What is the gap?
hmmmm... I gues you can dish it out, but you have a difficult time taking it! ;) I back off, I hope you get in at a reasonable price again. Hey, Tuesday this thing could be back at $2.50 the way things have been going. I hope not and seriously doubt.
Go Veltex!
Has anyone here been invited to Bangladesh to see the operations and talk about future business development?
btw.. are we at $2.40 yet? When will this close below 2.55? I will buy more! Heck if it closes below $2.80 I would buy more. what do those bones say? The guitar picks say I'm going to just have to hold what I have and ride this one up!
The link he provided is showing bid of $3.45 for 500 shares and $3.55 ask for 500 shares... does that help?
If this is not a lie, then I say, "Here we go!"

What I said was, "... I don't believe we will ever see a close below $2.55 again!" And isn't everyone here guessing/speculating? I'm glad for your trades always good for the volume numbers. I am long and will stay that way until I feel comfortable that the price apex has been reached.
Go Veltex!
ROFL! Well you certainly are not getting my shares for $2.40 and I don't believe we will ever see a close below $2.55 again! So if you want to ride this rocket you better get on quickly, because I think we will be giving much thanks after the 25th. :) just my opinion of course, which you probably shouldn't put much stock in (pun intended)
$2.40.... I think not. ;)
I do love the stealth accumulation and I believe 12 will be the plateau for a bit once it reaches that price level before it continues its upward trend.
I don't know and I can not get into that portion of the site at the moment... looks like they may have noticed what you did and are fixing it. I'll check in a couple of hours again.
I have a target price of $30-$40 sales should break 100M this year.
The Hats are $3.71 each up to 8 hats
If you buy more than 8 and less than 60 hats they are $2.17
If you buy more than 59 and less than 288 the hats are $2.03
If you buy more than 287 and less than 500 the hats are $1.89
If you buy more than 499 the hats are $1.75
Now for any quantity you purchase in size 2XL take the above pricing and increase the cost by $1.00.
I hope this helps bring clarity to the price list.
Go Veltex!
Thanks Roger I hope he can make some "real" sense of it and its potential impact on the financials of this company, but from what I have been told this will be one of the major factors in turning this into a nice profit maker.
Only one persons opinion of course... at least for now.
Every party has a pooper... ;P
Thanks for taking the time to look into this and great investigative work! I was unable to locate this document or any other information like on the Internet a friend told me about the tax break that was impending. I actually had posted a request like this months back, but no one took notice at that time. I may try to attend the NYC trade show to see what their presentation is like.
Already did! :)
Does anyone here know an Accountant or Attourney who deals with US international tax/tarrif law? I have heard the as of Jan 1 2005 goods imported from Bangladesh will not be taxed/tarrifed as they are today, which could improve profitability even further...
Will this board be moved to the new symbol AFRD?
Why the heck would someone start selling shares at 2.35 when it's been trading solid at 2.60!??? Some people boy, I'll tell ya... :(
Why does this keep happening? I'm sure someone has an answer ;)

Well they stated on October 25th, "We expect the audit to be completed in the next 30 days." Key word here is "expect" so your question, "(the audit is due out on or before November 25th???)," is actually a true statement. :) And then of course there is the obligatory disclaimer...

SO we may never see the audit... but I doubt that to be the case.
holding 2.60 here...
As a musician (guitarist) I have been throwing guitar picks to help with my stock selections and forcasting. The Fender picks tell me $10.00 by the end of January and the Gibson picks are saying mid-April... In any event it looks like it will be a happy New Year. :)
from your post to the eyes of the stock price Gods
Is $2.60 a strong finish?
Now I understand. Thanks you. EOM
Please help me out here:
Veltex Corporation (Pink Sheets: VLXC) today announced a record third quarter net income of $2,210,550 or $1.10 per share.
Why is it so difficult to calculate the number of shares???
Thanks for the recap. I laughed bit, not at you, at myself for having invested in this what appears now as a mess. Are there any audits available at this time???
Many reasons to beleive that a real company is behind the stock (shows, office in CA, internet site, ....
Here's one more reason:
I recently went on the apparel site and was going to order a few of the pieces to see how the site functioned and what the quality of the merchandise was like. I am a software developer by profession. Well I created an account and had a shopping cart prepared for check out, but when I saw the shipping costs were going to be more than the actual merchandise I did not complete the order. (call me cheap, but I figure I have enough invested in this company that they should send me a couple of hats for free!) Anyway, about an hour or so after I stopped the order process I recieved a call from Veltex Customer Service! they wanted to know if I had a problem with the site to which I replied I did not and then they wanted to know if they could help me with my order while I was on the phone with them. I don't know how many of you have ever purchased or started to purchase an item off the Internet, but I found this quite an uplifting experience and a boost in my confidence of this company. So I sit here and now wait for Mr. Matin to make the market as comfortable with the company as his sales/customer service department does.
Go Veltex!
helllllloooooooooo!
Where did everyone go???
is all a very sad state of afairs... :(
Interesting drop in the trading volume...

Yes, that is very clear. You may want to investigate changes that may be coming down the pike in the near future on how a company like this can report it's financials and changes in tax laws/status...
Well thank you for this very interesting analysis of the situation. If I understand correctly you did not participate in the placement because you wanted the number of shares you recieved for your participation to be guaranteed. Is that correct?
Lot's of volume and not much movement... Anyone care to comment?
Thanks!
72000+ shares traded in the first hour or so!, interesting... but price has dropped down to about 1.30
So I guess your selling out at $2.00...
