Woooohoooo! "Happy Holidays!" is right! This announcement should be a real mover for the stock if there are sellers. I would not want to seel knowing I'm going to recieve a dividend... Any other thoughts?
Hmmmm.... Anyone have the past guidance handy? Might we still be on target knowing in retail that the last quarter is usually the biggest?
Not sure but someone just dumped 8000 shares in 2 trades 4000@1.15 followed by 4000@1.21. Down .05 from yesterdays close. Another few trades close us at $1.16
So... Will a 2004 audit really help at this point? I think audited 2005 Q1&Q2 would be much better. But what do I know...
SpeedSwitch still has no symbol in my account, but is valued now at 0.08
DeepField has neither a symbol or a value atm...
IVOT closed at .05! :)
IVOC has a bunch of L2 open interest this morning... lloks like .0006 and .0007 are the new trading ranges. Beats the heck out of .0001 and .0002....
Well this morning as of 8AM EST I have
IVOT iVoice Technology Inc. valued at .01/share
3361501 SpeedSwitch Inc. valued at .03/share
1707836 Deep Field Tech Inc. not valued
IVOC iVoice Inc. valued at .0006 (no surprise there)
I have IVOT and numbers for the other 2... I"ll wait to see if one becomes SSWC later today
Got 'em now! Good luck everyone.
I honestly do not think the current trading price has much to do with the pricing of the dividend issue.
cool
btw John Daly is playing Sebonac today! Tee time is 1:30PM EST
Still no dividend shares here as of 8:30am, August 11, 2005. Ah well... looks like IVOC did not sink like rock it's more like a feather dropped off a high rise.
Good luck Longs.
IVOC spun off TYRIA it traded 167 shares on 03/05/2004 at .20, which was ~100 times the price of IVOC at that time. On 03/09/2004 TYRIA hit a high of .90 on volume of 118,514 and closed that day at .65. there was steady decline in the price from that point down to .01. This dividend issue now trades between .02 - .05. TYRIA has news out this morning about a $46,000 contract they have signed. So now you have seen a dividend stock that approaches $1.00 from a stock trading at a much lower price.
Now regarding IVOC reaching .05. From your DD can you please explain what the driving factors will be that bring us to that level?
Thanks!
See post #973 from neatnick
Thanks neatnick! You wouldn't know when these should hit our accounts? Is there a 3 day settlement period for dividends?
Schwab here... Does anyone know the symbols of these new stocks? I wanted to see if these things were trading or not.
thanks for the update...
Has anyone gotten shares yet? Is there some delay?
I would much rather hear about the first 6 months of business myself.
What happened to the press releases stating orders that had been taken? Where is the follow up that these orders shipped?
Why can't they produce a small financial report with a P&L statement and a balance sheet?
The volume on this has dropped like a lead balloon, and the price is hovering at about $1.62. Why is no one listening to the Veltex story? Why is their PR machine so ineffective? Why won't Mr. Matin communicate better with his share holders? I am completely frustrated... ARGHHHHHH!
Please Mr. Matin give us some kind of signal or sign that there is life over there.
That is the last posting on their own investors relations page....
I'm going to see if I can get admission to this conference
Looks like we are set to open down this morning. The price has dropped almost 59% from yesterdays close bid is .0009 and the ask is .001... How does that happen? I guess with 10 billion shares there are still people who would be happy taking .001.
From your post to God's ears... I personally have no idea, but if dreams can come true then maybe.
Thank you for the clarification. Not having the best of days here... I don't know why I got hung up on net revenue when the PR plainly states net earnings... I'm not as dizzy as I may appear to be based on my posts today. So, again, if true, $1.00/share based on net earnings should bring us at least to the $3-5 range until those numbers are proven with an audit. It would still be nice to see the 2004 audit sooner than later and the 2005 audit sometime before the end of Q2 2006... I do not think I will add to my position at this time, but will hold through the peaks and valleys until more concrete evidence of truth to the provided numbers is given.
I didn't as I was not a holder of this issue at that time, but I did recieve shares of Trey and now wish I had sold them shortly after receiving them...
After read what I wrote I would like correct myself...
$1.00 per share on net revenue is really not all that informative and could be a terrible thing if it is costing them 1.01 to produce product.
So Mr. Matin what will your net earnings/share be???
If the net earnings are 0.15$/share then we are probably priced correctly and this is a plateau on the mountain until sometime next year...
I understand that and agree, but remember that "perception is reality" and I believe that the lack of communication about the audit is what is making you say, "It's been promised for a long time, with no action." We really do not know if there has been or is any action being taken. This adds to the current negative credibility status of Mr. Matin. The fact that we are still holding above 1.50 and the licensing angle they are persuing gives me hope of a brighter future. I feel that $1.00 per share on net revenue is actually very good at this time for this company understanding that they have had a bit of a rocky road and are probably still transitioning the businesses they have aquired into their operation. Do you agree? Am I looking at this through rose colored glasses?
as of 11:26 EST 11,200 shares traded with a range of 1.52 - 1.57...
I don't agree with your broad statement and thanks for the update mushroomman...
Looks like we are set for a higher open today @ .0015 I wonder if we will reach .002 again... :)
Here we go again....
"Javeed Matin, CEO of Veltex Corp., commented, "This licensing agreement paves the way for significant near term sales of John Daly's branded products in the United States and Canada to the huge Promotional Products Industry. We continue to work on securing other important licensing agreements as well as expanding our international marketing reach with many new distributors offering our quality apparel and accessories. Our 2005 revenue goal of $60 million in sales and approximately $1.00 per share in net earnings is realistic and on target."
Has anyone been able to obtain a recent share count? In any event $1 per share net is not too shabby at all.
Roger do you still believe we will ever see a 2004 audit?

Does anyone have any thoughts about what the IVOC share price will do after the distribution of the other stocks?
1dollars please take off your CAPS and please try to communicate in coherent sentences that have some sense of English grammer.
Big day! I know your not supposed to look back, but buying this at .0001-.0003 would have been a great play and really averaged out my cost...

Yes but the volume was also way down at least from yesterday, but the past 4 trading sessions saw 1,123,557,556 traded with yesterday's 644,453,923 shares being the 3rd highest volume day in 52 weeks. Could the financing have generated that much interest??? Anyway nice to see it trading, even if it is erratic.
