Oh wait, they ARE BUYING!!!! $SEEK shares is what they are buying lol.
Nobody was calling it a fake document within 4 hours of it being posted. Everyone checked it out and found it to be real. Statement false.
Now SG responds to the document, that "some" said he wouldn't do because he was hiding. Statement false.
Because reading between the imaginary lines is what "some" like to do, is not scaring me out of my position with $SEEK!!!!
I choose to believe in SG until he proves me wrong (which I'm not expecting)
Go $SEEK!!!! Long & Strong!!!!
I agree... The fact that he responded on facebook makes little difference to me. The point is... HE ADDRESSED THE ISSUE! Maybe he is away for the holidays and that was his main way to respond? Who cares? Question asked and answered.
Everyone should rest easy now.
No R/S anytime in the near future!!!!
Go $SEEK!!!!
Someone else posted this once before and I apologize that I don't remember who did but,
If you look at most successful companies, you will see that almost all of them, at one point or another, have had an increase in A/S for many of the same reasons... We are talking about billion $ companies now so, do some DD, relax and stay a while.
Don't get scared out of your shares!
Holding my millions of shares long and strong!!!!
Go $SEEK!!!!

Definition of 'Authorized Share Capital'
The number of stock units that a publicly traded company can issue as stated in its articles of incorporation, or as agreed upon by shareholder vote. Authorized share capital is often not fully used by management in order to leave room for future issuance of additional stock in case the company needs to raise capital quickly. Another reason to keep shares in the company treasury is to retain a controlling interest in the company.
Also be called "authorized stock," "authorized shares" or "authorized capital stock."

Investopedia explains 'Authorized Share Capital'
Stock exchanges may require companies to have a minimum amount of authorized share capital as a requirement of being listed on the exchange. For example, the London Stock Exchange requires that a public limited company have at least £50,000 of authorized share capital to be listed. Authorized share capital may be greater than the shares available for trading. The shares that have actually been issued to the public and to the company's employees are known as "outstanding shares."

Truth is A/S increase can be a great thing
Urgent read Positive reasons for A/S increase:-Actually, no its not. Let me explain, first just because they issue additional authorized shares does not mean they can cash in so to speak.
In addition, my experience has been most times when a company wishes to increase authorized shares is to retain control of their company usually from hostile take overs. I will explain further, because I looked at etrade stock recently, they made a drop on opinions not facts, and their diminished price is pretty attractive for a company to offer $8 almost double, and what they are worried about is the shareholders would be willing for the $8 although the true value may be higher.
So in conculsion, they use the authorized shares as a protection measure from any change of control of ownership, in addition they can also use their authorized shares to acquire other companies rather than using their cash (of which they have in excess of 2 billion) they can use stock for stock transaction and actually increase wealth to the company of which increases wealth to your share.
So actually no it is not bad when a company increases authorized shares.

I don't know... Maybe with some of the 3+ million he has left from the line of credit???
Maybe with some of the $780,163 in sales???
Go $SEEK!!!!
Just to play "devil's advocate"... That would be true "if" October did generate $250,000. It may have been lower and it may not have. Either way, growth is growth and heading in a positive direction.
Go $SEEK!!!!
Then why are you here?
Go $SEEK!!!!
Lol, very true.
Go $SEEK!!!!
It has been the week of Dec. 16th since early Nov. & specifically Dec. 19th after closing bell since 12/02/2013... People need to do some DD and get your ducks in a row before you start talking trash without anything to back it up...
GLTA...
Go $SEEK!!!!
After closing bell.
Go $SEEK!!!!
No worries... Thought you were asking.
Go $SEEK!!!!
The 2011 & 2012 numbers were filed back in Nov. The preliminary unaudited 2013 numbers will be out tomorrow after closing bell. The 2011 & 2012 numbers were not good but, they weren't supposed to be good... They were just filed to make SEEK current. That caused the yield sign to be removed from this stock. Numbers tomorrow will show much more revenue and growth then Q3 numbers so far this year. Fiscal year ended Nov. 30th so we will be getting preliminary Q4 and total 2013.
Go $Seek!!!!
Well said!!!!
Dec. 16th is the date to expect news on financials.
Excellent post! Could not have said it any better...
GO $SEEK long and strong!!!!!!
Great positive article here IMO...

GO $SEEK!!!!
Definitely do your own DD! All the info is out there if you want to see it. Just don't follow any one poster on here, some are correct and some twist everything into their own words. I have been in since .0007 and haven't looked back. Big news lately was going from PINK LIMITED to PINK CURRENT. While that may not be huge news in of itself, the CEO said we would be filing for current status the week of Nov. 4th and that is EXACTLY what happened! IMO, CEO is a stand up guy...
I am long on $SEEK so I'm not influenced by these daily fluctuations or bashers. The only reason I check this board is for my own amusement basically. With all that has been going on the past couple months, I consider it my own DD to stay informed.
JMO
GLTY
GO $SEEK!!!!
I totally agree... The only reason I've been watching so closely lately is because of all that's been coming down the pike recently. Normally I just let it sit and don't even think about it but, with all that's happening, it's very interesting to watch the clowns bash and panic. It could drop back down to .0020 and it wouldn't phase me one bit. I would still more than double my $.
Not going anywhere for a LOOOOOONG time!
Go $SEEK!!!!
Well said... I don't know where some of these bashers on here got the idea that the filings today were going to show huge growth or stellar profits? No one ever even speculated they would be anything more then past documentaion so $SEEK would be current. A precursor to uplisting...
They just want to twist everything their own little way to bring this stock down.
Never going to work on me or any other longs!!!!
$SEEK, long and strong!!!!
Well said. I totally agree!
Go $SEEK!!!! Holding fast!
another day, another basher... I don't think I've heard a MORE WRONG statement today. gl2y
GO $SEEK!
Holding fast.... long and strong!
GO $SEEK!!!!
Ummm, you may want to check your math... 1,000,000 shares at .02 is worth $20,000.00
Just sayin
In my opinion,
Due Diligence,
Is
Overwhelmingly
Triumphant in
SEEK
No worries here! Holding fast and long on SEEK... Gonna laugh when all the shorts are crying when this hits .01+
WEEK OF NOV. 4TH EVERYONE... That means Nov. 4th through Nov. 8th.
Well, you're entitled to your opinion. I disagree, I think putting out news of future plans will only help SEEK in the long run. Was it news that brought big buys in today? No, of course not but, I'd rather head into 2014 with an idea of what lies ahead than nothing at all... I would rather have a CEO that keeps investors informed then in the dark no matter how small the news.
JMO
As someone that used to work in an industry that frequented "trade shows", I can say this for a 100% fact... you CANNOT underestimate the power and networking that a trade show provides! This is excellent news for SEEK and it will benefit the company exponentially!
Look at it the simplest way possible... you are at a podiatry trade show and you OWN podiatrists.com. Don't you think that would gain some attention? Think it through...
GO SEEK!
