Shareholders are screwed! Lenny awarded himself 51M common shares and 500K preferred A shares for ‘services rendered. Then under ‘share exchange’ he awarded himself another 2.5M preferred A shares (likely why they can’t pass an audit) and exchanged all his common shares for preferred A. He then canceled his 3.5K preferred A shares, worth 350M common shares, and awarded himself 20 preferred B shares worth 2B common shares.
