Yes the gambling business isn't what it used to be.Hard to pick any winners these days.
I believe there are 3 or 4 casinos in Atlantic City that just shut their doors for good and have no revenue.
And where would they get all the money needed to do that?
Yeah, after a very very large RS.
$97 I'm selling now then and won't wait for $ 100.....LOL
In the real world nothing stays the same forever. At some point the chain is broken and doesn't repeat itself. Companies do die or just wither away.
After you get them at .0002 what makes you think it will go higher in the near future?
My thinking is the same.
Anything is possible with this piece of shit.
Good to hear that.
You are very nasty in your post and is uncalled for.
I don't think you understand what a forward stock split does to the stock. For example if you had iooo shares at $10 a share and the company declared a 2 for one stock split, after the stock split you would have 2000 shares at $5 a share. The value of your account doesn't change but you now own twice as many shares but at a lower price .Just think of what a 6 or 7 times stock split would do to Bayp price. They would have to increase the A/S to do a 6 times split and I think the price would be something like.0000001
And just when will that be? I think most shareholders would settle for higher pps so they can sell and move on.
Doesn't a forward split cause the pps to automatically drop to reflect the increase number of O/S shares. What would they be gaining here?
Good to hear that, then you won't lose that much if things don't pan out.
How can they uplist? Doesn't the stock have to trade at .01cents or more for 60 days.
Where's everybody. No trades and no posts. I hope everyone with large amounts of shares can get out at a decent price when they decide to throw in the towel.
Same here. It's almost like you want to give up at times, but then again what other way is there to make big profits.
I'm not a big fan of this ticker either but lets hope there is one more good pump left in her. Good luck in your trading too.
Hope your wrong ,cause I bought a few more today.
I can only wish that you were right but I almost completly disagree with your assumptions on the Sylios purchase and the future pps next year.
Hope you have lots of luck in Vegas. You do realize that you are already in a giant casino with these penny stocks.I like penny stocks better than Vegas because your bet stays on the table much longer then the games they have in Vegas and elsewhere.
Good or bad news? Or just anything to give us a reason to buy or sell more of this crap.
I thought you wanted news TODAY.
And so does James Porter the man at Bayp.
Wrong, Bayp never got the loan.To secure the loan they did a R/S to get the PPS over a penny and then was required to uplist to a higher tier rating. They are now trading at .0008 and never migrated to a higher tier.
Right you are .
Yes thats the project. No oil or gas being pumped currently.
Sorry, but I have no info on them.
Like I said in my post ,there is no mention of price or terms. Shareholders of Bayp are still waiting for the details of the transaction but still are in the dark. It appears that it was a bad deal for both companies. The wells are mostly played out and will never produce much if anything. With falling oil prices it may be uneconomical to continue working on them.
Thanks for posting that press release. Good luck on your trades.
There is no information on price or terms on the sale anywhere. The $5 million your thinking of is a toxic loan that Bayp was trying to get after they did a R/S on Aug 1 2014. They didn't get the loan and the stock is now at .0007 and the wells are dry and still not producing anything but water.
What do we really know about the sale of the oil and gas assets to bayp? What did they sell them for and exactly how was bayp going to pay for them? All those wells where non-productive and not producing any income when they were sold .Bayp is in JV with another company to clean up some of the wells to get them to start pumping oil but presently still not producing anything. I doubt that they will be making any payments to Sylios any time soon and if ever.
If you still believe that this stock has a good chance to increase in price then it only makes sense to average down at current level to recoup your loses, but be aware that this stock could go even lower before it climbs back up.Don't buy all at once with your availble cash but do it in a few blocks at a time. Do what you are comfortable with and don't use money you can't afford to lose.Good luck in your trades.
Your right we need news badly and lets hope it's the good kind and not the other.Lets get our money back from these guys.
Yes it's a must or we bust.....only joking. Lets all make money.
Yes,I recently read an article saying that maybe some time after the year 2020 we'll almost be energy independent but could take as long as 2030.But there is strong opposition to some of the new methods of extracting oil and gas that maybe could upset the time table a bit.
You could be right but my buying anymore stock in Bayp is nil. I have several thousand shares left and will keep them just in case a miracle happens and this stock soars.Like I mentioned time is not on my side and don't care to gamble any more money.
Your mostly right about us not needing Saudis oil as much as we use to but still need to import a few million barrels a day.I believe there may be several American companies that may not be able to live with oil at 50 to 60 dollars a barrel and have to stop production. These are interesting times for the energy sector and only time will show us the outcome.
The OPEC meeting has ended and the Saudis said that they could live with oil at $60 a barrel and was not going to reduce their output. They want to force the American oil companies to suffer and for them to reduce their output.
