All I can say is WOW!!!!! Feels like 1994 again. I hope we can sustain this price level and slowly continue to rise.
Could it be the financing people buying in to boost their return on investment? Or just the fact that they have received additional monies is driving interest in the stock?
Me too! But I have my doubts and something great would mean we are headed straight to $0.10.. hehe
Although something is definetly up as the volume is certainly way over the top. Do you know what may be driving it? I haven't seen any news.
.0007!!! I knew I should have bought more @ .0003... :)
Sorry, I guess there was a glitch in the trading system.. I gave myself a heart attack. I couldn't believe that this stock was kill me...

OT: You guys should check out Now Auto NWAU... There is a board for it here. It is a company that has actually been doing what they state they will do within reasonable time frames. I bought in at about a $1.00 and it's trading at a about $1.50.
Veltex Corporation Announces Explorer June Sales to Exceed Budget
CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., June 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Veltex Corporation (OTC: VLXC) today announced that
June sales for its most recent acquisition, Explorer Promotional Products Canada, would be ahead of forecast with an
8% improvement on sales for the same month in 2004.
Javeed Matin, Chairman of the Veltex Group commented, "We are delighted with the result. Synergies between the
companies have also allowed us to reduce operating costs in Canada and maintain sales volumes. Clearly Explorer is a
mature company with excellent penetration in the Canadian Promotional Marketplace." He added, "the addition of a
Fall line in Canada should further improve profitability as sales will be increased with little additional overhead costs."
Commenting from Canada, Benji Falkenstein, Vice-President and a twenty year industry stalwart said, "the new fall
collection represents outstanding quality and value and has already been extremely well received by our major
customers."
The collection, which includes twill shirts, fleece and denim jackets will be marketed under existing brands.
Falkenstein added, "Traditionally we have only marketed Spring and Summer offerings and the addition of the Fall
product should increase sales significantly."
Veltex currently has approximately ten million shares outstanding and forecasts that 2005 total revenues will
exceed $60 million with net earnings easily surpassing $1.00 per share.
On June 1, 2005 Veltex acquired the Promotional Products Division of Explorer Headgear, www.explorergear.com,
which was renamed "Veltex Canada." DBA Veltex-Explorer. Veltex Corporation is now rapidly expanding its
international reach and is looking for further synergistic acquisitions to complement its aggressive global growth
objectives.
Veltex Corporation is a vertical manufacturing, import and distribution company composed of four divisions: Veltex

the price of the stock was down .10...
Down .10 on good news????
Hello Everyone,
Just dropping by to say, "Hello!" I can't believe we are still here and the stock hasn't moved from the .0003 - .0005 range, no press releases, no shares issued from the spin-offs. Does anyone else think we have been scammed?
I disagree that "If an investor did not know that a Top-Flight deal already existed with Explorer it would appear as a new deal." If an investor read the article it states in the first paragraph that, "Top-Flite products were previously marketed by Explorer Headgear. However, Veltex recently acquired the Promotional Products Division of Explorer Headgear, www.explorergear.com, which was renamed "Veltex Canada", DBA Veltex-Explorer. As a result of this acquisition, Veltex Explorer will continue to aggressively market this excellent, recognizable brand in Canada." No new deal there.
Just because companies had agreements with Explorer doesn't mean they will maintain those relationships with Veltex Explorer. So annpounceing that a company has renewed with Veltex Explorer is an informative and positive bit of infomation, what we may not know is who doesn't renew.
Go Veltex!
I would suggest you hold all you can... Anyone else here suspect a buyout?

Agreed. Which is why I am asking about share count, are new shares be dumped on the market?
Although on the positive side at this price level and volume, I suspect a very positive news release is on the way. Hopefully it can and will be substantiated with verifiable facts and not a lot of fluff.
Just my opinion...
Something appears to be going on 10,000 shares @ 1.15... rawnoc any new info on share count?
and? What's your point?
$5000 for 4 month contract
Well that would explain the spike on the 12th and 13th... Just don't understand why the momentum didn't continue.
Yep still have, em...
BAHAHAHAHA.... Personal Air Bag.. you had to remind me. That put this stock right on the line between scam and real for me.
I'm sorry I disagree with the general concensus on that as a good idea. I guess that one just goes beyond my limited vision.
I know they we were told they were still working on it... :( How about a prospectus on the new companies before the shares are distributed? This company communicates less than any other except about their patents. I want to know about cash flow and operating costs and sales. Did you hold on to Trey?
Hope all is well by you! :)
hehehe... first of all I didn't claim anything.
Second of all what I did say in my second post is:
"That's if 900 sales were clompleted. Not sure if you have ever done sales or marketing, but of the 900 if 2% (18) actually ordered that would be considered average and if each place an avg order of $40,000 that woud be $720,000..."
To have made 18 sales based on a trade show attendance of 45,000 I do not feel to be unreasonable and would have probably met my objectives (If I were the one showing).
An average of $40,000 I also believe is not overstated.
nice!
would you please supply a link to that PR?
Thanks.
So where is this news? Please don't be the MM of pumpers.
That's if 900 sales were clompleted. Not sure if you have ever done sales or marketing, but of the 900 if 2% (18) actually ordered that would be considered average and if each place an avg order of $40,000 that woud be $720,000. This seems more realistic to me. Might be too conservative for sonme of you, but until Veltex can communicate Qtrly sales reports we are all just guessing.
Go Veltex!
thanks... but you get my drift.. guess I slept through that class as well...
I'd like to know when the spin offs will be finalized. I'd also like to know if this company will ever produce finacials and if they plan to ever get off the pinks.
I am long on this stock and would nothing more than to see it take off like a rocket, but your statement, "This news is old, but it shows that sales can EXCEED $1 Million per trade show!!!" is not true... This PR shows that trade shows can potentially get our product seen buy, in this case, 45,000 people. Of the 45,000 attendees if 2% or 9000 took the time to talk to Veltex or even picked up a catalog that would be great. Just because the PR states that Veltex expects total orders to exceed 1 million doesn't mean it will happen, in fact we do not know how many orders were actually closed from this show. I expect this stock to reach $30 a share by November. Do you think it will happpen?
maybe .00055 ;)
WTF!!!!!! You're comparing Kerry with Hitler!!!!!! You are one disturbed individual. Bush is a deceptive poilitician and your only lucky that you are probably too old to serve in the armed forces otherwise you could go "spread democracy" in the middle east. Yeah great !@$* cause. Just what I want to die the the rights of some tribes who could give a @#$@#$% about me and how out sourcing has impacted my business and my quality of life and how if the ever enter the "global market" I really will have to work for bowls or rice.
OT...
For a good laugh read MiamiMice's posts in jail, even the other inmates are starting to tell him to STFU!
MM if you can hear me MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Go Veltex!
I am a long and completely disagree with you statement. It has been my experience that Mr. Matin does not return any calls or e-mails. A representative of the company may return will return the call for him. I guess he's a very busy person.
I could not get him on the phone the numerous times I tried...
Ready for tomorrw? I was ready for tomorrow yesterday. Not sure what happened... could the news of that fax actually caused a major selloff?
So you posted the article and then sold?
