Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous, one measly 300 share sell and the whole LII moves down!
Oh how I love seeing the color green on my AMMX stocks....there are a couple of large blocks sitting on the bid waiting to be filled at 0.0139, even though this is an improvement from yesterday, it's still a little low IMHO. AMMX should sit comfortably with 0.015 minimum as a bottom. I really think we should be realistically at 0.025 as an average, but that's just me in my biased opinion.
Good Morning guys and Gals. Looks like a good start today, just logged on and I see we're at 0.016, top 4 bids all at 0.0139, improvement over yesterday. I don't see any official news or PR's today though.
To anyone that cares, I have it on good account that there are shares available at 0.0135 that are not showing on the LII some are from partially filled orders and some are in GTC orders and some are in AON orders.....
It's a crazy market and anything can happen, so it makes sense to me to hold onto something in AMMX. They have surprised us before, so who knows, maybe all the great ideas and plans will come to fruition one day and AMMX will be a dollar a share or better one day in the future, so it doesn't hurt anything to hold on to what you call "free" shares for that rainy day. I put up a bunch of shares to help build a wall, I was rather surprised when a bunch sold, so I actually hated being in a position where I was kind of betting against the stock, but eventually the wall broke and the price went down to where it made sense to buy those shares that sold back...
Being familiar with your situation, I can appreciate that. I guess overall you did pretty well considering what I think was tour buy-in, and I'm glad for you that you did well. I decided not to sit on my hands this time either, I was able to extract equity and put it in my pocket by buying shares back at a lower price, I lost some money but I minimized the damage and at least I was able to get a replacement riding mower and a big air conditioner for my house with some of the cash I took out. I said on the board that I bought shares back at 0.016 and 0.015, I should have waited a little longer....
Yes, I understand. I am taking into account that we were at 0.0358 a few short weeks ago and it has been a steady slow drop of like 63%, and that's a lot of equity for some people to watch evaporate. That is of course if you just sit back and ride it down. Some people can and are willing to take that kind of hit, others do things like average down and accumulate at lower prices, some pick up their marbles and leave.
HUh, 0.02 - 0.0134=0.0066 and multiply that by the size of your holdings say 200K shares= 1320 bucks of lost equity, no?
Sorry for the delay, I seem to be having internet connection problems, I think there are too many devices on in my house using up my bandwidth or something. Anyway, geez, I hope you guys are wrong, man the thought of riding this down again leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Well we saw some of the bids move up to 0.013 at least and there were a few trades over that up to 0.0137 then it went down a bit to 0.0135 and that is where the ASK is now...
Oh come on man, really!? Do you really think that? BTW way it just bounced up in quick order, 0.013, 0.0135 and 0.0137....
Is this just a bad day or what? I'm watching the price collapse and there is very little on the bid, where are the buyers, we are now at 0.0122 and the bid is now 0.0118....this is ridiculous, and more ridiculous are the guys lowering the ASK.....tomorrow this could turn around, unreal.
How much longer should I wait? How much lower do you think this is going to go? Don't we have some big irons in the fire that could change the game for us here?
Well, it looks like for you today is a good day to do that. ETRF was on the ASK at 0.015, but just moved down to 0.0141 with 410K shares showing. I am hoping we'll clear that, stop the slide and maybe see 0.015 today, but it does not look very promising at the moment, with 2 top bidders at 0.0125.
An opening trade of 0.0122 to start the day, oh brother, but at least that didn't last long. I'm back home. I just set up a bank transfer to put a little cash in my trading account, but I don't think I'll be able to buy anything until tomorrow, we'll see. I'm hoping we'll bounce back some today.
I do hope you are right, I believe there is some truth in your statement that seems to be backed up with precedent. Personally, I am looking for some cash to throw in and buy at this point to expand my holdings, but I don't think I will be able to manage it today. I am being pressured to get off the computer, I am not at home. OK see you later.
We had 2 trades early in the day that were 0.016 and 0.01606, it just seems to me that people in a fool's rush are dropping the ASK and in turn the bids go way down too. For heaven's sake , don't throw the baby out with the bath water, what's the hurry to sell? Set a fair value price and stick to it, it may take a day or two, but these people trying to sell under otcx are doing a STUPID thing. He'll go away when we stop playing his game and there is not much momo.
Yes, I just looked again and see we are now mat 0.0138, it's really disturbing. We were doing so well there for a while I think we got to 0.0358, and now we have been slowly losing ground to this point of 0.0138. The LII is pretty thin, not too many shares visible on the bid. I am disheartened about this. AMMX is a good company, it's not a shell. They have been in business for many years and have been consistently profitable for at least the past 5 years, probably longer but I am speaking off the cuff. They do a good business with the shipping container moving equipment, heavy haul trucks and services, they also sell a variety of new and used trucks and heavy equipment, it's hard to understand why they can't seem to keep the stock price stable. We are now back to being extremely undervalued. I can understand if some want to divest but geez do they have to give it away and hurt the stock and hurt all of the rest of us here.
I am still in NY visiting and I have only been able to check in briefly. At first I was happy that I was able to get my shares back at prices of 0.016 and 0.015, but now I'm thinking I should have waited a few more days. Watching what has been going on is making me sick to stomach. It's deja Vue all over again. Gman made a comment some time ago about AMMX going back to sub penny, I'm really getting scared there is more truth in that than we want to hear. I just really hope Lee is in the process of making a truly big deal.
Orca went on a bit of a rant the other day about profit margin and it really got me to thinking. I know that the industry is not the same as let's say the grocery stores were they operate on very thin profit margins, we are talking pennies on the dollar, but to me if AMMX is working on thin margins of 5 and 6 percent, it just doesn't sound right, but as my dad once said, fast nickles is better than slow dimes. I would like some feed back.
"This is a goal we take seriously as we believe our stock is greatly undervalued and the move to the American Exchange or the Nasdaq Trading System", after 10 years how serious could it have been? I don't want to impugn Lee, or the company, but as a long term investor, one has to wonder WTF gives. I think we have heard a lot of "reasons" (excuses) for failure to perform. There have been numerous attempts and numerous CFO's etc. with no results. I want to believe that this time is different, afterall, this is the first full time CFO they have had if not ever then it's been a long time since they had a full time CFO. How hard could it be to warrant all of these incomplete attempts, what is the problem, how bad of an issue is there, was there?
Private Citizen, thank you my friend. I was quite upset yesterday when circumstances prevented me from being able to be on the CC or be able to watch and accesss my trading account. I was even more upset a liuttle while ago when I was finally able to get into my account and this damned computer can't run or show the website correctly. I see we a coming up just a little. I don't know how low it went but surely an over reaction. I just think it's going to take some time to retrace. Those that can should buy in NOW. OK my friends, I am being a bit rude, so I need to sign off and get back to my visit with friends and family.
hI, GUYS, i AM CHECKING IN ON MY PARENTS ANCIENT COMPUTER, which can barely handle the website. Anyway, wow, I put in some orders to hedge my bets but I did not expect our price to go down this much, I still don't know what the low was or is going to be in reaction to the CC. The only good news is that I got my 85K shares back, but it looks like it cost me more than what I could have paid. I bought back at 0.016 and 0.015.....As far as the CC, WTH went on that we are down so much??? I read someones post and it did not sound negative to me, so are we seeing a reaction to something that was not said???
To those board members that might care, I am going on vacation, I'm leaving this afternoon, so most likely I will not be able to monitor the board or join in our AMMX discussions. I say this because I don't want people to think I've gotten out of AMMX and have gone dark. I will try to check in using a cell phone or maybe if I can get access to a computer. I hope someone will take notes during the CC and post them here, I don't think I will be able to join in the CC, unfortunately. I hope some people are intending to ask Lee some fair questions, but please be polite. I am personally expecting a pretty good report, but understand that there are legitimate limits on what Lee can reveal to us. He may be able to tell us if there are any negotiations going on concerning the RFQ's that resulted from the Demo/exposition but he will not be able to provide details about that or with whom. I think a fair question would be about the idea of having a visit from some of the African officials about the armored vehicles, like is that still in the works, the back burner or is it a fahgetaboutit.....
Announcement of a half million dollar sales and we go down? Huh? This makes no sense, unless...... there is anticipation of a big move to the upside forthcoming, perhaps tomorrow with the CC. That's the only thing I can think of, we have two big sales announcements a few days apart, AMMX is delivering. Come on, what more can people expect to bolster confidence and interest in this one in a million little equipment company. it's not fair to us. We should be trading much higher, we should be enjoying the fruits of our investment.
Wow, things must have picked up quit a bit while I was sleeping. Volume of 1 million and looks like a close at 0.02....
Looks like a good day so far. Will we close at 0.02 I wonder? At this moment we are at 0.0194 and the volume thus fr is some 283,7K
Actually it was more like 125K shares ovr the last several weeks, but I needed to spend some of the cash for a replacement lawn tractor and a big AC unit for my house, so I don't think I'll get everything back, the price would have to drop like a stone to about 0.01 to 0.012....and I don't think that is going to happen again or anytime soon, even if the CC is a disaster which it won't be.
We are having a pretty good day, I know some might not think so given the news we got today of a decent sized sale, but you have to look at it in context with the amount of downward pressure that the stock has been under for the past month, especially the last two weeks. It looked to me that we were hemorrhaging equity, a few of us took some steps to resist, we slowed it down, others joined in, supported the stock, put up shares and stuck to a price, the supply of cheap shares has dwindled to a trickle,. I think we stopped the bleeding I point to the performance of the past 3 days and today, with the news we are seeing the beginnings of a reversal hopefully. I am just cautiously optimistic about the impact of the upcoming CC. I need to get back 85K shares, I was actually surprised they sold, they were part of the wall and were bought over the course of two weeks in dribs and drabs. I just hope I can get them back for about what they sold for so I can at least get back to even.
Me too. I am hoping to recover shares I lost (sold) trying to fight the slide. Looks like others have joined in and are not selling cheap at this point. But I can't help thinking that there will be a temporary opportunity to regain those shares back during or shortly after the CC. Unfortunately, it will be very hard for me to monitor and react as I will be away from home. I am thinking about putting in some GTC orders and hoping for the best.
I think I am going to hold some cash in reserve to buy shares once I see what happens with the CC.
Nice 5000 share trade at 0.0208 at the close to close us up and green.
Weird how?????
There does not appear to be any motivated sellers today. We seem to be stabilizing. Currently at an impasse 0.0175 bid vs. 0.021 Ask. I suppose therein is the answer to my question about the general feeling about the upcoming CC and what it will mean to the price.
Hmmm, interesting, one question though, did you see a change in the size of anything on the bid that would reflect the size of your trade. Maybe, you order is filled out of pocket and the shares are added to the bif,,,I don't know. Maybe there are a number of small bids that are too small to show on the bid board....I really don't know. I know you need 10K shares to show up as a line item on the bid and ask...
Could be, well anyway we might be having a bit of a come back, we are moving back up, currently at 0.0175 and top 2 bids are at 0.0175, there were at least two trades at this level.
I'm wondering if there was some sort of technical glitch, my platform was showing conflicting info, depending where you looked, I see now we are back at a last sale price of 0,0171..need to monitor IHUB trades and times to figure it out.
The 15 minute time delay on IHUB is a killer sometimes, my LII is a bit quicker, although I don't get a table of the days trades, I can tell that after your 77 share trade at 0.021 there were trades at 0.0171 at least two of them. Someone on the bif moved up to 0.0172....
Keep an eye on the VWAP number. Sells today under the wall have brought it down....
Private, maybe we are being too short sighted and Lee is playing Long ball, very long ball. !st quarter was pretty good, they have sales booked but the revs won't be booked until shipment in 4th quarter, maybe December for some. It's frustrating for us, knowing they hd a great Expo/Demo to the right people and we know that the equipment is needed and could be very usefull in combating these fires and the cleanup afterwards, but still, no word on sales, However, that does not mean things are not happening that AMMX just can't tell us about , yet.
The upcoming CC. I truly wonder if it is going to have a positive or negative effect. What can they possibly tell us that we don't already know, unless there is going to be some big surprise. Even so, I think what they can tell us without making a published public announcement is rather limited isn't it? I know we are going to hear about the past quarter, but I don't expect to be hearing about any contracts, As far as the audit, they are going to say that they are ready to send the stuff to an outside lawyer for review meaning they haven't sent it yet or that they did send it and then there will be some vague time frame for what will be next. So barring te slim chance of some big surprise.....the reaction to the CC may actually be negative and the share price will slide even more. Anyone else have an opinion or some words of wisdom on this?
Although it's a pretty slow day, it's several times better than yesterday in terms of the number of trades and volume.
