That makes no sense. Why would they do that in the midst of all these lawsuits and how is this even legal? Fake news or swamp rats?
I do believe so
Well, to be fair, that's just an opinionated review and it doesn't really say his analysis are good or bad. I think the charts are helpful and usually pretty accurate. I wouldn't sign up for the service, but don't mind the videos.
Darnit! I knew I shouldn't have thrown mine out!
They've been eerily accurate about such things. I think Gabby's a witch. Let's burn her!
Agreed, BUT it does seem like it's 99% certain to get done this year...eventually.
Dollar for dollar, that would make the stock worth $8 +/- It’s practically been trading around retained earnings value so it’s reasonable to assume that could continue. Fingers crossed.
You forgot the part about where every shareholder is entitled to replace a member of Congress, serving as long as they wish with no need for re election.
I found that strange as well. Possibly means uplisting. Only thing I could figure, or he misspoke.
One doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the other. It’s all based on earnings.
Eventually is will happen, just a matter of when
Nice post and good analogy. I like how you broke down the understanding of meekness, although, I disagree with applying that understanding to a natural outcome, when the intent was for a spiritual one.
So I agree with what you said, not necessarily the application in this case.
Blessings
Excellent post and wonderful quotes. Thank you
She’s been a colossal disappointment.
I won’t hold my breath waiting for anything to come out of Sweeney’s court for the next 5 years.
Great interview. So MC doesn’t answer the question about the NWS being ruled unconstitutional, he only commented on the constitutionality of his position, which he believes is constitutional.
This tells us 2 things. He agrees with count 1 but doesn’t want to comment. He also confirms the appeal Mnuchin mentions is about count 4. I think this is actually good for us in a way if they appeal count 4 and win. Reason being, in the event Trump loses the 2020 election (unlikely) the new president can’t replace MC who seems to be moving things in our favor.
It also seems to me like the stock is trading low because of comments that indicate uncertainty about whether commons will be wiped out or not. Although unlikely, the possibility is still there which makes the market nervous. I swear, if we get wiped out, we need to revolt.
If we close around this level today, it’s set up nicely for a large run to $4.10 tomorrow. IMO.
Your first point fails on the basis of the definition of net worth sweep. Even if reduced, it’s no longer for the entire net worth. Either way, earnings are key and this admin knows it.
Maybe. I just think the market is accurately digesting the several recent events... plan, hearing, en banc, et al.
But I do see $3.50 as the new support level which I don't imagine it will drop below anymore. If it does, it will be short lived.
We are seemingly stair stepping upwards which is what we need to keep doing for the stock to trade correctly. 2 steps forward, one step back. We need the RSI to keep resetting to oversold after these big runs, so a small pullback is necessary for healthy trading.
This confused me also. The statement was a bit ambiguous. Best I can figure is he was talking about count 4, not 1. If count 4 is upheld, that could possibly open the door for lawsuits to pay back what was taken in entirety since it wasnt constitutional from the beginning, thus making all actions from the beginning reversible.
Or, at the very least, cause them administrative problems going forward.
Either by court order or Admin directive, I expect the sweep to end this year.
We shall see.
Yes, I did also
IMHO the drop today came because congress showed no signs of willingness to work with the Trump admin on anything. No matter how many times Mnuchin or Calabria showed willingness to work with congress, this biased branch of govt showed more of the same nonsense with their line of questioning.
1, That they don’t understand a thing, and, 2. That if they do anything good for the country that could possibly also make Trump look good, they won’t do it.
Mnuchin and Calabria could come up with the most amazing plan in the history of plans and these partisan fools in congress will reject it.
The market saw this very clearly, but also heard the Trump admin intends to stop the sweep soon.
We’ll see which side wins the market over in the coming months.
If we close above $3.50 today, we have our support level. I think we get there
Yes, I agree
After 8 years of nothing, I’m happy about something. They testified today about ending the sweep this or next qtr. We’ll see if it happens or not, but I’ll take slow over stop.
I’m not happy about the implications of this taking more years, but maybe it won’t.
Exactly. Unless we drop $1, today’s action sets us up nicely for the next run.
So the testimonies about wanting to end cship and recap them mean nothing to you? You lefties are a very strange bunch. SMH
Pretty good as of yesterday. You complaining about the $1 spike? Your hero tangled this web so much it's become an extremely difficult to undo.
Actually you're wrong. One of them required a 10% dividend payment. One of them implemented the NWS. One of them is trying to undo the damage of the NWS.
Let's play the old Sesame Street game. Which of these things is not like the others?
Senator Brown is a complete moron. Leave it to a dem to make this a racial issue.
BooooYaaaaaaaaaaa!
Mark Calabria: We want to get the GSE's out of cship. In comparison, the longest Bank cship was 18 months!
We needed to cool the RSI off after yesterday's action. This is a welcome dip for the next leg up. Can't just go straight up.
Mnuchin: "The plan provides a roadmap to release from Cship."
What’s your opinion on the enormous gap created at the open? Is it likely to be filled?
Come on Blue. This isn’t anything new, just an op-Ed on the plan released last week. Don’t lose credibility.
This is getting good. We haven’t seen this kind of action since 2011
Your factual analysis in layman’s terms without any emotion is always very much appreciated.
Thank you sir!
