some might look at delays as a bad thing
some might look at delays as a good thing... taking the time to get things right
some might look at delays as just the cost of doing business
i personally know many quality building contractors who have delays (some are major delays) in their building projects
it happens often, and most are not under their control
some clients don't understand that the contractor doesn't control that the cabinet shop ran out of the specific type of paint required and their supplier for that specific color was also out (it was usually readily available) and those clients might get mad or angry or impatient, but that negativity never helps
yesterday's dsgt doesn't exist any longer
back then it was just bob silzer
now it's bob silzer, who has to satisfy rick curtis, who has to satisfy jonway and skywell, among others
and 58 dealers, don't forget 58 qualified, vetted dealers who can't wait to stock their dealerships with many of the 30 different ev models available
not every dealer will be selling all models
perhaps some are existing car dealerships
perhaps some are outdoor sport dealerships
perhaps some are delivery truck dealerships
lots to choose from
you see a delay is neither a disaster or a failure (except a failure to meet a deadline, and projected dates are not deadlines)
if that were the case, then every company on earth has failed and is a disaster
so the words used in your post do not accurately describe the facts of dsgt
again i understand your caution and i would never try to convince you to invest in dsgt
but i think you're missing out bigtime by looking backward and not forward with imperium/dsgt
i'm not investing in yesterday's dsgt or in bob silzer
i'm investing in rick curtis and the future dsgt/imperium motors
there was a time apple didn't make ipads and iphones and such
it changed drastically
there was a time when dsgt had nothing to do with the idea of electric vehicles (new energy vehicles)
that is changing, and though it hasn't had its grand opening yet, that time is getting awful close
glad to be here at the beginning
and then one day the experience center will be open and will be stocked with different vehicle models and then what????
then it'll be something else that hasn't happened yet, or something that hasn't happened in the anticipated timeframe
that's a good thing, because that means the company is growing and expanding and reaching new heights
no successful company ever rose straight to the top with no mistakes or delays and dsgt is no different
lolol
i've read some posts that said stuff like "it couldn't even hold $.12." "it couldn't even hold $.15." "it couldn't even hold $.25." But now the stock not only holds those prices, but has far exceeded them
so what a company has or has not accomplished at any particular moment in time is of little value in determining the ultimate success or failure of a company
i can't think of a single company that has already accomplished everything they've ever announced they planned on accomplishing
dsgt is getting things done, has accomplished a terrific amount, and has a terrific amount left to do
it's building something big, and i'm so glad to be here at the beginning
okay, guess i won't get an answer from you on that question
announcements of events to come are always to give people an idea of what's coming down the pike
delays are normal, even expected and calling a company a scam because there's delays is shortsighted at best
covid did a lot to delay a lot of things, or don't you remember we're in a pandemic
transportation and especially shipping has been very susceptible to delays and that is true all over the world
still dsgt has tried to keep investors in the loop and i don't know of anything they set a timeline for which is absolutely not going to happen unless they informed us of that fact (like not spinning off imperium as its own company)
again i wouldn't expect you to invest since you see dsgt the way you do
i'm so glad to be here at the beginning, and if there are some delays well i can wait for the good stuff that is to come
why don't you share with us when else dsgt had such a sustained run upward
this ain't yesterday's (or yesteryear's) dsgt
easy to see
i wouldn't want to encourage you to invest if you're skeptical
but i will say you're going to miss out big time
awww that's so sad, but
i'm so happy with my investment in dsgt/imperium motors
gonna raise the roof soon, no matter what happened in the past
Rick Curtis is the future of DSGT, over 30 years of Chinese EV experience coming to a dealership near you soon
nope. wrong.
not investing in yesterday's dsgt.
not investing in bob silzer
investing in rick curtis... said this many times
investing in a company that hasn't even begun yet and it has $5.7 MILLION in PRE-ORDERS when the Experience Center opens for business, the orders are going through the roof 58 approved, vetted dealers and growing 30 different models continent-wide reach coming soon to a dealership near you
LOLOL Nope, all wrong.
Written questions sent in ahead of time is the ONLY way to do an orderly conference call.
So the guy in investor relations working for DSGT basically called DSGT a loser company, that about right? LOLOL I might LOOK like a baby, but I wasn't born yesterday! LOLOL
LOLOLOL Right?!!!???
Why all the "concern?"
LOL LOL nope
ANYONE can post a fake phone# and name, even have it "staffed" by an unknown person on the other end of the line.
LOL LOL nope
nope. total fabrication.
I'm glad I'm not the one losing here by not buying in! BWAHAHAHA!
Gosh, why didn't I think of that! Oh yeah, because DSGT never said they had more than 2 or 3 different models, IN HAND hardly worth the effort to show actual photo. You can see pictures of the urbee on their website.
By the end of the year, they should have enough to about fill their showroom. When they've got something to show, they'll show it.
Do you have a past with DSGT as an employee or contractor?
So you're lumping Amazon together with DSGT? Great. Good by me! LOLOL
Wrong. It's CHINESE COMPANIES PUBLICLY LISTED ON US STOCK EXCHANGES which are under scrutiny.
NOT US AND CANADIAN COMPANIES WHO HAPPEN TO SELL CHINESE GOODS! LOLOL
THAT is ridiculous, because then Amazon would have to be sweating, and Walmart, and Target, and a thousand other companies! Good Lord!
The US government is concerned because Chinese companies who trade on US stock exchanges can't be regulated/inspected like US & Canadian companies can.
Don't know why people are concerned about hindrance to Chinese stocks trading in the US. DSGT IS A CANADIAN COMPANY!!!
Problem with Chinese companies has been bad/missing/misleading financial reports, with no way to confirm them!
BELIEVE IT, DSGT IS A CANADIAN COMPANY, TOTALLY TRANSPARENT AND CURRENT IN ALL ITS REPORTING. The US has NO CONCERN AT ALL with DSGT.
The fact that DSGT is selling Chinese goods is NOT A CONCERN!
Companies selling Chinese goods in the US.... too many to mention.
Target
Walmart
Amazon
Hundreds and hundreds more!
Need I go on?? LOLOL
Nope, don't know how to read them. That what you use to trade?
If so, I'll pass! LOL
LOLOL. Never seen, much less traded on such a chart. It's a, what, 2 year chart? And you think the trend is down?
Smarter to look at last 6 months. Trend is UP UP UP! But, you see what you want to! LOL
BAD chart reading. The trend is up, and in fact has held support!
Very entertaining, since it has nothing to do with reality!
Very entertaining, since it has little to nothing to do with reality!
Yeah, I'd like to find that pr too, because now that I think back on it, I think the agreement was renewable at DSGT's (Imperium's) sole discretion, which is about as good as it gets!
JONWAY and SKYWELL. Do some research and see what they own, what they sell, what they're worth. BILLIONS! And what is arguably the most lucrative market in the world? NORTH AMERICA!
And so these BILLION $$$$ companies are now going to entrust their entire entry/sales in all of North America at the very beginning of the worldwide explosion of EV's to DSGT and HOPE it goes okay? LOLOL
Believe it that they have their ducks in a row and have hedged their bets. They KNOW DSGT and Imperium are going to succeed, and they will do whatever they can to ensure that happens. (can you say BANKROLL?)
I forget how long also, but I know it was renewable... I would imagine, as long as they produce... which seems to be no problem, what with 58 qualified dealers ALREADY!!!
You do that. Can't wait! BWAHAHAHA!
I think we'll hit $ .65 this run, then $1.25 in another month!
Glad to be here before the beginning! LOL
nope, not even close
nope
I think Bob & Rick are underestimating the revenue for 2021! I think the reality will blow the doors off their current estimate.
(By the way, the $40 MILLION estimate was made BEFORE the Skywell ET5 and the Skywell busses and I believe before the Jonway Terra e Pickup truck)!
In fact, even WITHOUT the Skywell SUV & Jonway Pickup and Skywell busses, they figured the second half of 2021 would be have much greater revenue than the first half.
So $40 Million is uber conservative!
nope
By the way, Jonway & Skywell are both MULTI - BILLION $$$$ companies! Have you SEEN Skywell's factory complex? HUUUUGE would be an understatement! I believe Jonway's new factory, meant to be dedicated to fulfilling North American orders (ie: Imperium's), is being expanded to over 1,000,000 sq. ft.!! (could be under on that figure!).
What DSGT and Imperium are building is a HUGE, complex, and very lucrative arrangment, believe it!!!
In fact, in their conference call a month ago they made it clear there would be no more toxic convertibles, but also indicated there was debt to be repaid, indicating it was being done 1) at much better rates than toxic convertibles, and 2) by people friendly to the company (ie: who want the company to succeed.....again why I think Jonway and/or Skywell are involved).
If they were to take out a toxic convertible debenture, they would have to report it in an official filing. Notice there haven't been any.
