Somebody via House #1 ANON is sweating bullets while Seller via #85 Scotia is still shorting IMHO like a bandit. He must be taught a lesson. c,mon everybody take your certs or ensure your shares are unshortable ina CASH ACCT and put your broker or brokerage house on notice. Best way is go stick in a seller order say at $35.00 so with active sell order they may have to go retrive your shares to cover their butt and if need be lower your sell price to a # like $25 or something where you could handle parting co.
Just a thought
Here is trading by House on ANY via the TSXv today. #85, #2, #79, #1 are primary short houses and if we all qwork hard re long positions going into Cash Accounts with sell order in at $25.00 or taking our certificates out of our respective accounts we'll see short squeeze start to take effect. doesn't matter whther you have 300, 500, 1000, 1,500, 5,000, or 10,000 shares it all adds up to help trigger a short squeeze. Of 23.3 M shs issued I am told no more than 16 M shs are free trading so if we pull 2M shs of 16M free out of Margin Accts etc that 12.5% of the total free trading shs that will send the shorters running to cover by necessity not by choice of their own ..

Favorite arguments of one of the shorters here on this forum last week was the following:
They throw out these big (industry) numbers to promote … that’s how it’s done with the Spec. Tech stocks
...................................."Do you really think DELL, VMWare INTEL and Redhat would have brought them in if they were a scam? How does Sphere 3D INTEGRATE technology into a MAJOR product in connection with DELL if they are a scam?"
Still mostly just talk about how much money is spent on Cloud Tech … including hardware, which has nothing to do with ANY
.........................................."NOBODY is still really paying attention to what ANY does down in the US Investment Community. Sphere 3D can or will make hardware obsolete"
A few of us have started checking out other young cloud based companies to see where we could go once Spiffy's revenue starts. None of the 3 below are profitable, but, they all now have large cash positions and are Nasdaq listed -

Exactly nyt!
$10 per month for the privilege to pay $0.20 per minute internationally is presently what I describe as perhaps "the best of still a bad deal" there courtesy of cell phone networks in the US, CDA, or Europe.
See the respected "UK Guardian Newspaper" article hyper-link in my previous post accompanying the Sept 16th NR stating basically that the EU wishes complete removal of roaming fees amongst all European carriers. they feel it would help the EU Economy to lose them entirely.
T-Mobile is throwing you Americans a bone. Rogers, BELL, and TELUS in Canada sitting back and watching big bros in the US and squawked and complained re VERIZON possibly coming to Canada.

Voip-Pal.com Inc. Discusses its Mobile Gateway Technology as a Solution for the European Union’s Plan to End Roaming Charges
September 16, 2013 05:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time
BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Voip-Pal.com Inc. (“Voip-Pal”) (OTC Pink: VPLM) a technical leader in the broadband Voice-over-Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) industry addressed how its Mobile Gateway technology could serve as a solution to the European Union’s desire to bring an end to mobile roaming charges. The plan put forth last week calls for a two year phase out of roaming fees beginning in July of 2014, along with implementing price caps of EU-wide calls at the level of long-distance calls within a country. The proposed changes are part of a broader plan to fix the EU’s fragmented telecoms market and encourage investment in new high-speed networks.
The plan is receiving opposition from such large network owners as Vodafone, Orange and O2 owner Telefonica. They warn that these proposals could cost them billions of dollars in lost revenues by forcing operators to offer a flat rate at home or abroad for calls, texts and internet connections across Europe. Neelie Kroes, EU Commissioner for Digital Affairs called roaming charges a “cash cow” for operators and “a disproportionate irritant for travelers.”
Voip-Pal’s Mobile Gateway is a solution to the growing global problem associated with roaming charges. Mobile Gateway is a sophisticated application that uses a phone’s existing mobile network and leverages local reserved phone numbers from wherever the call originates, allowing the user to make a long distance or international call at the same billing rate as a local call. Mobile Gateway technology also applies to SMS and data.
Dr. Thomas Sawyer, Chairman and CEO of Voip-Pal stated, “Anyone who has travelled to the European Union, Africa, or Asia has experienced the frustration of choosing between very expensive hotel telephone rates or paying exorbitant roaming charges. Neither is a desirable choice. I have paid almost US$1 per minute for roaming charges.
While the European Union is attempting to pass legislation to abolish roaming charges in the future, VoIP-Pal currently has the technology to negate roaming charges for all customers. This capability could offer an alternative to the EU Commission for Digital Affairs to alleviate tourists’ complaints.”
The Company also announced that a White Paper has been prepared in order to provide greater understanding of Voip-Pal’s patent portfolio and serve as a guide explaining how Voip-Pal’s technology solves many issues relating to VoIP communications. The White Paper is expected to be posted on voip-pal.com today.

LET's COMPARE BRASS TAX RE T-MOBILE's offering
Why we should be so happy on tis T-Mobile Offering. VPLM's MOBILE GATEWAY you better believe it but mrrhodes thanks for that link but it is still not free.
The T-MOBILE Plan is certainly an improvement but it isn't free.
The industry has been hosing us for years and they're offering a $10 per month plan for the right to get charged only $0.20 per minute per Int'l call made on your cell phone.
while it is a big change versus current "Total Rip-Off Charges IMHO by MAJOR PLAYERS, here's what I'm stuck in Canada amongst what we describe as our Big 3".
Our domestic rates are close to the highest in the world and when we cross the border, check this out.... I drive down to Seattle for a NCAA DIV 1 Football Game for the University of Washington Huskies or a Seattle Seahawks game, no more than 24 48 hrs.
Only recently I used to have to buy a 3,15,30 day plan before crossing the border for approx. or so $30,$45, $80.00 plus tax even though you were going over for likely less than 24hours.
No choice until very recently of them offering a 1 day plan for $8.99 plus tax. Big woo. A good laugh as its hard to download as you drive down the hwy as you have a time period with which to get it. If you fly internationally say Vancouver or Calgary to LA, pretty difficult subscribing to it from LAX Int'l.
Once I hit the BC- WA border a text mssg. via the networks there AT&T or T-Mobile? goes for I believe $0.75 per text message and a call for somewhere from $1.25 or $1.70 per minute. yep on top of yr on top of what I pay my CDN carrier...Really horrible so my data gets shut down while roaming.
I hate the obligatory calls from my gal asking me so where are you now? ka-ching-ching-ching. Our new great deal is to purchase a one day pckg for $8.99 plus tax. No opting out on the data they include wit it.
That shows you how much money these mobile Carriers charge and make. So per below, it's better?, better than th ecurrent hose job indeed but not free by any means ..$10 x 12 mos = $120 per yr for the privilege to pay only $0.20 per minute Int'l talk time.

T-Mobile Makes the World Your Network — at No Extra Charge and Now Delivers Nationwide 4G LTE
T-Mobile customers to enjoy unlimited data and texting worldwide — at no extra charge
Also slashes calling rates from U.S. — now never more than 20 cents per minute with Stateside International Talk & Text feature
Announces multiyear partnership with international superstar Shakira
NEW YORK, Oct 09, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) --T-Mobile US, Inc. (NYSE:TMUS), America’s new No. 1 choice in wireless, is again upending and innovating the wireless industry, delivering unlimited global data at no extra charge in 100+ countries — making the company’s home data coverage area larger than AT&T’s and Verizon’s combined.
Tonight, at a concert event for thousands of its customers at New York’s Bryant Park, featuring international superstar and new T-Mobile collaborator Shakira, the Un-carrier announced that it is tearing down borders and walking away from the U.S. wireless industry practice of charging exorbitant international roaming rates.
“The cost of staying connected across borders is completely crazy,” said John Legere, president and CEO of T-Mobile US, Inc. “Today’s phones are designed to work around the world, but we’re forced to pay insanely inflated international connectivity fees to actually use them. You can’t leave the country without coming home to bill shock. So we’re making the world your network — at no extra cost.”
Americans take about 55 million trips to destinations outside the U.S. every year. When U.S. customers use their phones abroad the way they normally do at home, their costs often total $1,000 a day or more. So more than 40 percent of customers turn off data roaming completely. Another 20 percent more say they would if they knew how. The toll these roaming fees take on individuals and businesses is huge. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, wireless customers face a hard choice — use their phone when they need it and pay through the nose, or cut off communications to contain costs.
“It doesn’t have to be this way,” Legere said. “The truth is that the industry’s been charging huge fees for data roaming. But what’s most surprising is that no one’s called them out — until now.”
T-Mobile tonight announced that it’s expanding the home data coverage for most Simple Choice customers to include more than 100 countries, at no extra charge.
Starting Oct. 31, these Simple Choice individual and business customers automatically get unlimited data and texting in more than 100 Simple Global countries worldwide, and they will only pay a global flat rate of 20 cents per minute for voice calls when roaming in the same countries. Eligible customers on T-Mobile’s popular Simple Choice plan won’t have to activate anything or pay an extra monthly fee.
And, for customers in the U.S. wanting a saner, more affordable way to stay connected with friends, family and colleagues worldwide, T-Mobile’s got them covered, too.
The company announced tonight its new Stateside International Talk & Text feature for discounted calling and texting from the U.S. to all Simple Global countries. Customers never pay more than 20 cents a minute to any number in any Simple Global country, including mobile to mobile.
Calls to landlines in more than 70 of these countries are unlimited and included at no extra cost. Unlimited texting is also included to all countries. Stateside International Talk & Text is available to most Simple Choice customers for just $10 a month.
The headlines re T-Mobile drops roaming fees is just a wee bit of an exaggeration. Lowering them but not dropping them. GOD BLESS MISLEADING HEADLINES....thought it sounded too good to be true. See below
P.S. the stock is up 54% since May and I'd be a seller. Just because T-Mobile beats expectations Wall Street jumped on it. guess who is taking profits on it now. Clink. hope th epenny just dropped for you on their shares and this announcement.
T-Mobile drops international data roaming fees
Text Size Published: Thursday, 10 Oct 2013 | 8:57 AM ET
T-Mobile US said it will offer cheaper international options, including texting and data downloads with no extra fees for customers who are traveling overseas as it hopes to gain customers from its rivals.
The offering, which also includes unlimited U.S. calls to overseas landlines for a $10 monthly fee, is the latest effort by the No. 4 US mobile operator to distinguish itself from bigger rivals and claw back years of customer losses.
T-Mobile US, which is also capping overseas voice-roaming charges at 20 cents per minute, said Wednesday the new offers will be available for customers roaming in about 115 countries starting on Oct 31. It will be available for customers who sign up for its Simple Choice service plans starting at $50 per month.
"This is going to be solving one of the biggest pain points that people have," T-Mobile US Chief Executive John Legere told reporters ahead of the launch, referring to the extraordinarily expensive mobile phone bills that often shock consumers.
Legere said operators generate billions of dollars a year at margins as high as 90 percent from roaming charges that can climb into thousands of dollars for just a short trip.
T-Mobile itself currently charges $10 to $15 per megabyte of data for overseas data roaming fees, according to Chief Marketing Officer Mike Sievert.
However, the company does not expect a decline in roaming revenue as a result of the elimination of data roaming fees, according to Legere, who said T-Mobile's revenue from traveling customers is far smaller than its rivals.
Legere said the company expects to make more money from voice calls because he sees the new international options encouraging customers to turn on their phones when they are traveling, instead of leaving them at home for fear of excessive fees.
As a result of the change, the executive also said he expects "to get a rather significant customer addition both on the consumer side and the business side."
T-Mobile US is typically known for serving consumers rather than business customers.
Although the company did not make changes to its agreements with roaming partners overseas, it estimated the service change would still be profitable for the company even if it resulted in 50 times more overseas network usage.
T-Mobile also announced on Wednesday that it had upgraded its network at home with high-speed wireless services in areas with coverage for just over 200 million people, roughly three months ahead of its year-end deadline for the milestone.
The announcement was the third big move in T-Mobile's strategy revamp. It announced the first step in March when it stopped offering service contracts and handset subsidies with a view to giving customers more flexibility.
In July it followed up with smartphone installment payment plans that gave users the option to upgrade their smartphones more often. Its three bigger rivals, AT&T, Verizon Wireless and Sprint, followed with their own versions of the installment plans.
Legere said the company would unveil more service changes in coming months as part of its so-called un-carrier strategy.
So far T-Mobile's new tactics appear to be reaping rewards as the company ended four years of subscriber net losses in the second quarter when it reported subscriber growth that blew past Wall Street expectations.
As of Wednesday, the company's shares have risen more than 54 percent since their New York Stock Exchange debut on May 1.

Doubtful that VPLM would hire Stubbs for sh#ts and giggles indeed. Go to their web-site and note their client list. Looks like they were twice involved in the sale and acquisition of SKYPE.com?
SO IS CONSENSUS then that the stock is consolidating here taking a breather after the run to a high of .21? That's a 28.6% back down from the high. Rule of thumb is approx 30% after a run isn't it?

Disruptive Technology in the VoIP Industry
The Washington based company Voip-Pal, has acquired and co-developed a patent portfolio that has recently come to fruition which will prove to be disruptive technology to the industry and has been valued in the billions by experts in the field. Their patents are all VoIP related and are the foundation for all future VoIP communications. The total portfolio contains 5 patents. Three have been issued and the 4th was allowed last month by the USPTO.
One of their more significant patents, Routing, Billing and Rating (RBR), has been issued with a date of September 27, 2013. Upon its issuance a multi-billion dollar patent infringement was immediately created. Industry experts estimate that the RBR technology will generate in excess of $1 billion per year in revenues because it will require a licensing fee to be paid on every single VoIP call placed on the planet. Skype users alone account for over 2 billion minutes of VoIP calls placed each and everyday, requiring RBR technology.
The first patent the Company had issued was Lawful Intercept. Microsoft had applied for a patent entitled Legal Intercept which was remarkably similar to Voip-Pal's patent. Microsoft's Legal Intercept patent was denied by the USPTO, having been applied for, 2 years after Voip-Pal's Lawful Intercept. Currently Lawful Intercept is the only patented method for stealth interception of VoIP communications, i.e. SKYPE, Vonage, Magic Jack etc including SMS text and MMS picture messages. Lack of interception capability has resulted in SKYPE being banned in several countries.
Voip-Pal's most recent patent allowance, Mobile Gateway will drastically reduce roaming charges and save mobile users billions of dollars each year. Mobile Gateway is a sophisticated application that uses a phone’s existing mobile network and leverages local reserved phone numbers from wherever the call originates, allowing the user to make a long distance or international call at the same billing rate as a local call. The high cost of roaming has become such a significant global problem that the EU recently placed price caps on what European telecom companies can charge. They are also pursuing a plan to phase out roaming charges all together. Mobile Gateway technology provides a solution for mobile carriers and consumers.

Enhanced 911 is another patent in Voip-Pal patent portfolio. Issued with a date of September 17, 2013, is a way by which VoIP callers to 9-1-1 can have their calls tracked back in the event the call is lost. Until now that capability has not been available. This technology will save lives.

Earlier this year Voip-Pal announced that they had been contacted by representatives of Fortune 500 companies interested in acquiring the company and its patents upon their issuance. Despite the company's approximate $60 M market cap, It is widely held opinion or view that VPLM’s patent portfolio could generate billions in revenues. Voip-Pal stated objective is to develop the patent portfolio in order to sell or license the patents.
Their New Law Firm just hired seems to be a heavy weight.

3./ highlight/ click on Publication Number ..enter the # 20110122827 ...hit search and you’ll see that this is the # for Mobile Gateway
4./ highlight publication # to be typed in the box .... 20100150328 ..hit search and you’ll see for RBR ... under Transaction History Heading I notice on 8-20-13 “Dispatch to FDC” which I understand means that ..when it goes to “Final Data Capture” it is the final step before a patent can be officially issued.
Once it is there usually about 2 weeks later after it gets to “FDC” the inventor is usually given an issue date approx 2-3 wks seems to be the norm.
“RBR will be issued effective ####” .this is what happened with Lawful Intercept, and on Enhanced 911 went to FDC on 8-15-13 then an issue notification was mailed 8-28-13 so same similar happens each time.
5./ highlight publication # to be typed in the box ..... 20100172345 hit search and you’ll see for Enhanced 911
