Well let's be honest here, the only reason the pps went up in the first place was bc JB got out of jail.
Why would only $100 worth of shares trade?
We are all very appreciative. Some of us are patiently waiting and it's great to see some good evidence for once. Certain people on here might think it's a hoax though.
Barry, I applaud your strategy.
I'm not giving up on the company until I see what JB does when his legal troubles are behind him and he's working full time in the lab. After that, then it's fair to see what the company's direction is.
Printing 500 million more shares obviously was not illegal or the SEC would be all over it. That stuff doesn't go unnoticed.
So much for a 100/1 reverse split
I've never seen or heard a situation like this before. What does this mean? Bourque shorted people cash when people were selling shares?
Yea but I don't see where you got those names from. Give me step 3 for that.
Where is this on the BI website?
Hey Doug, I may have missed the post but whatever happened to JBs latest hearing?
He probably didn't put all the details because what is there to stop someone from changing one little part of the ingredients and then them be able to do the same thing. It was probably smart that he didn't put in all the details in the patent.
Well there was no announcement of batteries or of JB returning to the company this past week. Maybe this coming week?
I completely agree with you jbwrench. But I still think we should stick to armor as one of the many products that Bourque has to offer. Or at least license it out to other armor manufactures.
That does seem like good news.
You mean they're not going to file for bankruptcy?
I was reading that Dragonox bought shares in multiple companies from Ironridge.
And why would Dragonox accept the sale of 5% of the company if there is no future in it.
Thank you for fixing my question (seriously). I think as long as BI owns the patents, then the company is worth more than where it's at now.
Who owns the patents to Bourque? JB or the company?
Who is Dragonox and what do they do?
Well there's no doubt that they're broke.
I think with JB getting out, were in a "honeymoon" stage, I think the pps is going to drop a little bit by next week. But with JB out of prison, maybe we'll see some progress in BI.
Im truly convinced that JB is manipulating the pps. Is that inside trading without making info public?
Yes you're right when it comes to limited liability but executives are still liable. Somebody is held accountable.
People have been buying a lot of BORK stock lately. Tax returns?
Anyone know if JB got out of prison or not?
How do you know there is a big contract announcement comming?
Are you the Full Circle Trust in this company?
The minority share holders wouldn't have the voting power, but possibly influential power? Minority shareholders have the power while JB is in jail with no voting rights yes? His preferred shares don't mean anything right now.
pps is $0.0085. Well this isn't good. I was really hoping it would stay at $0.01 for awhile.
Does anybody know anything about Jared Philip Metz? The person with 12% of the common shares?
Also, not a single sale was recorded this quarter.
From my understanding from reading these post that Bork has exhausted all of it's shares to sell. Are there ways to create more shares to sell or is that not an option?
As shareholders, are there ways to keep JB out of the company? I think that was the largest mistake was having JB at the helm of the company who has no experience in business, sales, or really anything. The only thing is that he probably knows the product better than anybody.
Yea I totally agree. If JB loses his company, he might as well as to not have even started it up in the first place.
Does anyone know how long his sentence is?
What is the point of appointing interim CEOs instead of appointing a permanent CEO?
