just got 153k shares at the ask of 0027...or so I thought...instead I got filled at the bid of 0026. MM games on a Friday, gotta love 'em!
lol @ 'we' - you got a mouse in your pocket?
correct to what? I see this bouncing dead-cat style to 0035 or more, and if news, then pennyland quickly. we are near bottom and there is life in VIICQ, to say the least.
good call. did you buy any at 0025?
025 looks like a nice new low on this one judging by that bounce! low volume, Friday, this is moving just fine :)
I wonder if that 960k share sell at 025 will be followed by a bigger buy at 027+ later...got to love the games MMs play...
silver soon (again)
VPOR
congrats in that case. I don't short but I did hit about 60% back when this went from teens to twenties mid-last year.
$5 isn't happening. $7s might be though! I'm glad I didn't put in my starter yet!
it won't hit $5. but nice gloating. how many shares are you short?
you still on this thing Struk? I'm patient when it comes to OTC, and expect a profit to come of my 0027s, but part of me wishes I just took the couple of bucks I would have had when it hit 003 the other day...
chart is starting to scare me, although 002 does look like a nice base I hate that it's being tested so much...then again it's Friday
that's where I live too...I drive by (well, near) their offices every day!
nice...where's the 2nd home going to be? Aspen?
I'd take 2 bucks a share for half of my 100k shares, in that case.
hey SPORTY, what you think about PPS target if that distribution deal goes through? back to .4s?
can't wait until those MM pricks get off the ask...it will fly...unless someone just wants to whack 'em all right now?
anyone?
VPOR
if you say so...I betcha it gets to $12 (90-120 days) before it gets to $5 (never)...but I've been wrong before.
still waiting for entry point.
lights out? that's quite the prediction.
I did hear about that, but last no-div year was over 10 years ago...CLF holders (if they exist) have to hang their hats on something...
either way CLF very interesting right now imo
(holding less than a share at the moment, but thinking about adding a few $00s worth as a starter, maybe 50-75 shares or so)
agreed...watching for entry point, but really anything here in >$11 range is a no-brainer imo when you consider 5% div on top of the discounted price...
...and speaking of divs, make sure you reinvest! Thanks to reinvestment, I'm always watching CLF thanks to the fractional shares I have left from the last time I sold a nice gain...hehe
$CLF
I agree SPORTY, and have since it was .05 and .04 when I sold, and when I got back in at .0188. This chart has been assaulted for months but I think the shorts are going to get the message (if they haven't already) that reversal is unavoidable.
market cap will be 10x the current number, within a year, and that's being conservative. I wish I had more powder... :'(
haven't bought yet, have to play frogger with another play so I'm watching...
50-100x over 20 years...I'll take it :)
off to do more DD on this SLTD of yours...will start with the stickies.
BTW, I'm not in SLTD (yet) - I was merely intrigued when I saw that HSA's last post was re: SLTD.
You say it's not the same but to me, it really is a lot like Belfort touting SHOO (a real company that would have given you 50-100x returns if you held it since the '90s, which is better than Berkshire Hathaway would have done). SLTD may be in a different sector than SHOO, but it's not that different of a situation, i.e. I'm sure most of what Stratton was touting back then was OTC garbage...but SHOO was and is a real company with real potential (which it indeed realized).
I think I may buy some tomorrow. :)
I didn't work for Belfort, inasmuch as I never met him; I worked under a guy named Mike Amato. But yes, it's true. I was in the big ol' room when the OJ verdict came out. Thank God I was a stupid kid of 19 who had already left that job, and thus wasn't there, when the shit hit the fan.
but yes, I'm saying that.
nope, no boiler rooms here.
this reminds me of when I worked for Stratton Oakmont, as a young kid for about a month, and they were touting SHOO (Steve Madden). the pick was good, excellent even; the guys, not so much...
SLTD at .225 as of this posting...41% above where it was when HSA got pinched
hmmm
well then thank you, and you're welcome, both :)
you can thank me for vaporman's disappearance...
he still hasn't answered my question
or maybe it's just the PPS at +19% LOL
VPOR
unlike others who want to engage in flame wars, I simply must ask: why do you say this?
disclaimer: I sold VPOR too late the first time, and I'm up 40% since I got back in. so yeah, I'm listening. what's your rationale?
the spike was market-driven correction as a result of no AS increase. the drop was due to selloff, combined with MMs representing bagholders whose pockets are deeper than all of ours combined, and then C11 BK.
next question?
yep. they are a leader in an industry that *will* (not might) become more commonplace with time.
next week? maybe nothing. the week after? maybe something.
Toyota, Honda, VIIC...which one sticks out to you?

someone should probably tell the ex-Governator that.
the CEO is obviously not too well-versed on the markets either, if he thinks the largest shareholder/creditors should have voted to increase to 10B AS:
"We are disappointed by the lack of participation by our shareholders, especially by our main shareholder," Vision Chief Executive Martin Schuermann said in the press release. "This more than limited our options to raise capital; it effectively made it impossible."
WTFMARTIN
similar situation here except I have 100k 'free' - right now they look like crap but considering I went to a stock that's up $700 since...I'm not mad.
this company isn't a fake MJ halt-worthy company, and it isn't a reverse merger private-to-public wannabe IPO. it's a company that thought too big...or?
elections, World Fuel conference, more to come...I don't think this is over!
check ECAU for comparable situation...it's sink-or-swim
don't you think it's possible that Novium et al. have advised VIIC to file C11 so as to rid itself of the toxic financiers at minimal exposure?
this is too interesting to sell the 100k I have left. And at some point, maybe I can buy 3M for cheap...lol
VIIC is making millionaires of SOMEONE...might as well be me
from the Department of Understatement:
Albany, New York (09/26/2014) – Vision Industries Corp (OTCMKTS:VIIC) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and that is the reason the stock is in the red today. Although the voluntary bankruptcy filing does not mean the company will go out of business soon, but it means that it will embark on a serious debt restructuring effort. However, there are concerns whether such efforts will end in success. The company already has a challenge in raising capital especially through equity issuance. It was recently stopped on its tracks by lack of a quorum when it tried to raise the number of its authorized share. Had Vision Industries Corp (OTCMKTS:VIIC) got its way with the attempt at a raise, its authorized shares would have move to 10 billion from 500 million. The company has already performance massive dilution of its stock. A case in point was the period between July 7 and August 7 when the company issued 55 million common stock shares.

oh, and the days of 015? they're over.
yes...it's just a matter of when. could be as soon as before EOY or as late as a year from now...either way VPOR beats the hell out of Berkshire Hathaway if you play it right :)
lol $44 plus fees, seems legit
ask of .022 is shown at 50k but someone just took 400k+ shares at .022 and it went down 10k...anyone with L2 care to share?
well played sir
3M shares just bought at 0019...then again it could be the guy who got 2.893M at over .02 just averaging down
I'm not selling quite yet! :)
now THAT looks real. sigh.
that I can't disagree with. news would follow soon enough though, no? I mean even if iHubbers are the only ones looking for it, wouldn't it surface?
also, that filing number being wrong...to me that's a red flag...perhaps a typo?
