) Thoughts? Is there a better way? I have found that the reports of "9's falling etc on this site are faster and more informative than the schwab streaming quotes. But I fear that at least some of it is wishful thinking as evidenced by the .0015 target which we just fell short of.
I see a bottom forming at 0.0003/share. Is LBTG at 0.0003 a guaranteed investment? If I buy any number of shares at 0.0003, and this stock has never yet gone lower, will I have a very good chance of taking a profit in 6 months? Or is this just another flash in the pan penny stock? What are the risks? Default? Bankruptcy? Trade halts? Liquidity concerns if trading suddenly shrinks from 12M shares/day to 10,000 or less, like what has occurred with NRBT shares?
XIN is setting up ideal BUY levels at 5.25-5.40. Get it it's a sure thing. Chinese real estate that pays a dividend and has been surpassing sales goals and acquiring more land quickly. Get on board, people! Long since 4.0 -P/T
cheeky, I did find it rather unusual that you have been posting the same 'news' on LBTG for several days and with no alterations whatsoever you continue to copy and paste the same stuff for all to see and your 'source' is "their website" and nothing more. Nonetheless I bought some at 0.0004 and held for a good run and I do expect to see more good things from this stock. It would do well to get a second opinion rather than just repeat of the same "press" which is propaganda written by the company and spun further by a long day-trader.
When we talk about "10" and "15" targets can we be more specific (and honest) and use decimal places? I almost just put in another buy limit order for $0.0040 instead of $0.0004 (and could have way overpaid) because of the confusion caused by referring to this stock as "9s" and "8s" when it was really .0009s and .0008s. Big difference!
As for cheeky's particular request that we only put in sell orders for the "ask," well I have two concerns as a newbie that I would like addressed. 1 is that the platform I use doesn't give a bid/ask "spread" on stocks under $0.01 because it only goes to two decimal places. On this stock, it calls both bid and ask $0.00.
Second concern is the filling priority. Suppose I had known that the bid/ask spread earlier today was .0011 / .0012. If I had sold for 0.0012, the order may never have even filled, and in order to buy and sell in an illiquid market, I think it is important sometimes to place conservative bids a little bit to guarantee the buy/sell order, even if it means shaving a little bit of the profits to make the sale happen. Am I right? With the delay in receiving info from the OTC market, this is all the more critical IMO because the time it takes for the ask price to get to the seller and for the seller to submit the order, in that time that price can move several percentage points again, lessening the likelihood of a sale going through.
Finally, what are we going for here, do we want to hold this stock for a day/week/month? Until coal is brought to the surface? Is this LBTG company, with a $70,000/year executive, going places in 5 years? 5 months? tomorrow? That's not a vicious unfounded rumor like the reverse split gag. It's the apparent truth. This "company" has no revenues and a CEO that makes less than some of us.
