I look for a fracking company to come in and buy up cheap gas and oil leases. To convert the holdings has to involve some legal resolution.
Stated very well Track and that is what I'm doing, because one day this will all have to surface and there will need to be reconciliation to legitimize any ventures.
It was a Scottrade alert e-mail about Atlas Energy and the New Atlas as follows:
"New Atlas will enter into a separate and distribution agreement with Atlas Energy to effect the separation and distribution and provide a framework for New Atlas's relationship with Atlas Energy after the separation and will also enter into an employee matters agreement and operating agreement for certain Atlas Energy's assets in Tennessee."
I just received a notice from my broker that one of my Appalachian based energy stocks, mainly fracking operations, is doing a separation and merger, and the new company will enter into an operating agreement with certain assets in Tennessee.
Hmmmm! I'm wondering if MGLG's sudden pulse has anything to do with this.
The "60 Minutes" news will air Sunday night and the Market won't open until Tuesday morning - less than 3 hours to decide. WooHooo!
I just saw on CBS this morning that the late Bob Simon will have a segment on this Sunday's "60 Minutes" about tobacco plants being used for Ebola drug ZMapp. iBio may be in this news segment.
A pulse - Its alive!!!!!
I do believe it exists and is a profitable company, but its assets are in China... Who really knows what its PPS is????
Whoaaa! A 3233% gain today!!! Go MGLG!!
You are right mick - You can get Providine at Walmart - it's a good topical antiseptic, much like what Lysol and Chlorox would kill, but you sure wouldn't want to inject into the body.
A suspected case now in Missouri. If things start snow-balling in the US, I may start investing in Chlorox Bleach.
Missouri - Possible infected Ebola patient, just returning from W. Africa, in hospital outside St. Louis, MO. Just heard on radio.
Just heard on local radio, possible Ebola infected person in Missouri back from W. Africa in Hospital outside St. Louis.
"Are you serious Clark?"
Whoaaa! - I hope they get that transfusion right!
You are right Kraken. Should see a law suit anytime now, from "Skip, Slip, & Hyde", or maybe they heard a siren go by.
Ditto, Ditto!!
Lode- My sincere prayers for you. I also have 8M shares at $13K.. It's only money Lode. I give you 16 zillion prayers for you tonight. You'll do OK.
Jay
There is a proposal before Congress to enact the "Mike Brown Law" (Ferguson) which will mandate all cops and cop cars in the US to have cams.
My friend in Russia told me all POV's there have dash cams. Also, all old cams that are analog and fuzzy and going to HD - this is Ambarella!
New kid on the block here. Ferguson, MO will move this company with HD body/dash cams mandatory on all cops and cop cars. I'm looking for all pov cars in US to soon have dash cams as in Russia as a deterrent to insurance fraud, violations, etc., etc.
Artdo, I definitely believe there is something of value with MGLG going on more than what I know or am privy to know.
They're "bird-doggin" something for a reason!
Ferguson, MO.
Someone felt $500 was a worthwhile investment today!
Somebody here knows something, or else these moderators wouldn't be hanging out here.
Same here LODE. Never say never. Like Dumb and Dumber, if there's a 1 in a million chance, then I got a chance! It's like buying a lottery ticket, and I'll bet all of these nay-sayers have played the lottery.
Go Cardinals!
It is the John Sevier Power Plant. There is a coal fired and the new gas fired plant together. the gas facility became operational in April 2012. There getting a lot of gas from somewhere nearby.
That's correct and I recall it was to be named the Siever or Seiver Power Plant in Eastern Tenn.
...and that mandate is for coal-fired power plants.
Maybe there is a need for this company with the new mandate by the President and EPA to cut carbon emissions by 20% beginning next year. Pres. Obama is to announce that June 2, 2014.
I just heard this also on the radio the other day. They did not mention any companies, but they said there is an estimated 4 billion barrels of oil also in this location of the UK that fracking companies are going after. I would hope our MGLG is into fracking of oil or gas as that is the key to successful oil and gas production.
I agree with you artdo. Gas fracking companies are going like gang busters in Appalachia. If MGLG has gas property leases, there's opportunity.
You're exactly right Grand. I'm holding.
Something changed overnight - Scottrade is showing something different with my Mkt Value now.
I'm with you on that Trackkwizzard!
And me three.
What ever happened to this company? Are they producing anything?
Where did everyone go???
Then it is trading. That's also more than it used to do!
I wonder why the sudden interest artdo? Hmmmmm?
LODE and Space, please explain to me how can the SEC, Scottrade, etal, allow MGLG to be bought if it were totally defunct and not a legitimate company? Wouldn't that be illegal? Did they not have to meet some legitimate criteria to get re-instated? Please advise!
